The thing that really sets them apart is how they design your protocol. Troy actually takes time to listen to what you're dealing with and then combine therapies in a way that builds on each other. I came in dealing with chronic fatigue and brain fog and after a few weeks on his recommended protocol I genuinely feel like a different person. Way more energy, sleeping better, thinking clearer. Troy and the team make you feel like family from the second you walk in. Nobody's trying to sell you anything. I used the sauna for a large portion of my life. I love the heat. I got sick and tired of having to do the communal sauna including the one at the globo gyms. Those are gross. I have had everything happen to me in those saunas. This place is different. Here is what I do... Daily: 5AM- 1 hour Strength Cross Training; 0620- 1 to 2 mile cold ocean swim with no wet suit; and 0730- Come here and reap the huge benefits of the infrared, heat, goodness. I figured out to put the channel with the ocean waves and wave music. Then I jump in the Saune at 160 F. It takes me about 2 minutes to knock out. I awake from a blissful recovery sleep and then........ Then.... The party really starts! The cold eucalyptus towel! Damn! Be here or be square:) Heaven Sauna... Imagine this- you walk into their newly remodeled clinic and you're greeted warmly by Hannah. You have a great conversation with her before your session begins and you feel genuinely welcomed to their facility. Next, your physical therapist takes you to the treatment area and you dive right in to all the aches and pains. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Alexia. She's smart and inquisitive, and she got right down to the root of the issue I was experiencing. I felt as though she was incredibly thorough, ensuring that I walked out of the session feeling better than I did when I walked in. If you're someone like me who has more of a nagging injury, (less of an injury that requires surgery), you'll likely feel 1000% better once you get off that treatment table. Unlike other clinics I've visited, the session isn't a rushed 30 minutes, it's generally a full hour for the manual therapy techniques and corrective exercises. Once you graduate from the clinic to the gym, you'll likely work with Kyle who is an incredibly kind and talented strength coach, and clinic manager. He knows everyone's name and remembers even the smallest of details, again making you feel like the whole team truly cares about you being being there.
