I have already submitted a review of the car wash at this facility. I have also had my Honda Pilot detailed here. Twice now I have purchased the Professional Hand Wax detail, which takes roughly 1.5 hours to complete. The most recent visit was April 30, 2024. After taking my vehicle, they begin the process which includes (from their website) "an exterior wash, interior window cleaning, interior vacuuming, and a vinyl protectant". As my vehicle is kept fairly clean, they pretty much take care of the whole interior; cleaning up the dust and pollen from all surfaces to my delight. Then, they put the icing on the cake (so to speak) and really get to work on the exterior. (This is also from their website: "High quality paste wax is professionally hand applied to bring out the shine in your car. We remove tar, bugs, wax the exterior and the door jambs and dress the tires." My Honda Pilot comes out showroom beautiful each time. The beginning of August, I plan to go again. I love a full-service car wash! When I first came to MA a little under a year ago, I had a really hard time finding a place that would wash my car for me. I kept finding all these stupid places where you drive it through and vacuum it yourself. I really, truly, honestly do not understand the point of that. If I wanted to wash my own car I'd pull it up to the hose and do it there for free. Anyways, I've been through here a couple of times, and they do a decent job for not a ton of cash. I've never had issues with rude employees or spots left dirty, but when it comes to my car, I do my best to keep it clean and know that it'll never be clean in the end. It's a metal box on wheels that spends half it's time hurdling through the highway getting covered in dead bugs,and the other half of the time in a parking lot where birds $hit on it. Best (self) car wash I've ever had. When I needed help with the equipment a very nice young man was so nice and kind and made sure that he put the time in that I lost trying to figure out why it wouldn't work. It was me...not the equipment. I continued to wash it with tons of warm soap suds, high powered rinse and a powerful drying machine afterwards. . Absolutely disgusted at the lack of service these jokers think they deliver. Brought my truck in for service after an accident - through insurance - complained radio skipped and AC was intermittent. They told me they BANGED on the dashboard and couldn't get it to skip. Said they couldn't diagnose my AC yet they took it all apart. My truck has shut off 3 times in the first hour that I had it back due to low oil pressure. i don't know what they did but my truck came out WORSE than it went in! The good news is their exterior wash is great, especially getting the brake residue off the wheels. Hell, I even tipped them a fin cause the outside looked so nice... If you plan on just having them do the exterior, you'll be happy. HOWEVER, if your plans include an interior clean... forget it. Spent $26 (they were nice enough and refunded me $2 when they discovered they couldn't wash my floor-mats)but I had to bring it back upon noticing there was almost as much pollen on the dash as before. Then, I got home and realized back area (mini van) had not been vacuumed, and the windshield looked like it was cleaned with a soiled diaper ! I had asked if the $28 included everything and had been assured it did. Liars. They have a little feed-back form on their website which I completed thoroughly, expecting some reply - after all they have a big sign asking all "if you're happy, tell your friends... if not, tell us"... Nothing, not a card, letter, email, phone call, or even flowers... nothing. I'm taking the sign to really mean, "we got your money, now go screw you lazy bastard and next time, do it yourself !!" I used to love this place, but lately it's gone way down hill. Brought in both cars today to get vacuumed and washed. Vacuuming was half assed as it has been the past few visits, and while toweling Off my car, not only were there spots visibly missed but the two guys doing it took their time stopping to have a conversation while I stood waiting 5 feet away in the cold. When they were done, they just kept talking on the opposite side of my car until I had to go around and ask if they were done. They just don't seem to care any more, and at $38 a car for the world wash and vacuuming it is not even close to the level of service it needs to be. I will be looking for a new car wash. read more

Went and got the showroom special detail at $214.95 you think paying that much money they woulda vacuumed the seats BEFORE polishing the leather and woulda vacuumed around the seat belts, they also didn't vacuum or shampoo the back part in my jeep, they took out the plastic rug protector that the dealer put down vacuumed and shampooed the carpet THEN put the DIRTY plastic back down also looks like some of the interior trim was polished and some not...windows didn't even look washed the car didn't even smell clean either.. and on top of all that they took 7 HOURS I dropped my car off at 8 am and they didn't call me till 3:15 I'll never go to this place again and I suggest u save your hard earned money read more

