They basically suspended the PHP program and kicked us all out. All they care about is money. I was there for about two months and my insurance covered every week and now they sent me a $42,000 bill saying I was never in network if I was never in network they wouldn't have kept me there that long but I will be hiring a lawyer for that unless they decide to fix it. They don't give a shit if you're hungry and you run out of food. The staff flirts with the clients which is unprofessional, and it was brought to the higher-ups attention and nothing was done. Half these people on these reviews aren't even real. I'll be leaving another review. Please do not believe they refused. They force people to do them when they leave. Don't be fooled by them. I could never work for a company who cheats people and does insurance fraud. Also, please do not listen to admissions everything they tell you is a complete lie. I had written two reviews when I was still there and I was forced by the higher-ups to delete them. All they care about is looking good is my point there's a lot of other good treatment centers to go to I would really do my research.

The staff at LaPosada are exceptional! Kind, Welcoming, Helpful and knowledgeable. The services, activities, meals and quality of living is tremendous. My mother absolutely loves her apartment and she loves living there! She has made friends quickly and always has a friend (or new friend) to have dinner with each night. And we have joined her for dinner several times and the food is upscale and delicious! We especially like the cocktail hour each night in their bar area. I love that there are two restaurants to choose from and there are new specials every night. There are also plenty of fun, interesting shows, activities and exercise classes for her to participate in. She enjoys regular transportation to Publix, the mall, or a doctors appointment. In addition, the grounds and community center are so beautiful and peaceful. A special shout out to many of the wonderful staff members: First our initial contact Lonnie Ehmann who shared her time and talent and layed the foundation for our initial visits. Fabulous Kim Mancini, Yolanda, and Vivianna all made my mom's transition seamless and comfortable. Stephanie, Jennifer and all the wait staff at the Waterfront dining are so gracious and outstanding! The list goes on and on - I really can't say enough about all the staff at La Posada!! There is incredible comfort and peace-of-mind knowing that she is well cared for and that there are systems in place to check on her well being. Since Elevate Care took over the nursing care has improved…read more Clean and friendly place. The place is very welcoming, you are greeted from entrance and staff are very helpful and accessible. It is easy to get answers if you have questions and whatever you need the staff gets it done right away. The residents were on the dining room and the set up looks very pretty and the staff are supervising and very attentive to the needs of residents. Staff looks like they are happy to work here.

The staff was very professional and courteous. All the nurses that I saw was a RN, working the floor just like the nurses aide at other facilities. The surrounding area had a lot of trees, that gave it a very serene feeling and atmosphere. In my opinion, these trees give your mindset to breathe , relax and meditate on the goodness of a God given life.

This place is run by a Director of Nursing, Mary, who is obviously burnt out. The conversation with her was one sided. She spoke but did not listen. She was unreasonable and it was a total waste of time. Trying to talk to ANYONE there by phone is IMPOSSIBLE. I left messages on every extension they had asking them to call me back, they never did! They sent my wife to the ER without just cause. They indicated that her case was too complex for them and they were not medically capable of handling her and they sent her to the ER to "dump her", instead of admitting they were not capable. There are many choices for Detox and Rehab. Don't choose this one!
