It all started when we checked in and got our first cup of feed for the day. A short stroll over to their petting zoo led us straight to the donkeys, goats, and some of their youngest Highlands. We strolled around their petting zoo while we wait for our tour to start. After a proper introduction to all of the animals in the petting zoo, we loaded onto a tractor driven by an infant and a farm dog and were taken farther onto the property and there they were! There were at least a dozen Highlands ready for eating! We were given buckets with pellets and the feeding began! Feeding the cows was absolutely hilarious. Loved to see all their wildly different personalities. Some a gentle as a butterfly, some charging at you like a bull after a red flag! We loaded back up on the tractor (yes, the baby was still driving) and headed back to the front where, thankfully, there was a handwashing station. What a fun and funny experience on this close knit family farm!

About an hour and 15minute drive from orlando , this cute family owned and operated farm is fun for a few hours. The country roads are so peaceful and there are plenty of parking spaces. The owners live on the property and are so nice. We got to play with their 2 little ones ( one a new born ) and they are so knowledgeable. There are wash stations and Porta potties on site so it's easy for parents with kids. They don't serve food but do have cold water and lemonade for sale and you can purchase cute little souvenirs as well. They have chickens, goats, alpacas, several Hyland cows and a beautiful horse on property. We stayed for about 2 hours as there is much else to do after feeding the animals and taking photos. They are not open year round so you have to catch them on Instagram when tickets go on sale. I purchased mine back in August !! Go get your Hyland cow on and enjoy the fall weather in plant city, don't forget there are a lot of cool farms and places to eat local as well.

The farm itself is nice and offers a variety of activities, food stations, and areas to explore, so there's definitely a lot for families to enjoy. However, our experience was disappointing due to inconsistent information and lack of clarity. The website stated the morning of our visit that flower picking was no longer available, which was one of the main reasons we chose to come. Additionally, there was confusion around the BOGO promotion. Members of our group who arrived about 30 minutes earlier were able to purchase and use the deal, but when we arrived, we were told it was only valid on Friday. This was frustrating, as it didn't align with what others in our party experienced that same day, and resulted in us paying more for the same entry. We understand that policies and availability can change, but clearer communication and consistency would make a big difference. With multiple paid options throughout the farm, honoring the promotion or offering some flexibility would have been a good gesture. Overall, it's a nice place with a lot to offer, but the inconsistencies took away from what could have been a great experience

A huge shoutout to Penelope, who took such great care of us during the party. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and brought such a fun, positive energy the whole time. We're so grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to host a birthday party or family outing. Thank you for helping make my daughter's day so special!

At just $5 per person (with kids 2 and under getting in free!), it is an absolute steal and well worth the trip. The animals here are incredibly friendly and seem genuinely eager to say hello. My nephew had a blast with the baby goats, and my niece fell in love with the bunnies and guinea pigs. They also both had a great time feeding the koi fish, which was definitely a highlight of the day. If you'd like to interact with the animals, you have the option to purchase food on-site, which adds a lot to the experience. There is also a small area for young children to play that has a small corn pit and other little things. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to any families looking for a fun, low-stress, and affordable activity!

I like that they have hay bales to climb onto, a corn play area for smaller visitors, and even inflatable animals for smaller kids to bounce on, it's a well rounded place to visit and enjoy! Bathrooms are clean and they do have food and beverage for purchase there. Highly recommend checking them out if you're an animal lover!

While it presented fewer picturesque photo opportunities, the immense activities scattered throughout the property are enough to keep kiddos of almost every age busy. And there are some fun activities for adults to partake in, especially the ball throwing (tennis balls, footballs, and basketballs) and the pedal carts, which are too heavy for most kids to pedal. My son (and his bestie) loved the big slide (they went down it 20+ times), giant bounce pillow, and duck races. The petting zoo is an awesome option for animal lovers, and the hay ride (while we didn't do it) had quite a long line. They have a tricky corn maze, Tug of War for those willing, swings, and a lot of small side games for people to check out while wandering the farm. There are plenty of food options including an adorable Silo bar in the center, pouring brews and other drinks. One of the trucks was cash only, so we didn't order from them, but the other vendors were set up with Square or other payment methods. Tickets for entry to their Fall event were about $18 per person (3 years+ require a ticket) and it included parking. I will definitely bring my kiddo back next year as this was a nice change of scenery from Sweet Fields (which we did two years in a row).

The farm itself is huge, we plan to go back for their day time activities, as the fright night tickets are a separate event - there's a lot to do, a playground area with a slide and swings, some carnival-type games, a bounce area, pumpkin patch/barn to pick some pumpkins, a Silo styled bar that's pretty awesome looking, a corn maze, tons of photo ops, and there's food on site as well. We went at night, so the heat wasn't a factor for us - it was actually beautiful weather. There weren't any signs telling us where to go from the entrance for the fright night stuff, so we sort of just wandered the farm until we found it. The paths are sandy, so there's a lot of dust kicked up with everyone walking around - you will go home with dust coating your nostrils and all inside your shoes. The fright night stuff was towards the back of the farm, there's a haunted house and a few haunted attractions that were pretty awesome. I didn't expect there to be so much to do, but the different haunted attractions were a blast for us and our kiddo. They really went above and beyond with the spooky decor. All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. We'd come back for the fright night for sure, and can't wait to check them out for their regular hours.

It was perfect timing for this early riser. Do check their posted seasonal u-pick schedule on their website or FB before making a special trip. Blueberry season typically starts in April and runs into May. The dates are posted weekly. It was easy to find and very close to Valrico. Especially if you're coming from Lithia Pinecrest Rd. There's a pathway that leads you to the parking lot once you get to Neal Rd. It's a short walk to the covered barn where you will receive your bucket. Just tie it tight around your waist so that it doesn't fall under the weight of the blueberries. The bucket holds up to 6 lbs. It's such a well organized process. The farm is huge. There were at least 10 families there, and I rarely saw them. There were so many beautifully ripe blueberries ready to be picked. The Jewel clusters of berries seem to fall right off when you touch them. Be sure to cup your hands underneath it. The Emerald variety is larger and tend to stay clustered together. I picked a mixture of both varieties. Before I knew it, the bucket was halfway filled. It was such a fun experience! So much so, that I'm hoping to do it again before the end of the season. It's such a happy place! The ladies who run it are so friendly & kind. They're even selling local honey from Sam's Honey Bees. Everything is so delicious! I also appreciated the shoe scraping & hand washing stations. Again, everything is so organized. It's a must if you're looking for great blueberries and/or a great family experience. Just do it. You'll be rewarded with fresh berries, and a peaceful retreat from urban life.

I went to their website and signed up for their newsletter, which was helpful because they sent out notice saying they would be open the upcoming weekend with hours of operation. I went early on Saturday morning, arriving about 9 am, and they were already busy. Fortunately, they have a huge field of blueberry plants: both Jewel and Emerald. They are also super organized which I love: someone directed me where to park and then I went to main building next to the field where I was handed a bucket with strings on it to tie around my waist in order to leave both hands free for picking. I picked a few pounds in no time, and checkout was fast and easy. They had short sleeve and long sleeve shirts for sale, but they were out of their baseball caps. So, even though this was a bit of a haul from Tampa, it was definitely worth the drive.
