A few months ago we had a surprise birthday party for my Grandma, and the nice people at Rose Garden Tea Room were gracious enough to allow us to reserve a large table for guests I had never been to this tea room, but individuals in my family have been going in certain anniversaries like Mother's Day The dining area is spacious with an open layout. Everything is clean and nicely decorated The menu offers a variety of options from bites, to meals, to other tea room classics. I know many people go for the desserts. There's beer and wine as well as plenty of non-alcoholic options (coffees, teas, and soft drinks). We were given complimentary breadsticks which were essentially long croutons. Tasty but a little strange in terms of complementary bread. More seemed like palette cleansers or again oversized croutons The staff were gracious hosts. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and the food, ambiance, and service were solid This spot is in what looks to be a converted department or furniture store. Half of the space is the restaurant, and the other half is a store with many boutiques Some tips: If you're celebrating a special event like a birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, or just want to enjoy high tea, this place is perfect. They also cater Cheers!!

I made reservations for noon on a Saturday & I am glad I did because there were only a few empty tables. The tea room is decorated very cozy & pretty. We were seated immediately by the person tending the front door which by the way was very friendly & inviting. Our server was amazing. She answered all our questions & recommended a few items. It is a great place to meet friends & catch up or just to get away by yourself. I ordered the Chicken Salad w/a side Caesars Salad, the Peach Ginger Green Tea & Coconut Pie - definite a reorder. I especially liked the swirl bread, it was soft & so good. My daughter ordered the Loa Salad, the Lemonade & the Coconut Pie. She said everything was delicious. I asked about the Three Course High Tea - it is only available by reservation & after 2 pm. We may have to try it another time.

What an amazing and beautiful place to have lunch! Service was on point and such a delightful experience. The ambience was picturesque and made me forget for a moment that I was in Arlington. I ordered the half turkey sandwich with the soup of the day. To say the least it didn't disappoint! We order the mimosa flight for the table which is a deal if two or more are enjoying one or three! Don't forget dessert! The Strawberry cake was amazing! The carrot cake was amazing! Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning! Thanks to "Sweet Paul" for being a great host!

Attend a wedding shower at the tea room. They have 2-3 areas for parties. It was very noisy as other groups partying also. Service was okay they seemed rushed. The little plate with sandwich's was not impressive at all, most bread was dried out as made hours ago, the different fillings were spread so thin you could not really tell what it was. Sorry to say not the best food or service.

3 stars for the high tea, 4 stars for everything else! I was disappointed in the high tea. I do really like this place. It's so pretty and chic inside, the service is pretty good, and the food is yummy. High tea is at 2 everyday and you need a reservation. We were excited about trying it out. 3 courses sounded like a lot of food...but it was not! Your first course is a little plate of tiny sandwiches. For the second course you get 2 scones. And the third course you get a plate of tiny desserts. The meal of course comes with tea. But that was it!!!! For $25! It was cute and fun, and tasted good, but not worth the price per person. And then they charge you gratuity even it's just two people! You are much better off just getting a regular portion of food for $12 max, dessert, and a drink! You will get much more food for much less. Other than that this place is really fun to come too, especially with all the ladies.

The Rose Garden sampler plate. Tomato bisque, quiche, pumpkin bread cream cheese sandwich, chicken salad and fresh fruit.

It's a beautiful place. Good service, good food. Nice atmosphere. Antique, clothing jewelry and crafts shopping. Rooms for showers and parties.

I was looking for a tea place after shopping at Gracie Lane. There is a line but you are seated pretty quick. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Paul, who was so pleasant and makes you feel excited to be at the place. I was seated in a cute area that felt like you were in an outside garden with birds chirping. The ambiance is so peaceful and pretty. Melissa greeted me and I took all her recommendations. The peach ginger tea cold was refreshing and delicious. The chocolate rose petal cake was yummy. Not to sweet but just perfect. I enjoyed a wonderful rose tea with my dessert. Then finished off with a special treat the sparkling wine. Everything was wonderful and they make you feel so welcome! I will be back when I'm in town again. Shop at Gracie lane and stop by. The menu looks great!

Sunshine decided almost two weeks ago she wanted to feel fancy and attend high tea on her birthday. Unfortunately for her, and it's worth noting if you're interested, 24 hours notice is needed for high tea but we decided we would go and experience the vibe. The Tea Room shares a space with Gracie Lane and it's a perfect pairing. There's plenty of parking and thankfully no line and no waiting on a hot and sunny Thursday brunch hour. When you walk in, the restaurant is to the left. I'm a sucker for exposed brick and fairy lighting so the decor was cute and Sunshine was impressed. We were met by very polite, courteous and attentive wait staff. Staff, possibly the manager, was kind enough to offer to take our picture near the TEA sign. That was greatly appreciated because I often find myself taking pics for Yelp or taking pictures of moments that I'm rarely in the shot with my loved ones. But back to the Tea Room. The ambiance was nice. The name might fool you and you're certainly allowed to put extra work into your appearance but it's not required. Most people were dressed quite casually and personally I like it like that. The menu is small and very specific. We didn't really come with our appetite but if we had, I'd probably have tried the egg salad sandwich. Instead we decided to try the the ginger peach tea and a dessert. She chose the Snickers cheesecake (forgot to get a pic of that) and I chose strawberry cake. Listen!!! That strawberry cake came out warm with the icing slightly melting to perfection and a dollop of whipped cream. When I tell you that was the most delicious and moist strawberry cake I've ever had at any establishment, I mean it. It wasn't fancy with excessive decoration, it was just perfectly delicious and a good serving. Combine the delicious dessert and tea, along with the cute photo opportunities and the shopping at Gracie Lane (and a little thrifting next door at 1/2 and 1/2, we had a eventful little excursion for her birthday. I'm sure we'll be back.

A lot of their drinks are strong for me, and I'm not much of a coffee drinker. I like that they provide free ice water, and they have a nice selection of pastries and even a lunch menu (sandwiches, grilled cheese, tacos and more!) for those who are looking to stick around for a while. The atmosphere is beautiful; plenty of seating, comfortable chairs and different types of table, and there's even an area my friend and I like to seat in what looks like a private event table. It's open to the public as long as no one reserves the area, so we always enjoy bringing our writing equipment and books. Personally, I really enjoy their grilled cheese. I've tried their cheese danish and brownie as well. Very delicious but a bit too sweet. I'll definitely be back here as a frequent to spend time with my friend, but I'll be on the lookout for other drinks and sweets.

Upon entering at noon, I saw that it was pretty crowded, which tells me that a lot of people do enjoy the atmosphere of Savor. There was lady sitting next to our table who brought her dog in and they stayed in the shop for hours. Everything was peaceful, quiet, and clean. The cashiers were all fast with completing their orders, and the fruit refresher I tried (mango flavor) was spectacular! I also ordered a chocolate muffin and it's so tasty!! I see that they also have tea options. There's also a table near the order counter where people leave their business cards for different services, from legal to home maintenance. I thought that was a nice addition to a coffee shop. I'll definitely be back with my friend.
