Not even sure I saw soap actually hit my car but I paid 27 for a car wash that included inside vacuum and I don't know what else not even a fragrance. I don't t think they polished or vacuumed the inside. What I joke could have saved 20 bucks and went to chevron drive through. Shameful Would never go back again. read more

Happy to report that I went to get my vehicle washed today at this Auto Bell Carwash on my way home and was pleased that they were still open. An employee named William greeted me with a smile. Just took our Volvo to get a super poly clean and was very disappointed. I used to work at an autobell and the quality was much better. None of the rear interior windows had been cleaned don't think anything had been vacuumed and didn't receive a fragrance. The car wasn't that dirty to begin with and the fact it was done in 5 minutes should have been a warning. Called customer service and they said they don't do refunds and I'd have to drive back to get it re-cleaned. Just ended up doing it ourselves. Won't have our business in the future. read more

I just returned from Autobell and I feel like a complete sucker. I could have given my cat a vacuum and a rag and had better results. I can't believe I just spent $33 (wash and tip) for this. The exterior (black vehicle) is streaky and spotty. The interior is absolutely unacceptable. My car was quite clean going in, so it wouldn't have been much work at all to make it look really nice. That was not done. I do think they ran a vacuum over the front floor mats, but that's all I can see they did. Of course when you are the driver, that's what you see when you get in, so it seems okay. However, not long after driving off I realized the console area was unwiped. Then I get home and realize the passenger side was completely untouched. See attached photos. So I just spent the last 20 minutes in the heat cleaning my car that I just paid to have cleaned. Avoid this rip off place at all costs. Very unhappy. read more

Alway love to take Sasha (Mini Cooper) to get wash at Auto Bell. And this being a new location I figure they will be on top of it but it didn't look clean in the inside of my car. I got the top of the line wash. Clean inside and out. But they missed a bit when I look in the inside of my car. I didn't have time to come back around so I left it be. My plastic car mats wasn't spray off. Barely dusted off. Lots of dust still around my stick shift. I am disappointed for the service when I tipped the 3 gentlemen $20 for cleaning my car. So far, so good at this shiny new location. I'm eager to avoid most of the other locations I've been to in the area. This will be the new spot. I could tell I must have been one of their very first customers. Lots of new employees on site, no other customers to speak of. There even seemed to be a corporate trainer there with them. I did the drive through only, as usual, and at the end the trainer showed the other employees to wipe the back of the car where the wash didn't hit...damn! I'm impressed because I've never once seen this before at any other location. Usually they just see the R on your ticket and walk off. I even tipped after that. The ride-thru is $5. I'm sure this is Autobell's standad price now. It was $4 up until the end of last year. I hope this location continues to shine, pun not intended (probably). Just beware of the bombed out road leading up to the place. You can quickly undo your nice wash if you hit one of those potholes. read more

I've been to this car wash 4 or 5 times at this point and every time they put their best effort into washing my car, they're quick and efficient not to mention well organized. Carson runs this location very well, and is always so welcoming towards everyone. I recommend this car wash to anyone who wants a job well done! read more

I am not a car wash regular but as I have gotten older I have started branching out and using this location after I have visited my family at the beach and I want to reset the car. You would think it is all the sand, but no it is the dog hairs. Even with seat coverings the two dogs manage to get hair on a good portion of the car every trip. The first experience I had was okay - the exterior of the car was cleaned but I felt the mats and the interior (the main reason I had someone wash the car) could have been done better. And someone either took or vacuumed up my Aldi quarter (aka the quarter I keep next to the cup holders for easy access on Aldi trips). The second time I went I learned a bit more about the process. I found out you can add a tip voucher if you pay with a credit card, which is great because I only take out cash for specific purposes. I also opted for the gloss on the inside of the car because the man at the counter listened when I mentioned wanted to make sure the interior was taken care of. While it looked nice, there is a large triangle of missed glossing on top of the passenger console which now catches my attention when I get in the car. Ultimately I would say it is a location that get the job done, but has no wow factor. read more

I had the full package to include everything. The most expensive one they offer. $26.99 and gave the guys a $10 tip. I was in a hurry or would have demanded they start over. My car was finished in less than 12 minutes and when I got home and had a few minutes to look at it you could certainly tell why it was so quick. They were not busy and there was absolutely no reason that they could not give my car the attention or put more than one person on the job. When I got home that afternoon I had to redo. The windows will not show up in the photos very well so I didn't post them but that was one of the reasons I took the car was I have the back windshield clean from the inside because I have trouble reaching it and they didn't even touch it. Follow-up: As you may see CS responded to me and was going to reach out due to my dissatisfaction. I let them know it was fine. Needless to say, that was about 25 days ago and I haven't heard anything! read more

