$25 Sunday prime rib meal (comes with a side salad, baked potato and Texas toast. Their homemade sweet horseradish with honey is so delicious! Our server was really awesome and supper attentive. The Ranch has ice cold beers on draft, TVs facing all side of the bar, great place to watch football games (and they play the sound!!). There's also video poker in the back and a few arcade games (like big buck hunter, touchscreen games at the bar top and a pinball machine). Their burger was also really delicious. Great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food is always spot on. You may have to wait for a server but I usually grab a table and walk up to the bar to order drinks. They are usually really busy and so it takes a min to get your menus but once the servers come they are super sweet and nice. It's usually only the mornings that it's like that in my experience. We love coming here Sunday mornings to watch football. We always have a great time! They have amazing onion rings and Moroccan & Spanish coffee. read more

It passed the parking lot test. On an early Saturday morning there wasn't a parking place to be had. A good sign, I found somewhere and went in. The wait staff/bartenders were in constant motion. Delivering drinks and food at a breakneck pace, I ordered my standard chicken fried steak. The food was good, extremely generous portions. When I received the bill I thought the was a mistake. When I saw the picture of the lobster dinner, I thought there was no way THIS place actually served a lobster dinner like THAT, but it was amazing. I've been here a few times. The guy that works the lunch shift is great. He is always friendly and my food was OK. However, I noticed if you go in the evening and you aren't a regular, they will ignore you. Especially Cynthia, she is so rude and made my last experience there so uncomfortable that I will never go back! My friend and I went to the Ranch Tavern on New Years eve and split Ribeye steak. The chef that night was Pablo. It was cooked perfectly. The whole meal was great. Thank you Pablo. Probably one of the best steaks I have had. I would recommend going to The Ranch tavern for a great steak. I have had burgers and breakfast there and have always been satisfied. Ok, we all have this place where everybody knows your name. This tavern is it! We go here at least once a week. A smaller, hole in the wall tavern. Absolutely has the best food Ever!! I might shoot myself in the foot by posting this,as l have several time, raving about a place and then not being able to get in cause they are soooo busy! But l will take that chance! There weekly specials are awesome and cheap. My husband says their clam chowder is second to none, we even get extra to go so he can have it more then once a week. Their steaks are to die for and cooked to perfection. Servers are the ultimate l have ever seen! They all share duties, so any one can get ur drinks or serve your food. I love this place, but every time the painted on eyebrow lady is working, I get really crappy service. When I wanted a lemon drop, she said, " Those are really time-consuming to make." Than I heard her say to another customer."What do you want? I'm really busy." She got upset because everyone at our table wasn't on the same tab. This particular customer is trying to help her by telling her what people are on the tab together. She stormed off on him. She should not be in the service industry. The meals are not prepared to detail....what they do offer is the best steak deal this side of the river. What you get is a full size Ribeye with trimmings for $24, i cannot replicate this meal at home any cheaper, just go in, feed your face, and leave. Oddly enough they do charge a couple of bucks extra to "fully load" your baked potato, come on either add a buck or two to the price or just offer it standard, everyone I know goes for loaded so cater to that crowd, I understand not everyone goes for loaded but hey, potatoes demand their rights too! I have lived in the area since 1994, I have seen these staples on McLaughlin for years and finally we decided to give it a try. I have had the best meals from diners, bars, hole in the walls and greasy spoons. Today was no exception. The service was great and friendly. We ordered ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. We celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary today, and this place was perfect. Good food, great drinks and excellent service with good, warm and down to earth people. We decided to come in for the first time for dinner which happened to be on Thanksgiving. We just wanted to do something relaxed and fun, and seriously I am so pleased that we did. They offer a full Thanksgiving dinner with Turkey, all the sides, and a slice of pumpkin pie to finish it off. We didn't have the Turkey meal, but it's great to know they offer it if you're just not wanting to cook. I ordered the pork chop dinner and the pork was TRULY delicious with a perfect char! I could not believe I had such a huge meal for $15 that also included a dinner salad, yummy garlic bread and a baked potato.
