A couple of times restringing resulted in strings that broke first time out. The last time though, the strings have lasted.

The a la Grivois cocktail started the experience on a high note: amaro and vermouth together make for a velvety sweetness. The house green soup was a winner, I'm sure the French Onion would be also. We were there for prime rib night and their version rivals that at Clyde's: a hearty cut and full of flavor. At first glance, I was disappointment to see scalloped-type potatoes, but these were the best I've had. The warm bread and salad were above par. Great service by one of the long time waiters.

I had taken group lessons for a couple summers in 2013-2014 (a beginner in my 30s) but felt like I would be starting from scratch now, and set a goal to become a 2.5 player by the end of my package. Well I'm happy to say that, by the end of my 20 lessons, I have surpassed that 2.5 goal and Coach Brian is the reason! With coaching style that is based on positive reinforcement and encouragement, our lessons were highly enjoyable and I could see and feel that I was progressing quickly. Brian alternates between various drills and each lesson we would cycle through practicing ground strokes at the T, from the service line and at the net, serving, vollying, as well as drills to improve my reaction time, form, agility, etc. Brian's training has ensured that I'm not just good at one type of play or stroke and that I will be ready for all styles of game play. Before I ever became a patient, I went in in person and made it very clear: check my insurance first. I told them if my insurance covered the visits, I would move forward. After over a week, they contacted me and confidently told me my insurance was verified, that I would only pay $25 per visit, and that I was covered for 10 visits per year. Based on THEIR confirmation, I agreed. Now I am being hit with monthly bills out of nowhere. Here are the facts: I already paid $50 out of pocket My insurance was charged $602.66 I then received an additional bill for $205.56 No clear explanation. No warning. No transparency. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and tried to resolve this like an adult. No one calls back. No one takes responsibility. No one follows up. The complete lack of professionalism and accountability is shocking. Even worse, their own website lists: New Patient Chiropractic (60 min): $200 Chiropractic (30 min) So how do you justify charging insurance over $600 for a basic visit? This feels misleading at best and unethical at worst. If they had been honest from the beginning, I would have never agreed to treatment. Instead, I trusted them to verify my insurance correctly--and that trust was clearly misplaced. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and infuriating. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
