The shop is located on a quiet street right next to the Forrey Grill, a restaurant we like very much. There are tables outside the shop which is delightfully welcoming. As you walk in you might wonder if you were in Alice in Wonderland! Adorably furnished with comfy couches, tables and high tops. The menu is large along with all kinds of coffees and teas. There is also ice cream and home baked goods. We sat down and our server brought me a large tall cold unsweetened ice tea with lemon. David had a mocha frappe topped with whipped cream! He also ordered the spicy bean and sausage soup. I opted for a cup of broccoli cheese soup and a chicken salad sandwich on sourdough bread. The food was super delish. The chicken salad with lettuce and tomato was one of the best I've had in a long time. Mine also came with a fresh baked macadamia nut cookie! I ordered a fresh loaf of cuban bread which is a new addition to the restaurant. It's freshly baked in house delicious!!!!! They have a nice selection of flans and sweet custard to select from the cold display. Their pastelitos are all delicious i've tried the Guava and cheese and coconut ones. Both sandwiches were great. Quality of the meat and veggies were perfect. Make sure to get the in house seasoning on your bread its for sure a must! Had the sandwich toasted which gave it that awesome crunch. The photos don't do it justice. Location has seating for guest to eat in if your not on the go. Seems like there maybe an additional section to the deli where food is served maybe in season? Also noticed some outside seating that was closed. Staff was friendly and fast granted at the moment i was the only person inside but never the less I was in and out and lost no quality to my food. The location is off the path so you have to go find it. Its a true hidden gem in the small town. Will be back to try some of the other selections. Still on the hunt for a great steak sub maybe these guys will fill the void??? Stay tuned
