The wait staff was wonderful. The food was very good, and came out very quickly. They had some happy hour prices for a few drinks and a few appetizers and they were very good . My daughter split the chicken fried chicken and had more than enough to eat . We had fried green tomatoes as an appetizer and queso Blanco with Piccadillo. It was good. I had a house salad and it was not bland. It had tomatoes and cucumbers and cheese and candidied pecans. We were very happy with everything. It was a Friday afternoon and by the time we left, it started to get busy, but we had no problems getting a seat because the restaurant is very large. . I hope to go there again next time I'm in the Dallas area -- it was very close to DFW

Conveniently located roughly 15 mins away from DFW, I chose this place exactly for that reason. I was flying home to LAX from Newark and since I have a good friend who lives in Dallas, I booked a flight that gave me a 5 hour layover at DFW so I could have dinner with said friend. DFW is massive. My friend was 30 mins late, but I wasn't trippin. I used that time to charge my phone and get a little work done. We didn't have a resy, but were seated right away. First of all, this place is massive. We both started with the espresso martini before realizing they had a happy hour menu. Our second drink was from the hh menu even though we had no business having a second cocktail. To start, we shared the fried green tomatoes. For whatever reason, we both ended up getting the western burger. Food was great. There was so much of it that I was only able to finish half and ended up taking the rest home. Great service as well. The place was crowded by the time we left. We only planned to stay for 45 minutes, but ended up staying for nearly 2 hours. Big thanks to the bartender. I went back to the airport a little tipsy after 2 drinks.

While in town for work, I came in with a reservation for 3 on a weekday night and this place was PACKED. We had to line up just to get our reserved table on a weekday night. Clearly a popular spot. We shared an appetizer, a steak, sides, and a dessert between us 3. - Fried Tomatoes (appetizer): not bad! Light, not greasy at all, and that savory sauce on top was yummy: - Wagyu Tomahawk: the star of the show. Loved the peppered crust which was full of flavor. Not a true "Japanese wagyu" texture, but still an excellent steak overall. - Sides (mashed potatoes, fries, broccolini, cornbread): All pretty good across the board. I liked the cornbread the most and wished there was more of it. Usually a side of cornbread is much more substantial and comes with honey butter. - Steak sauce: we ask for a side of this. Whatever they had was unique and great. Fruity and tangy, a great complement to the tomahawk. - Pecan Pie: look at the photo! A huge, tall slice. No notes. Loved the dense ice cream on top. Perfect way to end the meal. Overall: no critiques, just an all-around great dinner. Definitely recommend the tomahawk and pie.

We ordered the Cowboy Feast. It came with a 33 oz Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye, an 8 oz garlic stuffed filet, a 12 oz New York strip, and mesquite grilled Gulf shrimp. For sides, I chose the mac and cheese, cornbread, tallow fries, and Brussels sprouts. This is the kind of meal you remember for a while. The Wagyu tomahawk ribeye was the star of the table. Tender, flavorful, and packed with that rich beefy taste you'd expect from a steak of that caliber. The garlic stuffed filet was incredibly tender and added another layer of flavor, while the New York strip had a great texture and a perfect mesquite grilled finish. The Gulf shrimp were cooked well and added a nice contrast to all the steak. Smoky, juicy, and full of flavor. The sides were excellent across the board. The mac and cheese was creamy and rich, the cornbread was warm and comforting, the tallow fries were crispy and addictive, and the Brussels sprouts provided a nice balance to the feast. The restaurant itself has a true Texas atmosphere with a rustic upscale feel. Service was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel special. This wasn't just dinner. It felt like a Texas steakhouse experience from start to finish. Definitely one of the most memorable meals I've had in the Dallas area.

Staying close to fly out of DFW super early and wanted some thing good. Settled on this spot because the reviews were good. We arrived and there was a 30 minute wait. They got us in a little quicker but still a solid 20 minutes wait. The server was attentive and kept the glasses filled, our app of fried green tomatoes came out pretty fast too. She had the Cobb salad and I had chicken fried chicken for entrees. She said her salad was pretty good, nothing over the top. My chicken fried chicken was just okay. Too much breading, some of which had no chicken in it. The potatoes were dry and green beans over cooked. The vibe is rustic and the atmosphere loud. It's an okay spot, not sure I'd come back.

I've been in the Dallas area for the past week and I'm giving up beef when I get back home. We came here on a Thursday evening and I ordered the prime rib with fries and asparagus. Food was amazing!!! I washed that down with two old fashioned. Drinks were good!! The service was great, our waiter continuously check on us without being overbearing and kept our drinks flowing. We set outside and enjoyed the cool breeze which enhanced our experience. Overall I enjoyed this place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good steakhouse to visit.

The Ranch is consistently good- I've been a few times and never had a dish I'd classify as less than amazing. Friends and family are always impressed with the food and atmosphere. The steak is cooked and seasoned to perfection; and paired with the tallow fries? *chef's kiss* Recently I tried out to the drinks and was blown away with the selection- Michael recommended the perfect tequila for my ranch water, which wound up being the best one I've had. Finish any meal with their chipotle chocolate cake and you'll never be happier leaving a restaurant

The food choices and quality is great. Everything taste so good. The staff and service is great, location & setting is all great! If you like to EAT, for appetizer I REALLY recommend the Chef's favorite 4, and the Whiskey Bread pudding as dessert. You will not be disappointed! They are delicious. I didn't take a photo but the Mac & cheese is my favorite side!

