Perfectly situated on Siesta Key. Perfect access to the world renown Siesta beach and the white sands. Spacious rooms- 3 condo style bedrooms (kitchen, gulf view balcony). Low crowd- not a mass of people around- feels like the place is yours. Friendly staff, the staff was always available and about assisting w whatever was needed. Beach activities are plentiful (kayaks, paddle boards, beach lounge and chairs). Poolside bar w lunch available to guests. Lunch is catered by Morton's deli grocery (Sarasota main stay for fresh homemade foods). Walking distance to Capt Curt's (crazy excellent, clam chowder) a popular Buckeye bar and the Daiquiri Deck South. Just a short ride to the Village.

    Pool area and bar cabana!

What a fabulous place to spend a week. All employees are extremely friendly and calm, especially Robert at the beach and Michael at the bar. The accommodations are incredible - high end wolf professional appliance kitchen and superbly comfortable beds, not to mention the patio off of every unit for beautiful ocean or sunset views. We stayed in a three bedroom, three bath unit, with plenty of room for our group of five. The showers were nothing short of incredible, with a "rain" function amongst three other options. While the pool is small, this resort is never overly crowded, as there are a reasonable amount of rooms in the place. There is private beach access to a beautiful white quartz beach. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards the resort provides and loved every minute of it. Highly recommend if you're looking for luxury accommodation in Siesta Key.

Great accommodations, quartz beach, great staff, and humongous units. I highly recommend this and all Hyatt properties.

Stayed one night as a last minute decision as I got off of work substantially early. The price was…read moresuper cheap as well, because they were unlikely to rent the unit that night. One night in unit 101 which is an efficiency style unit, 260sq ft, was $252. The rental included self parking with my own dedicated spot, which was perfect because I was driving there. The office sent me a text and an email with check in instructions. The room was clean and well stocked. My only qualm was that the toilet barely flushed. It looked like it was going to overflow every time you flush is and the toilet paper would just linger in there until it decomposed. Yes, there was a plunger in there but I wasn't about to get to work on that toilet. Nope. Instead I planned to just toss the paper in the trash and find another place to go #2 if I had to. The fridge kept my drinks and snacks cool. I did not use the cooking stuff. I wanted to use the coffee maker but there were no filters (I brought my own coffee grounds). They had some pre packaged stuff, but I opted not to use it. There were some snacks with the coffee creamers etc but the date on the peanuts was May 2024 so I didn't bother looking at anything else. The towels were nice and soft. The water pressure was insane. The kitchen sink pretty much assaulted me when I turned it on. The shower and bathroom sink were just as powerful. Water temp was good. The room itself was very cool, had a NOISY but powerful AC. It clunked every time it reached temp and turned off. Wear ear plugs. Beach access was a short walk away, as well as a wonderful breakfast spot (toasted mango), awesome ice cream place (Jake's) and delicious deli (Anna's). I walked everywhere. There are nearby fancy restaurants and local bars and the marina isn't far at all. I walked there too. I'd say this place overall was great value and very safe. I appreciated the community pool and beach access. I had my own chairs and umbrella, so I did not rent. I would stay here again. This is a quieter side of the island compared to the village.

You are within walking distance of the beach. We can't wait to return next year!

Yes, Turtles has all of that-and I'm so glad I found it by accident. I was restless one Friday and pointed the car south. I didn't plan to go to Siesta Key that day, but when I was in that area-and realized how long it had been since my last visit, I had to go. I tooled around a bit on the northern end that I'm more familiar with, then headed way south on the Key. That's where I found Turtles. With its beautiful setting-and a big ol' parking lot, I was immediately sold. There was lots of seating inside-with its happy, coastal vibe, but I chose the outdoor patio-which has two tiers-one covered, one not. It was late spring and I knew the days of comfy patio dining were coming to and end for awhile, so this was the time. Besides-it was even closer to the water. I ordered fish, which was fine... and a rumrunner, which wasn't. I will definitely switch up my order next time. The service was kind-but maybe a little slow. That's ok. You're so enchanted by the ambiance and so chill, it doesn't matter. This was instant vacation, less than two hours from home. Every glance in every direction was postcard pretty. I basked in it-and look forward to doing so again.

I thought the chicken was overcooked, but the sauce on the sandwich saved the day for it. Service was good. View was very nice. It's convenient after kayaking at turtle but I'll drive up the road next time.

We stayed in the Nook which is a one bed/one bath dog friendly unit. The property is absolutely beautiful! The plants/flowers/fruits, the pool, 2 grills, a fire-pit under the cabana; just to name a few highlights. One of many favorites is the fact that they have made it convenient for their guests to use the floats in the pool. If you head to the beach they provide beach/pool towels in the unit but outside they have a section where you can borrow beach wagons, beach chairs, umbrellas, and those foam surf boards I can't think of the name. They also have balls, sand castle making kits and various outdoor games. There are also some bikes you can use! In the unit- NOTHING WAS MISSED! Towels galore, the kitchen fully stocked with utensils and anything you may need. The bathroom was absolutely gorgeous! The bed is super comfy, king sized. I absolutely loved the high-tech stuff such as the AC remotes being available separately in the living room and bedroom; the rooms also had remote controlled ceiling fan/light. This unit is so CLEAN...I mean...certified neat freak clean. I genuinely couldn't believe the other reviews mentioning how clean everything was- now I am witness. I love it here! Location is phenomenal! The beach is right across the street and it truly is the pretties and cleanest beach!
