Chicken bacon ranch burger

The food was amazing! My food looked so good that I had to take a bite before I took the picture..... the chicken was tender and moist! The fried green beans were PERFECT, the best I've had! The service was fantastic! I also had a margarita that was good. I will definitely be back.

Grilled Chicken Philly Wrap with Onion Rings

I can't say enough about this place. Really good atmosphere, great food and even better service. If you've never tried this gem in Springfield, MO give them a try, you'll be glad you did. Great drink specials, and big selection of draft beer. It's also an awesome place to watch any game any time of the year with their multiple big screens all over the restaurant.

The Roost definitely has one of the best burgers in town! I usually go for either the Bacon Ranch Burger or the Jalapeño Burger. The Chipotle Ranch is fantastic. They make the burgers from fresh beef and whatever it is they season them with, I am a fan! I recommend the waffle fries, fried mushrooms and the onion rings. The fried mushrooms and onion rings are fresh battered...and delicious. The fried pickles are also very good here. There are plenty of TV's and a couple of projector screens to watch whatever sporting event is on that day, and if there is a Cardinal's game on, it will be on the projector.

Fried mushrooms were amazing!!' They actually hand batter their food so everything tasted great and fresh! We had hand battered chicken dinner. The burger was really juicy. Don't forget to dip your fried food with chipotle ranch dip!! Happy hours $5 apps, $2 wells drink all day Thursday. Great quality American food!

This evening I had a chance to dine at the original Roost our server was Abby she was amazing kind knowledgeable and just a pleasant person. The food was amazing yummy yummy yummy you should definitely take your time out and come to the original roost on sunshine

Fish and Chips unfortunately had burned cod pieces and was inedible. I normally love this place, but today, it was 'off'.

The variety of different sports on was great, and the patty melts are the best things on the menu.definitely better than what I make.

The food is good. Drinks a little pricey. Service varries. Too crowded and loud. Atmosphere average. Overall a good place but not great.

The time I went it was very cold inside, bring a jacket just in case. The food was very good. Great portions and won't break the bank.

I'vehad several items on the menu but always come back to the grilled cheese. Unfortunately, I left disappointed because the food quality just wasn't what I remembered. I had been telling my wife how great the food used to be--almost like gourmet bar food--and was really looking forward to sharing that experience with her. The smash burger no longer tasted like the duck-fat burger I remembered, and the fries definitely didn't seem to be house-made anymore. They tasted more like a lower-quality frozen product, which was a letdown. On the positive side, the service was excellent. Even with the restaurant getting busy and a live band setting up, the staff stayed friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. One thing to note is that we initially arrived around 12:45 p.m. on Sunday, only to find out they weren't open and was told that something came up and they didnt open until 3:00 p.m. on this Sunday. Overall, I still enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciate the great service, but I hope the kitchen can get back to the food quality that made Lindberg's one of my favorite spots in the past.

He was so patient, explained everything, let me try all the BBQ sauces, and didn't rush us at all even when we kept adding more food. He really hooked it up! We tried the Burnt Ends of the World As We Know It, Machine Gun Belly pork belly, wings, Red & Loaded Potato Salad, and Cheesy Creamed KORN everything was so good! The burnt ends and pork belly were full of flavor, the creamy corn was a must, and the loaded potato salad was delicious. The whole environment is such a fun rockstar vibe with guitars, music notes, and a menu full of funny pun names like Fleetwood Mac 'n Cheese, Mosh Pit Beans, Nat King Coleslaw, No More Mr. Nice Fry, The Boys from OKRAhoma, and Collard Greens Day. Coming from California, it's different because places out here close early, but they still made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Great food, amazing service, fun atmosphere -- definitely recommend Stusquatch's Rockstar BBQ!

Now for the disappointments: - Ribs were ok taste but dry dry dry. - Cole Slaw was some apple flavored rendition that was a miss. - Catfish....had a major dirt/lake taste. Sure, I get you can get this certain taste with some catfish...but this catfish flavor was a way off putting taste. . I always like supporting local /small business places. At least today...this place hardly had a good overall meal. I cringe ever having to use a 1 star rating...but for today anyway, this was generous.

I'm so glad I took their advice, the buns were soft and buttery, the meat patties were flavorful and moist. We also ordered you are smokin' fries. Apple and hickory smokes fries, loaded w/ sautéed jalapeños, cheese sauce, and we opted the pulled pork with Chipotle bbq. The fries were a hit at our table! Waygu burgers, sign me up! I end up ordering the foodie - double 4oz patties, Boursin style cheese, caramelized onion, candied bacon, w/ truffle mayo. Best damn burger I had in a long time. They offer varieties of sauces to try with your burger & fries, they bring a small tray with each sauce. Ranch, ketchup, smoky garlic mayo, chipotle BBQ, chipotle ketchup, truffle mayo, and sriracha mayo just to name a few. I'm a sucker for espresso so I ordered an espresso yourself shake. Espresso, salted caramel, funnel cake, coffee liqueur, frozen vanilla custard. The espresso and salted caramel balance each other out nicely. This shake lives rent free in my head. If I am ever in the city again, this would be on my top list to visit. Definitely would recommend you trying Black Sheep.