I have had my car done here several times. The staff is unfriendly to say the least. When you pull up to the designated area for drop off/vacuuming every person who takes your order has been rude. They act as though they are doing you a favor. If you just want a basic wash and vacuum their services are "ok". I have paid for the interior to be done twice which is supposed to include the cleaning of the windows. That ALWAYS seems to be a problem. The first time I let it go which was my fault. Yesterday there was a "spot" on my windshield on the inside where a bug and I had a little situation,lolol, well they told me my car was done and the bug spot was still there, clear as day. When I approached the manager, Mr Personality that he was, he proceeded to walk over to my car, scrape at the spot, then called someone over to reclean it. Never apologized, never smiled, nothing. I took my car here today in a rush after a student vomited in my back seat. After that initial question of, "Did you clean any of it up?" they took my car in right away and did an AWESOME job. My entire back seat is vomit free and smells way better than when I took it in. They squeezed me in even though it was almost 5 and the end of their day. They also threw in vacuuming and did all of the carpets in the car even though I only asked them to worry about the backseat. And all of it in under 30 minutes for $25! I hate to leave a negative review but I just had a terrible customer service experience here. The group of high school kids working the car wash line we're just standing around doing nothing. I drove in and they all just stared blankly at me so I rolled down the window to ask if I was going in the correct lane I was very rudely told "there's a LITERAL sign right there". I decided today 12/13/16 to let to go have my car washed on my day off from work... I usually was my car myself but decided I would let someone else do it today. It turned out to be a very poor decision. I went to pros car wash in Mansfield and paid $46 for there best wash and Including the extra for mats being cleaned and interior dressing. They did an ok job at vacuuming... the rest was utterly atrocious. There was foam on car still when exiting car wash which the gentleman were nice enough to smear around my car. Not one window is clean. There are white wax drips and spots everywhere on my car. The dressing is shiny? Who uses a gloss interior dressing?? It's 2016 not 1989. That's my fault for not asking. But it would have been nice if it was at least applied well. It was not. there are super shiny spots duller areas, runs and lint from the rag they applied it with everywhere. My car literally looks worse than before I paid $46 dollars to have them clean it. I could have saved my money!!! Oh my car mats are clean!! Thanks for that!! A complete waste of money. They "fixed" my elderly father's car and it looked like they barely sanded some bondo and painted it with a brush. Not even kidding. Brought it back and then it looked like they used a spray can. 3rd time it looked passable and the paint crazed after a year and the clear coat peeled off. read more

I'm very particular about my car, so it carries some weight for me to say that I am comfortable having my car washed here. The basic wash is a bit expensive at over $10, although that seems to be pretty standard nowadays. In any case, the results I have seen have always been solid. Clean car, no signs of scratches or damage, and in minimal time. The company seems to hire a lot of young kids to handle the labor, particularly the towel drying. I always make a point of tossing a couple bucks in the tip bucket near the exit door. I know I'm happier frequenting a local establishment (pretty sure this place has been in business for ages) than some chain. read more

The car wash as well is meticulous and efficient. I have no ideas what some of these other folks are talking about. I have never had a long line there except maybe on a summer Saturday morning at 11am but even that moves quickly if you want the full service wash. My car has always come out looking great. I made the mistake of suggesting this place to fix my son's 1 year old ford edge. I suggested it because one person I know said they had a good experience there. Was not pleased. The people were nice and they seemed to know what they are doing. They provided a loaned which insurance paid for while the repair was taking place. When they called my sons wife to come pick the car up she asked me to join her. I took time off from work and glad I did. I looked at the bumper and could only wonder why they tried to pull this off. The paint on this car is a special tri coat white and the bumper was white. When I asked about the color they said - well sometimes the bumper is a bit different because it is plastic. This was a WRONG answer !!! The he said - well this is tri coat and is hard to do, again. Wrong answer. My sons wife is standing there with her 1.5 year old baby looking at me as they told her to take the car as is and she can call and set up an appointment to bring it back...WRONG Again. I told her to keep the loaner and asked them to fix it and after the looks they gave me they agreed. A few days later the bumper was repainted and all looked good. Why does this have to be so difficult ??? Would suggest having someone join you if you go there to pick up a repair. Would not trust them after this experience. read more

First visit, I asked for a basic inside/outside wash, but I didn't realize it is $11 for the exterior plus $11 for the interior, so when the cashier said $22 I was kinda unhappy. That is more expensive than Los Angeles car washes. The service and timing is typical and not too fast. Bottom line my car is clean. I had an issue with some damage after a car wash. I realize now the problem was exacerbated by the brushes, pre-existing damage I didn't know about. I spoke to Dennis the GM and he was completely professional and promised to take care of me. Today I had the new part installed and it looks great. I am happy and thankful it all worked out. Dennis could have easily blamed the existing damage completely and I would have been on my own. Instead he took care of his customer and for that reason I will be going back and letting people know its a stand up business. read more

I have been washing my car here for years only because its the closest car wash to my house..Staff probably doesnt have any training but whatever the car wash gets my car clean, if it doesnt... you can complain and they will run it through again. Detail shop does a GREAT job and will get your car looking spectacular... those guys are really good. Overall a decent car wash for the price. read more

THEY SUCK!!! Went there on July 5, 2011 at 5:30pm. The "kids" that work there were half a sleep. I had to explain several times to clean the inside windshield good. They acted like Annette C. said in her review, they act like they are doing you a favor, that they really don't want to do!!!! Had to bring it back through the line again, as usual. The windshield on the inside was still dirty. All they did is smear the inside around. The $20.00 job is a big rip off.