Absolutely terrible. I pulled up to the signs that said park here to ready your car. I waited. Three employees stared at me from the entrance of the empty car wash. I pulled up closer to them, opened my door and got out. Another man came outside and all four of them stared at me. I asked if anyone was going to help me, crickets. I got back in my car and left. Came to get a much needed car wash! The manager (Ian?) was very knowledge about which service would be best for my situation. After going though the car wash, my vehicle was then vacuumed and hand dried. The vacuuming was professional and they even cleaned the inside of my windshield! Sadly we had our first bad experience at an AutoBell at store 5830 here near our house. We expected our usual premium car wash experience for our Highlander but instead they tried to send us off with a half cleaned car. The inside was sprayed down and never cleaned or wiped up, all the door handles were dirty as were all the door jams, they did not clean our front grill or vacuum our hatchback. I had to stop the autobell attendant and walk with him around the car showing him all the things he never cleaned and stand with him to make sure it was done correctly. We gave up and left without even mentioning our wheels needing cleaning. We paid for a complete inside and out car wash and essentially got the drive through experience instead. It almost seems they devote all their attention to the luxury vehicles and avoid the SUV's. read more

These guys deserve 100 stars! I took my grandparents car to this location to get cleaned that had never been vacuumed out in like 10 years and also have never been cleaned or wiped down on the inside. They all worked so hard and long to clean the car to make it SPOTLESS. I was so scared to sit down in the car because of how dirty it was. They were all also very nice. They all did a really great job and provided great service. It's crazy how different it looks now than it did before. Highly recommend autobell at carowinds!!!!! Not sure that this is going to matter or if anything is ever going to be done about this but I was just at the car wash on Cabela's. I paid for the $21 car so that the interior and exterior would be done. Thank God I was actually standing and watching my car go through the car wash because they forgot to put my windows up and the car got completely soaked on the inside. I'm glad that they cleaned it I wouldn't have done it that way but what are they going to do for me if in two days because of all the water that got in here my electrical fails in my car. I guess we'll come to that bridge when we get there. Three free car washes is not going to pay for hundreds possibly thousands of dollars in electrical. As soon as I can find out how to cross-post this I'm going to find out who to contact who owns it and let them know as well. read more

I have used several of the Autobell car washes and this is the best crew. Always polite, professional and do a bang up job on my vehicles.

The service was absolutely horrible, the employees just stood around, no prewash solution, then got stuck in the wash and sat there until someone decide to fix whatever the issue was. There were no other customers so once we got out the wash, we expected the car to be dried but the no one came. My husband got out of the car and walked up to the front to figure out what was going on and they said we have to come to the left. We will not be going back this car wash again read more

I've been to auto bell many times and was thrilled when one opened near me. I have done 2 or 3 drive thru just to get a wash, both times I lost a magnet. I know it's my own fault, just wish they would have reminded me. Today I went in for the full service. There was a flag outside that said 20% off (I unfortunately didn't see that till I was leaving... But I didn't get 20% off. I was the only car there, around 7 pm. I asked about getting my weather mats washed, was told it was an extra charge. I said I just needed one done, the back one. Was told it as the fronts or all. Would have thought he would have offered to do the one for me for the price of the fronts. Nope. I get in my car, drive off. Inside didnt even look touched. Dust all over the dash, didn't touch it. Floor mats weren't put back in place, shoe prints from my kids all over the backs of the front seats, not touched. Door jams not touched. I have booster seats in the back, the tiny ones you just lift up, clearly it was too much for them to vacuum under those. Screen by speedometer dusty. I think could go on and on. Came home and did it myself. Won't be back. read more

Paid for their Top Tier Armor All Wash Special along with Master Vac and Mat cleaning. Told the guys I know its a lot so take your time if you need, I was willing to wait. Waited over about an hour and after being told my car was ready, came outside to see the wheels hadn't been done, the rear seats nor the cargo area hadn't even been touched, especially master vac with a lilly brush, which I paid extra for. The gentleman did redo and fix the issues, however after getting home and inspecting more, there are still crumbs and debri left inside the vehicle which could clearly have been gotten too. Underneath the rear seats that can fold down, didn't even get touched. I paid $63 total for this service and will never be back. I watched it progress, and I'm pretty sure they didn't disinfect the car like they advertise them doing either. First time customer and now last time. Not sure about other locations but stay away from the Fort Mill Autobell. read more

I was excited to find a location closer to my work so that I could get my car detailed during lunch. I have mixed feelings about my last visit. The staff was super friendly and worked hard to get my floor mats cleaned, however, the front and rear windows on the inside, left alot to be desired. I have streaks on the front and the back hatch looks like it was missed altogether. I know it has recently opened up and the staff is still learning, which is why I hate that I did not notice the back glass in time to say something because i am sure they would have taken care of it. But the sun was shining and it was not noticed until later in the evening when I was headed home. So to the new employees still in training, please make sure that we you tag team a car that all windows are done. Thanks so much and I will be returning! read more
