There were plenty of candy stations with no long lines. The only long lines we saw was for Oogie Boogie but when we went towards the end of the event, there was no line at all. Would definitely want to go back next year. It's always a great time at Disney.

There are soft and climbable structure, sensory features, and imaginative elements from Goofy's world! Goofy's house is still a lot of fun! The garden is filled with interactive musical elements, and even water features! There are toddler friendly slides and climbing areas! There are some dedicated benches in Centoonial park right next to Goofy's Playhouse! This new space was designed amazingly! My daughter had fun running around and exploring Goofy's How to Play Yard!

The music was catchy even the first time hearing it. The Moana float was my fav but the others looked spectacular as well the Coco and frozen ones were nice as well. The dancers were always hyped and shaking their moves. So far this parade is twice the first at 3:30pm and the last one at 6:30pm. Plan accordingly and get a good spot to see. The magic is in seeing how garland's, ornaments and festive music bring out the holiday spirit at Disneyland Park. This parade puts it all together in such an incredible joyful manner. Seeing the toy soldiers marching in perfect line, the gingerbread dancers and all the classic Disney characters in their winter finery makes each float look as if you are walking into a Holiday story book. I found a very good viewing position in between Main Street USA and Fantasyland, near the path leading into the Matterhorn Bobsleds and Alice In Wonderland, that was a perfect viewing spot for the parade! The Matterhorn's mountains provided an even more beautiful backdrop as the parade came around the bend, and the characters spent enough time in this area for them to wave at us and interact, creating a very personalized and interactive experience. The parade ended with Santa arriving at the end. It was a wonderful feeling with beautiful Holiday music and a amazing floats combined with the soft glow of the holiday lights. One of those magical Disney experiences where you have to stop and enjoy it all, the moment is so full of the magic of the season. There were two different parade times when we visited Disneyland during the holidays. There was a showtime during the afternoon, and one during the evening where you could see all of the beautiful lights in Main Street and the parade as well! Make sure to check the Disneyland mobile application for showtimes though! This is one parade I'd recommend watching if you're visiting during the holidays!

I always suggest at least staking down a spot 30min before this parade. People start finding a spot an hour before but we were able to find something 30min before. Great parade!!

Yes, there was a TON of ppl, but that was to be expected. I mean, what DLR fan wouldn't want to say they rode the teacups @ 3:52 am? The fact that Disneyland AND DCA were both open all day and all night certainly alleviated some congestion that was seen during the Leap Day event as well. There was special events- a parade @ 12:30am, dance parties, Monsters Inc. movie screenings, special character meet and greets. One of my personal faves was during the Toontown Pajama Party (from 12am- 5am) where there was live music, the classic characters out and about in their bedtime garb, cookies and milk, and a giant screen that was made to look like a television set playing some classic Disney cartoons. I sat there and watched every single one until they started to replay. There was also special merchandise as well as food and drink that was only made available for this all-nighter event. Plus, everyone got a free button! Certainly glad Disney did this and that I was able to be there the whole time. Here's wishing this will become an annual thing!

It is one of those places where you will see them running around over bridges and up stairs and when they are done hopefully they will be ready to go take a nap afterwards. This attraction is one of those places that I really wish was something else in Toontown. You have to walk all the way to the very back of Disneyland to get to Toontown and then all the way to the back of Toontown to get to the Chip 'n Dale Treehouse. It is sandwiched in between Mickey's house (where you get to meet Mickey) and Gadget's Go Coaster. I guess there would not be very much room here to put something else but I just wish there was something that more of us would be able to participate. Not that all of us older kids could not experience the treehouse...it is just we might look a little silly doing so. :0)

After the Animation Academy, my husband and I visited the Sorcerer's Workshop. It's right next to…read morethe Anna and Elsa Meet and Greet! Inside the Animation Building are other activities such as Turtle Talk with Crush and the animation Courtyard. The Sorcerer's Workshop was really cool! You'll see hands-on exhibits of the animators art. You'll see still images turn into motion! It's quite magnificent! We saw a few stations with Goofy and Mickey! We spent about 20 minutes inside the Sorcerer's Workshop! It was also nice to take a break from some of the rides and cool down in the AC! It was really hot out!
