I had showers that were leaking, kitchen faucets that needed changing out bathtub faucets that were leaking and a few other odds and ends. Ed showed up - got everything done. My tenants love him. I got the bill and was pleasantly surprised. He's very reasonable and stuck within his original estimate.

He had no paperwork, not even a business card. He was dirty, raggedy holes in clothes and stood in front of me scratching. I ask for his license and insurance that he was unable to find.
