Tiffany, Is amazing! Love this location as much as the Eastvale location. Clean, pretty and fast. Very first time having a brazilian, no appointment, and I must say I was very nervous, no scared. All the reviews I read about others experiencing brazilian waxing had me skeptical, however, The Pretty Kitty receptionist and esthetician Raylynn made me feel very comfortable to get started. Raylynn talked to me, relaxed me through the waxing, time seem very fast not rushed, neat, 15 minutes or so give or take was great, made me feel very comfortable in the most uncomfortable positions. I got a bikini wax and it was my first time ever getting waxed. The place was decorated very nice and the rooms were clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and taken back for my wax. Marissa was nice and keep my busy with conversation so I didn't feel as much pain. It didn't hurt as bad as I thought it was going to, but after, I noticed some bleeding and hair in more than a places. Since it was my first time I'm not sure if that is normal... One thing I didn't like was how expensive a bikini wax was, I mean $35 is a lot! I expected it to be cheaper because I didn't get the Brazilian. Had my first Brazilian wax EVER over 2 weeks ago..oh AND I'm pregnant! (About 6 months) Right away, the girl at front desk and Holland put me at ease. It's uncomfortable of course..especially a few particular patches..but really not at ALL as bad as I thought. Holland was friendly and talkative the whole time, as well as very professional and fast! She also managed to keep checking on how I was doing through out. So happy with her work as well..like I said, had done over 2 weeks ago, and I still look and feel great. Will be back for my 6 weeks! I made an appointment with Hailey my first time and she made me feel so comfortable guiding me through my first Brazilian and telling me what to do to minimize the pain as much as possible. My only complaint would be is that there is a sign that says no children and there was a child in the waiting room waiting for the person having waxing done. I don't think it was appropriate. Great group of estheticians! Specifically, Jasmine! Jasmine is professional and displays great knowledge about her profession! She explains the pre & post waxing directions thoroughly. Jasmine walks you through the waxing and makes you feel comfortable, which is what every girl needs when going in for a Brazilian wax! She also does a great job on eyebrow waxing. In addition, the facility is clean and the staff are very welcoming and cater to your needs upon walking in. This was my first waxing ever and although I did a lot of research, I was still nervous about it. The Pretty Kitty had good reviews and the staff seemed knowledgeable when I called with questions before I scheduled an appointment. Needless to say, first waxing is NO fun and I knew that it would be painful going into it. She was nice enough-- but far from warm and I feel like they could have done a lot more to make me feel comfortable. The whole experience felt rushed. Like they had 15 minutes with me and that's it. It felt impersonal and for as much as it costs, they should not be worried about spending time with each customer... especially the first timers. She asked me if I was okay, but she never stopped to hear me answer. She just kept putting wax and ripping the cloth. She missed a couple spots too-- which probably had something to do with her rushing to get me in and out of there. Maybe this is all normal..? I'm not sure because I don't have anything to compare it to but I will probably try a different place next time. read more

Today I went in for my first ever Brazilian Wax. I must say the place was very nice and clean. The girl that helped me, I don't remember her name was very nice and professional. At no point did I fee uncomfortable. As far as pain goes, it was painful but tolerable. A couple areas more painful than others. Overall very quick no more than 15 minutes. Love the new look. My experience was just OK. This was my second time coming to a pretty kitty location my first at the rancho location. Jessica was the person who waxed me I felt she was ok wasn't very talkative I was asking her questions and she bearly answered. Once we were all done she answered my questions at the front desk with two other ladies standing there I was kind of embarrassed. Had a Brazilian scheduled yesterday for 5pm and was taken in around 4:45 and out by 5!!!! My waxing specialist was Miss Jasmine and WOW she was awesome. The entire time we had a entertaining conversation going which helped make the waxing go by faster. Mind you I had a few months of growth and was still able to have a quick and painless waxing experience (since I usually try the sugaring method/and or hard wax which is torture due to having overly sensitive skin in an already sensitive area) I will definitely be going back in the 6weeks to Jasmine for another expert wax!!!! I had a very good experience here. I was impressed with their services the first time I used them a couple years ago. I must say that although there were some new faces, the quality was as I remembered. The staff is professional and discreet. They make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. Jasmine took excellent care of me!!! I knew that there would be some discomfort; however, it wasn't near as bad as I thought. She gave me a couple of breathing "techniques" to use when she waxed an area that tends to have a bit more of a sting so to speak. They also address the care after the service and answer any and all questions you have. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use their services again.
