These gentlemen really know how to clean and care for antique rugs! They made our 40 year old Chinese art deco wool rug look, feel and smell fantastic. From the start it has been a great experience! James was wo comfortable to talk to and walked me through each step they would do. My area rug is special to me and it needed cleaning badly. My support dog became ill and well you get it. I can't remember the nice man that picked up the rug. Corey delivered it and he was so nice!!! I feel bad this took me forever to review but I didn't roll the rug out until recently... We had a rug we purchased over seas that had pet urine stains that I thought.... might not be salvageable. I contact James through Yelp and he reassured me they'd do their best to remove it. I brought in the rug and after inspecting he was pretty certain they could remove it, but no guarantees. I get get, pet satins are hard to remove and I DiD try to get it out myself and probably made it worse. It came out beautifully. I couldn't be happier. The cream color is spotless, dark blues and reds super vibrant. It wasn't cheap, but if you have a rug you live and is special, totally worth it. We have a beautiful tufted wool rug that is 8x10. Unfortunately our nervous cat liked to pee on it again and again. We would use a rug doctor and spend a fortune on all kinds of enzymatic sprays and powerful chemical sprays. We would get a little relief but the urine smell would come back. One day we'd had enough and took it to the backyard and scrubbed it and draped it over garbage bins to dry. After it dried, we brought it in the house and it wreaked of urine still and the rug was completely warped from not lying flat while drying. I reached out to 5 different well reviewed carpet cleaners and none could help me until The Specialists. I emailed them on a Saturday and they called me the same day. They picked up and dropped off my rug for $20 each way. We work during their hours, so they allowed us to leave the rug on the porch on pick up day. They warned me that the process may take some time and not to worry. They had our rug for one month and when we got it back it was like brand new. It smelled fresh and clean and it look spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. When the specialist dropped my rug off, he offered to help me maneuver it in the room so I could have it positioned just right. The total cost for washing, de-urinating, reshaping and pick up and delivery was $379.90. We could have purchased a brand new rug for just a little more than that but we feel strongly about not filling the landfills whenever possible. Picture is the after photo. read more

I've had many different carpet cleaners over the years (that I've always been pretty happy with), but now that I've experienced James, Joycelyn, and their staff, they've taken the quality of cleaning as well as customer service to a whole new level. After having just purchased a house, I was worried that the previous owners' golden retrievers' urine was so bad that I'd have to rip out some of the carpet.
