The only issue is the classes get booked out very fast and not a lot of them are available during weekends. Some of the group classes are useless because I registered for a group class which was for a month, and in them for two weekends there's no class and the classes are available only for two weekends which essentially means that I pay for an entire month for two classes and on the other hand the individual classes are like 16$ *2 per person which is way less than 126$ for a month of two classes. They really need to work on operations of managing the classes because the customer service team is way confused when we ask more questions and they aren't helpful at all. As a facility, it's very well maintained with all the facilities. But I eventually end up not using them because of their operational inefficiencies. Hopefully they get better.

And even if there was, they call you to get your credit card number so unless you happen to be their web site when they call, you wouldn't be aware of a "no refund" policy anyway. I would at least appreciate an apology as my "no" for a correction (said multiple times) was ignored. So much for owning and honoring our bodies. If your fitness level is above average- this isn't a place I would recommend. Iso you know and trust your body- this isn't a place I'd recommend. If you're looking for an effective highly challenging workout- this isn't a place I'd recommend. On top of all of that- the classes are overcrowded, so there's not a ton of space. It's street parking and I never have parked more than two blocks away, but trying to read all the different parking signs at night is a massive pain. That being said, I do enjoy PRG NE more than Beaverton. Unpopular opinion I'm sure. Beaverton seems more sanitized. NE just feels more homey and has more character. I've heard it called more of a "dirt-bag" gym, but I promise you, this place is much nicer than many other dirt-bag gyms I've been around.
