Would not recommend whatsoever! My partner was in a car accident right infornt of this establishment back in 2020 by a dui hit and run driver. Paramedics, cops and all came. This establishment didn't allow her to use the restroom after being checked by Paramedics and waiting for a tow truck. However they were so interested in being nosey in the scene. She has also been a customer here in the past as we live down the street. Workers are rude and so inhumane. I would like to update my review to reinstate how much I love this nail salon and what a great job its staff does every time. I usually get my acrylic refill + gel done by Hanna, which is also the business manager, and despite being incredibly busy (because that's how good they are) she always gives me her best work, service and attention. She always checks with me if the length is Ok, the shape, etc. And also helps me decide (when I ask her opinion) on the color. I really appreciate and admire her hard work, I have no idea how she has energy to run a place that never takes a break. The nails were completely different colors and was mot done well on the sides and as Hannah (nail technician) was doing them she was harsh and left my finger bleeding a bit. I'm very disappointed with the out come and my sister went back to ask for a refund but the lady started getting aggressive saying they were good but they were not. She then tried to fix them but my sister said there was nothing to fix and that she will leave a bad review Hannah then just threw my hands away aggressively and didn't give us a refund or anything. This is my go to place for regular mani and pedis. However yesterday was my LAST TIME. My pedicure was AWFUL. She cut my big toe really badly on both sides of the nail. She made me bleed. When I told the manager and asked if she could help intervene, she did nothing and gave me 10% off. What a joke. This picture is one day later, it's throbbing and hard to walk now. Ive never been treated so rudely in a nail salon in my whole entire life. I have been here multiple times, because they are supposed to be cheaper than your average nail place. After I called to make an appointment, they said to come right away and that they are free. So I go there, wait 10 mins to park because they only have two spots available in their parking lot. I go in and spend 10 minutes picking out a color. I finally sit down at a chair and show her the color I want and she said she doesn't have that color but goes back to grab that number anyways and it's a completely different color. She grabs more colors from the basket and says look this, it is the same and it's a completely different shade, all I said is "why do you have colors out that you don't have, what can I choose from that you actually have, I don't have time for this" and she starts yelling at me that she now won't do my nails because of my attitude and says I have to wait until someone is available and how she's had a bad day and now I'm having a bad day and how she won't work with people like me. I was completely calm, clearly frustrated but didn't say anything to warrant that kind of treatment. She literally got up and went to work on another girl who came in after me without an appointment. People around me were looking at her in complete shock that she was talking to me that way, as well as one customer said "wow I can't believe she's talking to you like that". Come to find out, she is the MANAGER. HANNAH is her name. In a business that is so competitive, I will gladly take my money elsewhere. Read all the 1 - 2 star reviews below. ALMOST ALL OF THEM HAVE TO DO WITH HOW RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL HANNAH IS. Side note for those who care: they do NOT DO DIP. They dip your nails into acrylic powder and then paint them with gel and then charge you with the dip price not the gel price. They are completely scamming their customers. You are so much better off going to a place that has $$ instead of this $ and who actually do real dip color. You aren't going to save money in the long run when the gel starts chipping esp if you are expecting a long lasting dip, see attached picture...that's after two weeks!! They will also surprise charge for the shape that you want without telling you ahead of time (like you will pay $5 for almond shape even tho that is not mentioned anywhere). I've been looking for a nail salon for a while now and although this one is cheaper than others you get what you pay for. Chi did my pedicure while Hannah did my acrylics and I had to change the design twice because she said she couldn't do it and it was too much. When she was putting the glue her glove got stuck and pulled up the nail and she got upset and from that point on she was really rough and threw my hands while she rushed through it. I truly hate leaving bad reviews, but this was possibly the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. I will say this for this place, it is very inexpensive, especially for a pedicure. I guess you get what you pay for, but I would rather spend $5 more for a manicure/pedicure somewhere else where I won't have to immediately go home and remove my freshly painted nail polish off my nails. When they painted our nails, they were AWFUL. I mean, I paint my own nails better when using my left hand than what they did. To be fair, they only offer to paint your nails with really cheap, bad nail polish. If you bring your own, high quality nail polish like O.P.I., etc. it might have come out better, but I really don't know. I think it's possible that the employees must still be learning about mani and pedi care because when they cleaned our cuticles on both our feet and our hands, they missed a lot. Not to mention she nicked my mother's fingers to the point of bleeding when applying her acrylics. If all of that is not enough of a reason to not go back, to top it off, the customer service was not at all good. The people were snooty, and very unorganized. They moved my mother and I to three different seats each just for the manicure alone. When we went to go pay, we tipped $17 for a crappy job, for $40 worth of service and they looked at us and snuffed as if we were rude for not tipping more. Attached I have a photo of my nails when I left there, standing in the parking lot. My manicure was fantastic compared to my mother's acrylics. For a manicure and