We got the summer pass and my 4 year old daughter is LOVING it. She calls this place her happy place. The playground itself? Clean. The equipment? New and in good condition. So unfortunately, I can't even blame the facility for this two-star experience. The customer service, however, was a completely different story. There were only two employees working today. One of them, a young Black woman, was actually doing a lot of the work and was professional and responsible throughout the whole process. I genuinely appreciate her effort. Then there was the other employee. Her attitude from beginning to end was cold, dismissive, and honestly so unnecessarily unpleasant that it almost felt like I had personally offended her by walking through the door. I came here with my child because I was already having a terrible day and just wanted somewhere to relax for a little while. I had two Starbucks drinks with me. Yes, I understand the "no outside food or drinks" policy. Congratulations, I can read. But here's where common sense apparently decided to take the day off. We had already purchased food from the facility, including one of their combo meals. I wasn't bringing in a picnic. I wasn't trying to sit there eating outside food. I simply wanted to finish my drink because I was exhausted. She stopped me once and told me I couldn't have it. Fine. I poured the first drink into my own cup and put the original cup away. For the second drink, I didn't have another cup available, so I figured I'd finish it later and deal with it. Apparently, this was an extremely serious matter. Instead of simply coming over and talking to me herself, she kept avoiding me, looking over, talking to the other employee, and eventually sending the other employee over to tell me again that my drink wasn't allowed. Over. A. Drink. Seriously? I understand enforcing a policy. If the rule is no outside drinks, tell me politely and I'll follow it. What I don't understand is why enforcing a minor policy has to turn into this weird little performance where you refuse to speak to the customer directly and send your coworker over instead. Rules are rules. I get it. But customer service exists for a reason. People aren't robots, and not every situation requires the maximum possible level of rigidity. I wasn't causing a problem. I wasn't bothering anyone. I had already spent money at the facility. I was literally just trying to finish a drink because I was tired. And somehow, that one cup of Starbucks seemed to become the most important crisis of the day. I've worked in customer service myself, and I can tell you this: if I had treated a customer this way over something this insignificant, I would have been embarrassed afterward. The funniest part is that the facility itself is perfectly fine. It's clean, the equipment is new, and my complaint has absolutely nothing to do with the playground. It was the attitude. You can have a clean facility, new equipment, and perfectly good food, but if one employee makes a paying customer feel unwelcome over something this ridiculous, that's the part they're going to remember. I may still come back because the location is convenient and my child enjoys the place. But every time I see that employee, I'll remember this experience. And honestly, that's a pretty impressive accomplishment over one cup of Starbucks. read more

First review of the year! When driving from Costco recently I noticed the Kids Empire sign in the opposite side of the plaza and was excited that another indoor playground was open. We came here today and were not disappointed. Since the playground opened recently, everything was immaculate. You pay at the register and you can stay as long as you want which is really nice. Non grip socks are required for entry but they do have socks for sale if you need them. They give you a large plastic tote to put your shoes and other items in while the kids are playing. Note they are card only and do not take Amex. There were so many fun structures and slides to go on that everyone had a blast. There's even a little dance area complete with disco ball for anyone wanting to dance like no one's watching, or to dance to the beat of their own drum perhaps. Our little group consisted of 2 elementary school age kids and a toddler. The staff here were friendly and helped out as needed. For the toddler there was a little kid area and the staff made sure only younger kids were playing in there. The activities that aren't included in the price are the kids motorbikes and the claw machine. For those you buy a card ($1) and add "flame" credits to it. The claw machines are nice in that you are guaranteed a prize each time you play it so at least you get something for paying into the card. I would definitely go here again with the kiddo. She's already asking when she can come back again! read more

Went on a Friday at 2pm and me and my 8 year old daughter left at 10pm right when they closed. The website mentions grip socks but it actually says you have to wear regular socks, anti grip socks are not allowed. The best part about this place is the snacks are just $1 or $2 at the most and there's a Costco in the same parking lot so you can get $10 pizza whenever you get hungry and there's also a Walmart across the street along with a QT. There's hours of fun to be had here. Multiple huge slides, lots of climbing, soccer, balls pit, giant legs and lots of kids for your kid to play with. It feels like america ninja warrior for kids. They even let the parents play and go on everything the kids go on. The workers are all super nice and keep the place clean. If you ever went to a place called Giggles then your kid would love this place. My daughter outgrew giggles two years ago but this place is for the kids that go to giggles all the way up to 12. Super clean and plenty of staff to keep it that way. My baby loved it! The slides are super fast and adult friendly which means you can ride down with your little. They have mini motorized vehicles for them to ride on. You will need a tap card to ride and to play the various games in the building. There is even a dance club for them to play in. If you don't want to do the motorized option, they have mini bikes for the kids to ride around on throughout the building. The jungle gym has twists and turns and plenty of entertainment. For the parents who aren't playing, there are plenty of tables to sit at. This place is bday party friendly. Regular socks are perfectly fine here!! There is no outside food or drinks but if you bring your own water bottle... you are good. They do sell small snacks and drinks. It's about $25 once you count in all taxes but remember it's all day play!! You can sign out and come back later on in the day. read more
