I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and manipulative, especially coming from someone in the beauty industry who is trusted by clients. We haven't heard from her in two months since the text message was sent. It is now over nine months since this incident occurred and has not been resolved. As of today, I am still owed money. I believe it is unacceptable for any stylist to use intimidation to silence honest feedback rather than making things right.