a pedicure, it was only $22 which was a pretty good deal. My friend and I came to this place on a Sunday. We called beforehand to make an appointment and I think they really appreciate it if you call ahead of time. The hard part about this place was finding it. When I clicked on the "Directions to Business" button on the Yelp app, it directed me to a place down the opposite end of the street. We ended up at a closed and run down store. My friend put the address into her Mapquest app and then we were able to be redirected to the correct location. We arrived at the nail salon about 20 minutes late but they were nice about it. They told me to go ahead and pick the color I wanted. Their choices of nail polish were not that great--a lot of the brands I've never even heard of. There were only a couple OPIs that I saw and a few China Glazes. When it was time to start my mani and pedi, I sat on their comfy chairs and soaked my feet in the tub they had. They were very detailed and careful when painting my nails and I noticed that their service took a bit longer than all the other nail places I've gone to. When they did my hands, they wrapped my hand and forearm in a hot towel. They also briefly massaged my hands. For $22, their service was great. My nails started chipping about one week after getting them done. I can't complain much since it was pretty cheap. But if you're looking for a place with long-lasting color with brand name nail polishes, you should try another place. If you want an affordable nail salon to come to with a girl friend and don't mind some lesser known nail polish brands, then come here. read more

My manicure was crap. I told her I was used to wearing gels and that my nails needed some TLC. she trimmed them but that's about it. she didnt shape them or buff them. So I got off from work at Mainplace the other day and I really wanted to get my nails done, and there was the Happy Nails Salon in the mall, but it had terrible reviews so I made the walk to this salon. When I first came, there were 2-3 customers waiting, and not enough room for me to sit, so I had to stand at the doorway for a while. One of the owners told me it would be a 30 minute wait. The place was pretty small; the spa chairs looked really nice and up to date. After my wait, I was seated with Hannah, who I saw had bad reviews on yelp, which made me nervous. She was a little rough on my nails... She cut me a couple of times fixing up my cuticle, and her work on the sanding tool made me extremely nervous! The way she filed my nail was also unpleasant, I was hurting a good amount of the time. Besides all the filing and sanding, her work with acrylic was pretty good. She took her time doing it and used a different acrylic powder than I normally see. She claimed that it looks more natural, and seemed really proud of her work. I was pleased with it too. She also cut my nails at the perfect medium length that I asked for. When I went to choose my color, I saw that a lot of the nail polish was half empty and old. The brands and color selection were average. My first choice was an olive green that seemed nice when I opened it.. However, after she applied it on the first three nails, I saw that it had a very ugly yellow tint, so I told her that and she let me choose another color! I was brave enough to talk to her in Vietnamese and have a pleasant conversation while she did my nails. I feel like she's often misunderstood and tries her best with her customers. In the end, I was really really pleased with the outcome. I give the final result 5 stars, but everything else about the place makes it a 3. Today I walked in with a picture of how I wanted my nails and a picture of a dress I am wearing for a wedding to match the color to my nails. I didn't get her name but I want to say she is either the manager or the owner took my phone with the picture of my dress and went through all their nail polish colors while they started working on my toes and acrylics to make sure she matched the color perfectly. I've been to this place for years and am finally writing a review on both their nail service and their eyelash service! They now do individual eyelash extensions! This place has the most affordable pedicures around - $13 (might be a little higher now, maybe $15) for a full spa pedicure! Sugar and oil scrub with hot towel service too, it's a quick massage but it feels wonderful. Can't beat that price sitting in a massage chair. They are meticulous and thorough, I would recommend anyone there. As for lashes, there is someone there trained by Daniel Long My Lashes named Vicky. Daniel is the famous celeb eyelash technician who has become popular as of late. Vicky was trained by him and does a great job. I used to go to this place in Hollywood, but Ritz has rates that are affordable and they will cater to your preference of having natural looking lash extensions or fancier ones (I like ones where they are questionably fake - if you pay for them, it better show and not be natural-looking!) For the initial set, it's $80 and another $20 to remove lashes from another studio. A touch up refill is $35-$40. I highly recommend this place - excellent customer service and only a mile maybe from the 22 or 5 freeway. I've been to this place for almost a decade for waxing as well! Love them! read more

I usually get pedicures every two weeks and manicures at least once a month ( depending if its gel, acrylic, or just painted). I've tried out many nail salons before but i would have to say that this place does the best pedicure I've ever gotten and it is the cheapest. I came here with my grandma, mom and brother ( all of us got pedi/manis). They spend so much time cleaning your feet and do a hot oil treatment as well. In addition, we each got our calluses removed which was another $5 per person. totally worth it though !! My manicure I got french tip on my toes which I had to come back to get fixed. The nail polish that they had used leaked which made my french tip look terrible. It was such a hassle to come all the way back here to get it fixed but they were helpful. I think they need better nail polish brands. I usually use essie/opi when i paint my nails at home and love them. They had some random brands that I have never heard of. Since it is a nail salon, i think they should invest more money in better quality nail polishes ! read more
