Have been going to the Pretty kitty for sometime now, I've always had a great experience. My usual girl Tiffany is out on maternity leave. I went in to try a new girl to my surprise i was told "they could not see me because they have a five-minute grace" I was five minutes late. I explained to her that I wasn't aware of the grace period she replied ". I guess you were not aware of the grace period, Because you've always been on time." She then said "sorry we don't want to run late into the next appointment" I was very upset since I was already there and obviously I've never been late. I love it here!!!! Switched over from Pink Cheeks, because the location is a little closer to home. Priscilla is awesome!!! She is super cool, professional, and chit chats with me enough, that I feel comfortable and don't pay attention to the waxing. Before I know it, she's done. I've never been offered the numbing cream, but Priscilla said I can tolerate the procedure very well, which I guess is why she's never told me about it. I just make sure not to have any caffeine (chocolate, soda, tea, coffee) the day of my appointment. They also don't double dip and I like that I don't get a reaction from the pretty pink wax they use. My kitty leaves oh so fresh and so clean after a visit here. :) I also wanted to mention that the caffeine thing was something a friend told me and not something I learned about at pretty kitty or any other waxing places I've visited. FYI ladies...caffeine heightens your sensitivity so if that's something you're worried about don't have it the day of your appointment. read more

All my stars go to HAILEY!!!! Please go see her if you're a first timer at Brazilian waxing!!! Or even not a first timer.. But either way SHE is THE BEST!!!! I would've have made it through with out her!! My coworker recommended her to me and now I'm recommending her to you! She talks you through the whole process so it made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She reassures you that there's nothing to be afraid of and which places hurt the worst and the least. She also works in a certain order so that you're able to take breaks from the super painful ones. I will definitely come to her more often and will be back in 6 weeks. I'm very happy with the results and might be leaving my European wax pass to go to pretty kitty. It might be slightly pricier for a Brazilian there but its so worth it because they do your inner thigh, belly trail, whole front and back too. All that for $55!! Love this place! Yes the ladies change often due to personal reasons but I have never had any bad experiences with any of the girls who've done my Brazilians. They are fast, they are efficient and they are all great at what they do. I never have to wait when I've made an appointment and am usually in and out within 15 mins at most. Fast friendly service. They make you feel incredibly comfortable! Be sure to try them out. Had a same day appointment and was taken in just at that time! Just don't have caffeine and be sure to go within 4-6 weeks after last shave or wax. They tell you this for a reason, hair growth cycles people! I just went in today as a Brazilian first timer, and left super happy! I hate shaving... Letting myself go 3wks without for the wax, was excruciating. I saw Jasmine, she was genuine, extremely professional, and informative. The pain wasn't bad at all! Comparable to a sharp pinch. Jasmine also explained the hair growth cycle, which helped me understand why the growth is the way it is and what to expect. She also told me how to take care of myself. It went smoothly.. No pun intended... I'm very happy with the results and I think that I'm a "lifer". I was running late so I called to let them know, I was able to reschedule the same day for a later time. No big deal about the reschedule. I understand that's what happens when you run a business... Actually, it's a good sign that they couldn't just "wait" until I showed up. This is the first brazilian waxing area I've seen near my area, and there was a deal on Groupon for 50% so I figured, why not? I love the girly atmosphere and decor. The girls working here are so sweet. My first brazilian waxing experience was painful, but honestly wasn't that bad because Monica was such a sweetheart and talked me through the whole thing. I have been coming to this particular location since March 2014. The staff is very friendly and very professional. I mentioned in my first review of The Pretty Kitty that they had made a loyal lifetime customer out of me, well this had not changed. This place is clean and well organized. I still get grapeseed oil to remove any excess residue that might have been left behind, which it actually never happens. Jasmine is amazingly quick. The whole waxing process is pain free and pleasant with her because she is so friendly. I didn't request her in my most recent visit, but I was so happy I got her because she is seriously the best. The pretty kitty was the first place I went to for a Brazilian and the results were what I was hoping for " a pretty kitty" , I loved it! The first person I was booked with was TIFFANY! I absolutely love her ,for all her services, and she was so sweet and helpful about my concern of the pain. But after getting waxed my assumption of getting waxed was totally the opposite of, how I thought it was going to go down just because it was my first time and I was frightened about the pain. Unfortunately she is moving to a different location and she will be missed, I hope she comes back though! Im the type of person that does some research before I go try a new place that has to do anything with skin care, and I'm pretty dead on and I speculate the service provided. In result I would rate this place on a professional , if you can ever double the stars at on more stars besides 5, I would give it 10 STARS!
