Prices are much better than M&J Trimmings, although the selection of silk flowers is much smaller and not as fancy. Most were $5 or $8 and come with a clip, ponytail holder, and pin already attached, although some just have the clip, for your hair or a lapel. Or a hat. The hats are mostly polyamide and come in every shape, style, and color. This is a fun store, and the cashier was friendly and helpful.

The customer service in this store is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced…read more I ordered a hat in-store and was told it would be delivered there for pickup. A week later, I received an email saying the hat had arrived. When I got to the store, the employee told me the wrong hat was ordered. I said fine, here's my number -- return it and get the correct one. Another week goes by, and when I come back, the same hat is still sitting in the box -- not even returned. Lazy employees, no urgency, and the store feels more like a hangout spot than a place of business. Customers shouldn't have to deal with this kind of nonsense. The sales rep never processed the return, so I had to request a refund myself. Still no hat, just wasted time and money (including paying for parking in SoHo). All I heard was, "Oh, I'm sorry." Sorry doesn't fix terrible service. Completely unprofessional -- everything about this place is trash. The store needs serious management or maybe just let AI run it because at least robots would do the job.
