Rice is another defining element of the traditional Persian meal. We received personalized attention from the restaurant manager, who was exceptionally warm and genuine. His menu recommendations were thoughtfully tailored to our preferences rather than feeling like a generic sales pitch. After our meal, he brought us Persian black tea, a wonderful finishing touch that gave us a chance to relax and enjoy the experience a little longer while also serving as a traditional after-meal digestive.
