Kids getting knocked over, adults and kids trying to take the trainers from mine and other kids. Way overcrowded and completely understaffed. Gong show at best. Spent $52 for 3 kids to skate (I was charged and had no intention of skating) plus trainers for the kids. Was there barely an hour and witnessed at least a dozen kids getting hurt and two of my three ended up getting hurt by other people falling onto them resulting in them falling. I talked to the owner on the way out stating my displeasure over the crowded environment and injuries. Response was something like "I can't control how many people show up to these things". Yes, you can actually. This event should have had tickets sold in advance with either a more limited or timed capacity. Not just letting hundreds of people in like a herd of cattle waiting to go to pasture. The private party I held for my daughter a few weeks prior was almost $900 after gratuity. For the owner not to give a care about my comments was really disappointing. As a result I told him flat out I will not have additional birthday parties for my other kids there.

When I visited, it was midweek during school hours so I can't comment on how busy it gets, but it had a chill vibe, plenty of parking, but trash and empty bottles were everywhere.

This is a BYOB event, but you probably want to leave the glass at home. - Bring a chair. Unless you want to lean on the rail the whole time, you're going to be sitting on the rink in the chair you brought. - Another reason to get there early is for seat positioning. Birthday parties were always fun at the skating rink, when my kids were babes. Here we are 2021, and I am experiencing this again with my GRAND daughter. It's been probably 25 years since I've been in a skating rink. This place didn't fail us. Small town, with the kindest patrons. We had an enjoyable time and will most definitely return. They offer numerous Skate Party packages, or Private Party packages. I met the owner Robert as we were leaving. He was very pleasant and kind, and we look forward to returning very soon.
