For me, I suffer from back spasms and neck pain. Once I have an episode pain can last months if I do not get aligned for some reason. I've had instances where I've had neck pain for 2 months, I'd visit different chiropractors to get aligned and the pain would persist. After visiting Dr. Khoa, he aligned it and it disappeared in 2 days. Other times, when having back spasm episodes, he'd align me to relive pain while others could not. I had a wonderful experience with the Chiro Haven chiropractor. 5 stars for Dr. Le Dang Khoa. I had a herniated disc, my back was very painful, and my right buttock and thigh were frequently numb due to the disc pressing on the nerve. I couldn't lift anything heavier than 5 lbs. After 9 treatments with Dr. Khoa (about 5 weeks), plus taking pain medication and nerve pain medication, and using Lidocaine 5% patches, my pain and numbness symptoms have decreased by 75%. I hope to be 100% pain and numbness-free in the next few weeks. Previously, I went to another chiropractor's office for 8 months but saw no results. Then I looked at online reviews of Chiro Haven and saw that everyone gave them 5 stars, so I decided to choose this office. I've been coming here for nearly 2 years now, and I ALWAYS feel better after seeing Dr. Le. Most of my life I've lived with tension headaches, migraines, and stiff neck and shoulders.
