Lauren checked my movement ranges and informed me that my neck turning ranges were significantly below standard levels. I knew that my neck was tight, but had not realized how far off my neck was from being able to turn side to side like most people. For years I regularly tried to expand my range without luck. To my amazement, Lauren showed me a few techniques that I had never heard of including nerve flossing, and I was suddenly able to move my head another 20+ degrees! She also helped cure my rotator cuff injury with specific exercises I had never seen before and could do at home.
