I've been coming here for a while . I went to Cory today for the first time for a sports message . I've been having pain on my whole right side , especially my shoulder blade area . Anything I can write about this place isn't enough. Picture it...Sicily 1912. Haha. I was referred to come here and see Amanda since I had extreme pain one day. Extreme pain to the point I couldn't lift my arm and put a shirt on. I make my way to Amanda and she starts working on me. Turns out since she's a TRUE healer she discovered my rib was out. I don't know how this happened but it did. She put it back in for me and I was good as new. She offers cupping as well which I really love. She's very accommodating and helpful and answers any question I may have. The refinery is a beautiful place to be and the only place I will go to regarding therapy. Another thing I wanted to mention is she always asks how the pressure is. Other places tell you to breathe through while they're killing you. This place ain't that. This place is amazing! I suffer from neck pain due to a car accident I was in and was told I need surgery. Amanda has used her expertise in rehabilitation and wellness with the use of cupping and other techniques and has helped tremendously!! Surgery is no longer an option for me! I also have plantar fasciitis, which is a killer, the pain can be debilitating. Since coming to the refinery I am able to walk again with a dramatic decrease in pain. Rachel is AMAZING! So thankful I found a place to do facials and sugaring all in one. She explains every step of the way and is super easy to talk to about anything and everything! She always makes sure i feel comfortable and my skin is hydrated and glowing when I leave. She also makes sugaring such a comfortable experience. I've been consistently seeing her for 3 years and I always leave so refreshed and so grateful for her. Also, if you're looking for a facial peel, ask her about FCR! I've done it a few times and my skin loved the results, and the healing process was so much easier than a chemical peel. I also try to squeeze in a massage when I can with Amanda. I have literally never gotten a massage that felt so good. I have always had issues with my shoulders since I was in high school. My facial and massage were so good that I had to leave a review. I've been going to Rachel for facials and eyebrow sugaring, and recently dermaplaning. She take the time to analyze my skin issues and customize a facial. Sometimes we do the hydrafacial, other times she uses a multitude of masks and serums to treat specific areas. Simply the best. My daughter was diagnosed HLA-b27 positive in 2020 at 13 years old. Being her young age we wanted to try and stay away from heavy medication since she has so much life ahead of her.