Five Stars across the board! Texas centric from atmosphere to cuisine. Took a customer for business lunch and both of us were impressed with the experience. Met at front desk by well trained greeters who immediately entered my name and phone number into the cue system. Less than 3 minutes later my name was called by America . She asked our preference in seating and escorted us to the table. She introduced us to our servers Edgar and Sarah. I can't say enough about the care and meticulous service the provided. One of the best teams I have ever had. Chef Jorge Rivera provided us with his outstanding queso and chips . Wow what a start! We each ordered Fajitas, One chicken only One combination beef and chicken. Every morsel was savory. Looking around at the food being served to nearby tables confirmed that a return visit was definitely in order. I highly recommend this all Texas unique dining restaurant. When in Las Colinas, make sure to stop here. The bar is huge and well stocked. See you there!

    Petite filet with mashed potatoes

Great service and great food. We visited for a late lunch and had a great experience. The service was very good and the food did not disappoint. Seating was nice with space between tables making for a good opportunity to chat The chicken fried chicken and petite fillet were prepared very well, as was the onion ring tower and the sides.

18 Oz. Angus Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye

Walked in for a last minute dinner for 2 without a reservation and they were happy to seat us. We started off with drinks, the Bourbon Smash and the Front Porch Swing. Both were fresh and very well balanced. For our appetizer, we ordered the Crispy Pork Belly Bites. They were glazed perfectly and the texture was super tender with a crunchy outside. For our main entree, we shared the 18oz Ribeye, with a side of Brussels sprouts and whipped potato's. It was more than enough for the 2 of us and really delicious ! Excited to come back when we're in town again !

    Mini Elk Tacos

Place was packed for lunch which is usually a good sign. Saw all sorts of selections people were eating from salads to burgers to steak platters. I went with the chicken fried steak and mini elk tacos.

The Ranch does it again!!! I dined here for brunch for the first time, and it was nothing short of amazing! We received the BEST service and sat on the patio in the shade, enjoying the beautiful weather. We had the blueberry biscuits with lemon sauce--when I tell you it was so good, I've never had anything like it! It was warm, buttery, and fluffy, and the lemon sauce took it to the next level. We also participated in the $30 Cowgirl Dinner for Women's History. You get a martini, Caesar salad, fries, and steak! Everything was seasoned to perfection, and we topped it off with mimosas. I can't wait to dine there again!

I continue to be impressed by the service and the food. And when you combine this with the beautiful spring weather in Texas (March), it's one of the best experiences in all of DFW. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - If you haven't been to Water Street, go now while the weather is nice (March or October). I'm writing this review in March when the Texas weather is beautiful. While the inside of Pacific Table is elegant with blue booths and white tablecloths, the outdoor seating next to Lake Carolyn creates a view that's almost impossible to find in DFW: fine dining by the water. 1 Star. Service - The service is great. Our server was attentive, helpful, and best of all shared the special of the day. I always ask my server because when they recommend an excellent dish, it means the restaurant puts in the effort to enable them. Mission accomplished. 1 Star. Food - I went with Pacific Table's special of the day: blackened redfish with creole sauce and a vegetable. WOW. This dish was a homerun. The fish was tender, well-seasoned, and the sauce added a creamy component that reminded me of the bayou. As a bonus, my sauteed spinach that I chose as my side was equally delicious. If I wasn't dining in public, I would have licked my plate. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. Every time I eat at Pacific Table, I try something new and am pleasantly surprised. The combination of service, specials, and amazing Texas spring weather makes this a repeatable restaurant in my rotation. 1 Star.

They've recently updated their menu with several a la cart items, and I came to try the Prime Rib. Wow. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - The one major change I've noticed is Brasão is getting busier. Used to, I could walk in a get a table, but now I make sure I use OpenTable to reserve a seat. If you've never been to a Brazilian style restaurant (in the US), the first thing you'll notice is the opulent salad bar that sits in the center of the restaurant. There is also a dedicated bar area that's separate and elevated, so you people watch from above. 1 Star. Service - Brasão has the best severs (again I'm biased). The entire staff works in unison with dedicated roles. Your sever will take your order why gauchos walk around cutting meat. Speaking of cutting meat, if you order the Prime Rib on Wednesday, they will cut it at your table to order. 1 Star. Food - The Prime Rib is absolutely sensational. The Prime Rib is so tender, and the au jus adds a little salt. The Prime Rib is sliced and dressed at your table, so you can see the heat and seasonings up close. My bite was so tender and flavorful, it did not need extra au jus. While the Prime Rib is ala cart, it still comes with the standard sides of mashed potatoes, fried polenta, and fried bananas. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. My first visit to Brasão was because the meats were so good. I keep coming back because the service is amazing and the menu continues to evolve. See you next month! 1 Star.

We got the executive lunch which is $35 for AYCE. I've been other Brazilian places where the lunch AYCE is skimpy. Not here. They have all of the best cuts of meats including the pineapple (which is a must have) We loved every part of the meal. The servers were great and the selection is amazing. Remember to ask for chimichurrie. We especially loved the candied bacon and the salad bar. If you're looking for the best in DFW, come here.
