Our room came with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was really nice. They also have a wine hour that is self service and is complimentary. You're allowed as much wine as you want. There's also complimentary charcuterie during the wine hour and it's nice to be able to mingle with other guests. Breakfast the morning of us checking out was delicious and a truly beautiful experience. I wish I was still there.

I had just driven by the farm with their giant "pick your own strawberries" sign, and decided to do this in between wine/beer tastings along Nelson 151. *Pick your own strawberries for $3.49 a pound. Apparently you can bring your own container for picking, but they do provide white buckets. *I picked strawberries from Patch #1 which faces the road, but there's more patches in the back, which I wish I'd checked out, because I suspect a lot of people go to Patch #1. So I'd encourage you to be aware of Patches #2-6. *There are portapotties and an outdoor sink set up with soap and paper towels. *They have a small market with some McCutcheon products, strawberries for sale, asparagus, and ice cream in pints.
