You HAVE to try them all

These conchas are the BEST we have ever had. My husband is Hispanic and always on the hunt for the best conchas. We finally found this place and we were blown away! Warm and flavorful, these conchas are fresh and worth every penny. The service is quick and friendly and you can grab a coffee or latte too! It is cozy inside with limited seating. Clean, with nice Texas themed decor. The cookie butter concha was to die for! However all the flavors are out of this world. We cannot wait to come back!

Absolutely a must! These aren't your regular typical concha's, they are absolutely extraordinary, made fresh daily. Adrian the owner and absolutely awesome human, he works hard making these concha's with his mom everyday! Up early doing what he loves most, making and selling us his amazing creations coming to life. He did have a matcha flavored concha , I didn't try it this time , maybe next. McKayla was so knowledgeable of the menu, recommended several tasty treats, super sweet, I absolutely loved her energy! They have decadent cheesecakes , all kinds of flavors. The concha's are pillowy, buttery and the cookie butter has this crunchy topping soooo yummerz, definitely my absolute favorite besides the strawberry and Mazapan is also amazing! I ordered a Matcha Strawberry drink and it was delicious, absolutely one of the best matchas ever. I can't wait to come back for another. Until next time! P.S please bring the strawberry crunch back

We decided to stop by and try the Conchas it was later in the day an although very tempting we pass on the coffee but the Biscoff Cookie butter latte was certainly tempting to me but I resisted and went we the Cookie Butter Concha and the wife had the Mazapán Concha the place was well lit and clean small in strip center we decided to take to take home and split and enjoy we made some cocoa to go with cookie butter is a love of mine and this Concha did not let me down soft and tasty a perfect dip on a cold day and who doesn't like the Mazapán cookies the Concha was a bigger version with the taste. Really good stuff wish we lived closer that latte is calling my name. It's counter service and the young lady that he'll us was very nice. I'm hope they do well and if in the area give them a go.

I tried their mazapán concha and their vanilla latte. Both of them are good. The concha was soft, but the topping was a bit flaky because of the mazapán. Coffee was good.

Ordered a latte and a variety of Conchas service was friendly and inviting. The Conchas was moist fresh and you could taste the strawberry flavor. Coffee was excellent better than Starbucks. A must try I love to support local small business .

Coffee and conchas!! The perfect pairing that this shop offers. They also serve cookies and cheesecakes which I will be back to try. Located in a shopping strip, the space is cozy and open, texas cowboy themed. Adrian and Jennifer(?), were very helpful and welcoming. We ordered coffees, the mocha Mexicana (hot) and biscoff cookie butter iced latte and a cookie butter concha. The mocha mexicana had the right amount of sweetness and coffee for my liking since I don't like overly sweet coffee drinks. The cookie butter iced coffee was too sweet for me with no coffee taste, but could be better with extra shots of espresso. If you have a hazelnut allergy, just know that the "El Vaquero" specialty coffee does have hazelnut syrup included but not listed, thankfully I asked about the sweetness of toffee nut (the nut can be almond or hazelnut in most cases). Adrian advised me they also add hazelnut, since I'm allergic to it. The concha was light, soft, and airy. The topping was thin and flaky - looks very cute aesthetically but wasn't able to really enjoy it much since it falls right off when handling. The price point was high for a concha, it is almost as much as a coffee. Overall - I would come back to try the cheesecake and cookies with a coffee.

Amazzzing!!! Service was fast and friendly. We get conchas back home in Cali and my husband came across this place while we were here visiting. I loved the different flavors they offered. We got a half dozen conchas mixed variety with the cookies and cream, chocolate, strawberry and cookie butter. Hot chocolate for the kids and two white chocolate mochas. Sooooo good!!!!

Sugar free caramel oat milk latte and a regular vanilla latte. Vanilla concha's.

This gem is everything I've been looking for. From the fun flavor selection of concha's to the cute design they made in the foam on top of my latte, they made me smile from ear to ear. The service is impeccable! They had a wide variety of sugar free syrups and non-dairy options. The concha's were soft, full of flavor and had the perfect balance of bread vs sweetness.

Dad loved the cheesecake! It was super delicious. The other treats were yummy, as well.

As soon as we walked in my kiddos got excited. Music was playing, tables were clean, floor was clean. We were greeted by the owner and a female employee. They let us know what was still available (since their food is so good it sells out). We ordered cheesecake and one of every concha to try. We also ordered coffee which of course was just as good!!

Yummy yummmm mm in my tummy. I want another sip yumm

It's in an old part of Arlington, the building itself fits right in with the area. That's not a bad thing, but don't expect some clean cut, smooth concreted parking lot with fancy equipment inside. They do well for being in an older part of town. Conchas, we enjoyed them! My favorite was whatever this strawberry roll cake was, soft & fluffy. They have a lot of options, I only wish they would label the pastries. There were some empanadas but we couldn't tell what was what & didn't want to be one of those people that cracked one open, because trust me, someone did on one of the trays. They have a refrigerated section, we'll probably try the flan next time too. The cakes are gorgeous, I can't comment on the taste... no need to get one for just the two of us. Prices are very good, yes, they take cash only. I saw someone said they take Zelle but I didn't look. I'm not mad about it though, it's a small business... they'd get charged for credit card usage. I don't know if everyone understands that & if cash only works for them & they continue to do well... I'll keep bringing cash! Very sweet employees! Go here, grab a snack to enjoy. Also, there's not really a place where you can sit & chat for hours with friends but give them a try for some yummy treats!

There was a bit of a line but it went reasonably quickly. Upon entry, you grab a tray and tongs, then make your way down the line of self-serve enclosed glass cases with shelves of fresh good. We chose a savory breakfast sandwich, an Almond Croissant and another sweet pastry. In line, the offered to heat our sandwich which we allowed. Then we ordered coffees, paid and sat down. A few minutes later, we walked back up to collect our coffees. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, though the ham and cheese in the center of the sandwich was untouched by the heating process. Next time, we'll ask for a longer heating cycle. The pastries were good. Not as good as made that morning in Paris, but better than most places we've been in the US. We also took some dessert pastries home for later that same night. My wife's was sort of ho-hum but mine was fabulous. I had what I guess would be a cro-nut?? Sort of like a doughnut that was made in layers of pastry, then cut out with a donut cutter. It had a filling in the center and had a sugary coating. SO GOOD! We'll be back to Paris Baguette and we'll try other items and for sure, we'll ask for our heated items to be heated a bit longer.

Nowhere to park but place was empty(?). For the price I expected more in the quality department.
