Because I am a nerd, I read windshield wiper reviews and wrote down which ones I was interested in. When I walked in the store, I was greeted immediately. They did not have my first choice wiper available (it was back-ordered) but they did have my second choice in stock. The wipers happened to be on sale too, which is always an added bonus. After I purchased the new wipers, the sales clerk walked out to my car with me, and had my new wipers on my car in less than two minutes. I wish every auto interaction was this effortless!
