I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place! Everything I've had so far has been absolutely delicious. I'm especially a fan of the Prepped Eats Meal Prep--it's so convenient. Keep up the fantastic work!

Love this place. Ambiance is quite cute and relaxing, the customer service was great, and the food delicious. When I said I was looking for something that could be consumed in about two hours post workout, the woman at the counter gave me quite a few suggestions on what the best meal for me could be. She also threw in a protein donut when I said it was my first time, as it was getting near closing and she said they had lots of donuts left that day. Guess what? The meal she suggested--a chocolate protein bowl base with banana, peanut butter, whipped cream and chocolate chips--was absolutely delicious post workout. The donut was great for breakfast the next day. Went back and brought a friend, and this time I met the owner. She was friendly and warm, too. It was nice talking about growing to fit the needs of the community, as the food here is gluten free and diabetic friendly. Looking forward to going back and trying all of the protein bowls!

I always get the Reese's Protein Shake. They have a new menu idea, Churro Protein Cheesecake. I tried the cheesecake today and it was absolutely delicious! I cannot wait to grab some more! This place is a hidden gem. It also tastes way better than Nekter. Low sugar or sweetened with stevia. Their place is spotless. Support family owned and operated businesses!

After meaning to try this place for ages I finally did it! My teenage football player and I stopped by yesterday for my lunch and his pre workout snack. It's absolutely everything I thought and needed it to be. Tons of options for macro friendly meal replacements, post workout shakes or something extra depending on what you're looking for. Lots of flavors to choose from. Chocolate and delicious? Yep! Fun and fruity? You bet! And what I absolutely love the very most is their customer service. Such a sweet couple working hard to make you smile and make you a sweet treat. Even better when the treat keep you on the path to your protein goals! Looking forward to my next visit already.

Wow! Just wow! Just went in for the first time and the food is incredible! Super nice owners, they were so sweet to talk to and even gave me a free donut to try, protein of course, it was amazing! gluten friendly place too:) 10/10

Yum! I got the Java chip protein smoothie and it was amazing. Just the right amount of sweetness. I'm excited to go back and try some other items.

All Protein and Sugar Free I follow The Protein Place in Instagram and have been meaning to try the delicious items on their menu. Waffles, Donuts, Açaí Bowls, Shakes plus more... yes, please! It's a little bit out of my way so I had to plan my visit since they close shop before I get off work on my less busy days -- Thursdays and Fridays. They had just recently opened late last year, 12/1/22, I finally made it here this past weekend. The interior is modern and very clean. Nice aesthetics. The menu had a lot of options. A bit on the pricey side. I ordered the Strawberry Banana Power Bowl. They were generous on the serving and the fruits were fresh. Daughter loved her Fruity Pebbles shake (#30). It was a tall cup and she finished it all. Employees were helpful and friendly. I'd come back again to try the shake. Review #2938

The PB chocolate Reese post workout shake and donut was really good! Donut was super soft and moist. 10/10 recommend this place . Also great customer service and clean atmosphere .

Biscuit particularly not good as it was doughy, wet , chewy and tasted of too much baking powder. I did like the big chunks of meat. The country potatoes were typical diner quality, but I just don't like country style breakfast potatoes. No substitution offered. Server was efficient if a bit rough around the edges. I sat at the counter. She made sure that I had everything I needed. That's okay, I'm happy enough, don't need a smile from some one who's bringing me food. Oh, yeah just like my old sourpuss mother. Now the value for the dollar issue... The breakfast was $22, the unremarkable coffee was $4.50. After tax and a $5 tip I was out the door for $33. I recently had a wwwwaaaayyy more satisfying breakfast at Mario's Early Toast for half that price. Hot off the griddle is a big improvement over a Denny's. But that's a pretty low bar for judgement. Sorry, no return for me.

During that time, they served me a glass of water and I quickly ordered the BBQ Chicken sandwich - I had looked at the menu earlier - with a side of fruit. The sandwich was really great! They served the sandwich with the grilled, chicken breast, bacon, and BBQ sauce with the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on the side. I'm not a fan of onions, so I did not have those, but it was nice to have the lettuce and the tomatoes have that nice taste when it hasn't been smothered in BBQ sauce or others as it's being cooked by the chicken like other places prepare them. I honestly left satisfied. This place really did live up to the recommendations and reputation it has. Our gym, Positive Impact Fitness always talks about this place and it was really worth it. Service: The service is probably what shined through the most for us in this meal. We came on a windy day and one of the people working there helped open the door for our party and welcomed us inside warmly. We were seated promptly and the service was friendly and fast. Really seemed like the staff here cared, unlike some other places. We also noticed there were a lot of people on staff and they all seemed to be experienced and knew what they were doing, which is rare nowadays. Food: Food was solid and I liked the portion sizes. They were a bit larger than I think I usually get at Denny's or iHop. Would become my new go-to breakfast place if I lived in the area. I liked the chicken and waffles quite a bit, though the chicken batter was a bit hard/dry. The portion size and taste made up for it though. Ambiance: It's certainly a dated location and probably in need of some maintenance. My party made it a sort of game to pass the time waiting to spot all the little things that could use some fixing around the building. But that didn't take away from the warm and inviting atmosphere. We still liked the cozy atmosphere quite a bit and I'd take this place over other places with worse service any day.

The server that seated me brought my coffee, but she didn't bring me any creamer. I didn't catch it at first, until she brought me my coffee, and I noticed there was none on the table When a different server came to take my order, she spoke hardly any English. When I asked her for the steak omelette, she understood that part, but when I said what I wanted with the omelette, plus when I started to ask for creamer in my coffee, she just looked at me, kind of confused, obviously, she didn't understand, she went to get another server who came back in a couple of minutes I asked, and she brought me creamer for my coffee. I put in my order, asking for fruit instead of potatoes, and my toast with the butter on the side. My food comes quickly, except for my toast. She says, I will bring you your toast. I was halfway through my meal, and I still didn't have my toast. My server walked by, and before I could say anything, she looked at me, and said, "oh, let me get you your toast." the toast came, and instead of having the butter on the side, it was *SLATHERED* with butter. Not only that, but the toast was overdone, and it tasted burnt in some spots. It took so long to get it the first time, I didn't bother asking them to redo it. The steak omelette itself just wasn't as good this time. They were generous with the fillings, but the steak was pretty chewy, and it just didn't taste very good. It had some kind of an aftertaste. Not only that, the roasted jalapeño that I had last time, it's obvious that it only kissed the grill for a few seconds. I took one bite, and it was way too spicy for me. I could tell that it had hardly been cooked at all. The coffee was OK, and the fruit was very good and very fresh. The fruit, and the politeness of everybody saved this from being a two star review. Again, the price was reasonable, and they do offer the military/veterans discount, but the breakfast just wasn't as good this time. I don't think I will be back again. There's plenty of other places that I can go to. Thanks anyway.
