Went in to get a simple high skin fade and trim off the top. Ray starts off by asking me what a high skin fade is to me? Like it's the same everywhere you shouldn't have to ask. Proceeds to give me my haircut and when I tell him that the back is patchy he proceeds to tell me that he can't see it. Followed by attempting to fix it and continues to do the sides and not fixing the back. Attempts to fix it several times and then asks another barber if he sees what I'm talking about. The other barber Jay B says that it's because I have wrinkles in my head and that's why it looks like this. It's funny how I haven't had this issue previously so to not argue with them in the shop I leave with my hair looking like it got mangled by a tiger. Would not recommend at all. EDIT: The owner Brandon personally reached out to me and listened to my concerns and was extremely attentive and willing to do whatever to make my experience better. Which I truly appreciated because I could tell that he prides himself in his work and business.
