It's expensive for what it is. Bathrooms are dirty. Fans are dirty. It looks like they never cleaned that place kind of rundown. Parking

    Old dirty taped-up equipment

First time and last time visit here. It was old dirty broken down and smelly. And you can't bring your own grip socks it has to be *their * grip socks.

This is just one of the many disgusting chairs in the food area.

The boys bathroom only has 1 urinal that is broken and the restroom looks somewhat clean but smells disgusting almost like it's being mopped with a filthy mop. There are lots of cool things for the kids to do here but they do not keep the place clean at all. I see lots of employees but none are cleaning. Would be a nice place if it were kept cleaner

    Inaccurate pricing

I feel like this place is a bait and switch. Pricing is listed on their website but as you walk in they tell you it's almost double that amount! Even for my 2 year old. Facility looks not the cleanest and surround area isn't great. I had a homeless man linger behind me as I'm trying to buckle my child in their car seat.

Lots to do at this jump park and lots of seating for the adults! Hidden in an industrial park, this place has a ninja course, foam pits, trampolines, climbing walls, a huge play structure, and some kind of sky course that wasn't being used. We were here for a kids bday party and had a great time. Really didn't see many staff except on the areas where a harness was needed (climbing wall with auto-belays, bungee trampoline, drop slide). Pizza was ok but wanted to be good. It had some garlic and the crust was nice but not a ton of flavor. Overall better than some jump parks for the variety of things to do

WOW !!! Way more than expected when looking for something to do with an extra day in Phoenix area…read more Decided to visit on a whim (saw Free, Trains, Park). Really glad we did as we spent the better part of the day with no kids/grandkids (hope to bring them one day) enjoying the park. The locals are really lucky to have such a gem near-by to enjoy. So many things to enjoy from a train ride ($3) per ride or you can buy a day pass for $12 which includes the Carousel (pretty sure). There is a shaded playground and splash area (free) with picnic tables located throughout the park. We saw several parties going on at different covered areas (assume u can rent), and there is the Family Circus pavilion with tables near the snack bar Snack Bars (2) - one building and one in a Caboose near playground. The prices are really reasonable and a nice menu (chicken tenders, corn dogs). The ice-cream sucked us in with "Superman" which takes me back to childhood in the mid-west. Prices were great and the Staff even greater as they were super friendly (could be a name of a new ice-cream flavor). Tables located inside if needed to beat the heat. There is a gift shop with unique items to the park(t-shirts. stickers, stuff animals, puzzles etc.) a museum with the history of the park & the Family behind it. We spent the best part of the morning walking around the park, riding the train and exploring the miniature train building which in itself is amazing and beats some that we paid to visit. They have all the sizes on displays that I am sure a lot of spouses are happy that they are there and not in the basement or family room. These dioramas are intricate and beautifully done for each gauge of train with historic scenes to cool pop-culture ones. You could walk around a dozen times & probably see something you missed each time. They definitely spend a lot of time, money & energy to keep it up. Restrooms located throughout the park, easy free parking and a lot to see & do, if you have kids or grandkids or just a big kid yourself.

We came for…read morethe splash pad but quickly left after a gust of wind carried several of the shade umbrellas and their iron stands across the pad, one of which slammed into my granddaughter, pinning her against a concrete wall. Aside from a couple of skinned knees, she was apparently okay but traumatized to the point she refused to get off my lap. Surely a park catering to small children would ensure the equipment was safe. Aside from several other patrons who rushed in to help, no employee came for 10 minutes and then took another 10 to bring an ice pack. To top it off, the bucket dump ( best part of splash pad) was not working and when we went inside to let them climb, I had to pay $6 just to sit and watch for an hour. Never again!

There will almost always be a group of kids running around-sometimes they are appreciating the exhibits, other times they are just running up and down the stairs. I appreciate that they have different genres and categories in various areas of the museum. One section is dedicated to the human body while another one is all about weather. There's a lot of cool stuff to learn and they display it in a way that makes it fun and interactive for kids.

Once 7pm rolled around, they opened the doors and we were let in in a single file line. We sat towards the front and the view was still great. The employee greeted and welcomed us all and he gave us a quick rundown of what we were about to see. The show started and only lasted about 40 minutes. The music was good only because it was Bad Bunny playing but the visuals were boring. It was literally just a PR themed screen saver and random collages put together. Seats were comfy though and the huge screen itself is pretty cool. I would love to see a movie here! For the price of $25 per person though, I expected a little bit more from the show.
