Cutie little coffee shop! While Just Love is a franchise, it's kinda more "local" than the neighboring Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Plus they do a lot of partnerships with non-profits, so that's always really nice to see. Prices are what you'd expect and their coffee is really good. I had an iced vanilla latte with an extra shot and cinnamon on top, and it was served quickly and kindly. The seating layout is very comfortable and spread far enough apart to feel comfortable chatting. I ordered a chicken wrap and a cappuccino. The wrap was tasty and perfectly made on their signature waffle iron (they call it "waffle‑ironed creations". Lots of waffle themes in their branding) . Full disclosure, they forgot my cappuccino, but corrected the mistake quickly and courteously. A few minutes after paying, they asked to see my receipt to sort it out. My family and I stopped in while visiting town and are so glad we did. We were a group of six with different coffee orders, and everyone really enjoyed their drinks. We ended up coming back a second time during our stay because it was that good, and everything was quick and consistent both visits. My first time visiting this coffee shop was on 11/28/2025. We ordered two large iced cookie butter lattes one regular and one decaf and two breakfast burritos. The cashier accidentally gave us smalls, but it wasn't a big deal, the coffee was really good. While waiting for our breakfast burritos, we decided to order two more. This time we received the correct sizes, but by the time the drinks were finally ready, we were already done eating. The cashier apologized and said the delay was due to them cleaning the decaf maker. I thought that was an odd thing to do in the middle of business hours, but we brushed it off. Still, we waited about 25 minutes for our second round of drinks. Fast forward to today, 11/29/2025. We decided to try the drive-thru. When we got to the window, we were told they were out of decaf because they were cleaning the machine again, right in the middle of business hours. The employee asked if I could just take regular instead. I said no because I have a caffeine sensitivity, which is why I ordered decaf. She then asked me to choose another drink. I said no, I didn't understand why they would be cleaning a machine during business hours when customers are actively ordering drinks. She didn't offer for me to wait or come inside she just refused to make it and insisted it was out of stock, even though it clearly wasn't. They simply chose to clean the machine 4-5 hours before closing. If I were the owner, I would want to know why equipment is being cleaned during business hours and why customers are being turned away because of it. The employees at the front also don't seem very welcoming; they look like they can't wait to go home and seem unhappy to be there. read more

"Just disgusting." I've never regretted a meal more. Grilled cheese was laughable, crumbly dry bread. How do you mess up grilled cheese?! Chicken salad tasted soggy, and probably bought from the grocery store, on a crusty croissant. How an employee could send this out the window in good conscience is beside me. My coffee was lukewarm, thought it was possibly just the first cup, nope, second was just as warm. I doubt that I will go back. read more

After a bit, I stood up just as another customer had walked in and she immediately remembered my waffle and got that for me. I had a delicious cranberry muffin. i would suggest on the grilled cheese to use butter on the bread before grilling as it was dry. It also has a drive thru which is unheard of in that area. They have a lot of coffee competition in that area but with the spacious eating area both inside & out, drive thru & nice lunch food menu they should be very successfu!!! read more
