As others have mentioned you have to buy Rush socks. No other grippy socks will do. However they have no problem with adults wearing inappropriate shirts for a kids place. Shirts with "I'd rather be F****ing"," a picture of a guy with bullet holes in his head. This is acceptable apparel for a kids park, but god forbid you wear orange socks from Altitude. I wouldn't be surprised if this place gets shut down in the next year or two. I'm just a visitor to the Phoenix area and my relatives decided to take their kids here so I tagged along and it was simply a terrible experience. The first thing that struck me was the terrible management. The staff seem like they do not even want to be there. The adult women were having conversations during their shift with little minors which was a frightening seen. Also, the male manager Orlando that works there was definitely one of the weirdest individuals that I have ever came across. Orlando is probably in his mid to late 20's and I saw him basically flirting with girls who were around 13. Asking them what their Tiktok was and giggling when they spoke. Like, dude ... what is wrong with you. You have a job to do but clearly you love harassing minors a lot more. Not sure why the owners of the place don't evaluate their staff before hiring them because they are all unqualified in my book. The place itself is also extremely dirty and it had a putrid smell like it's been there for decades when come to find out it just opened a few years ago. This place is so fun for my son who is autistic and everyone here is very accommodating to him for the most part. This place has great prices and they keep the place fairly clean and you get the best price on Groupon for a couple hours of fun for your child for less than $20 with socks. Also it's never overcrowded from the last 5 times I went which is great for me and so children can really have a great time and not feel congested and overwhelmed. When we got there they made my kids change out of the grip socks they had on as they were not their socks....our grip socks were of much higher quality....so I had to buy 2 pairs which cost $10 yet in the hour we were there I saw a ton of kids in socks from other jump places that were not Rush. So I was singled out which made me not want to stay beyond 1 hr nor will I go back. Better make your staff be consistant and if you are not gonna be then be careful who you single out. Took my kids here for a day of fun and that they had . They had fun on all the activities and attractions they have for the kids . We hosted our Grand Daughter's birthday party here with 12 other 9 years old girls and have to say they all had a blast. The party was extended for a total of 3 hours and well worth the $$$. The pizza and lemonade provided were well received and they provided all the plates, napkins, pitchers of ice water, glasses and silverware as well as 2 decorated party rooms with beautifully painted murals for a pleasant backdrop for group photos. I kept reading about how dirty this place was but have to say I did not witness that in either the bathrooms, closed cubicle areas or the lobby. Our assigned rep named Ruth was both pleasant and helpful, checking on the overall happiness with our party. The only comment I heard from the kids surrounded the fact that 2 ropes were broken in the jungle gym area......I polled the girls and they all would return for another visit....the package selected was not cheap but for younger girls, this was a good match. The area and some of the patrons were a bit edgy but I am sure it helps keep the overall rent a tad more tolerable. read more

We LOVE this place! We've been to most of the indoor playground's in the valley, but this place is next level. The toddler area is by far the best we've been to... and a true toddler area with enough to entertain up to 4-5 years. The Toddler area has 2 stories and is right next to the bigger playground so they don't feel separated. The other thing that really sets it apart is the ultimate ninja course. All the parents that went did a timed challenge and it was hard! Our older kids were sad to leave after two hours because they still had more to do. From infant to adult there really is something for everyone. Other favorites are the donut slide and foam pits. We live in South-East Mesa and agreed that even with the drive it was worth it! This place is such a scam. If you get a Groupon, be warned that they will charge you taxes on it when you get to Rush!! The kids I nanny also had grippy socks already, but they said they had to purchase their specific ones "for legal reasons" according to the staff. Right...you have to sign a waiver any way to play! But they force you to spend more on theirs because it is a scam. So, when all is said and done, the Groupon does not save you any money at this overpriced, mediocre establishment. I was in the area and decided to take my kids 8 & 11 here to have some Friday fun I paid for two hours left within 40 mins. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I left very disappointed. When I was checking in their was three girls at the register but only one was helping people, the other two was just talking. This place was an absolute sh*t show. The pictures make it look like they have this big trampoline area for the kids like sky zone but it's really small. This place looks like it's for little kids not bigger kids where they can have fun. This place was disgusting. I have been to other trampoline parks around the valley and not one came close to this one. The smell was unbearable it was a mixed smell of dirty socks x 10 mixed with BO, gross. I found trash around and on the trampoline, stairs and other spots. My daughter got a membership for my grandson, he's two so has a blast. The place is filthy. There is spilled slurpee that doesn't get cleaned up for weeks. Old food and trash everywhere. Equipment is broken for long periods of time as well. The floors and equipment are filthy as well. While this is all going on, there are multiple workers sitting up from talking to each other. Yesterday 01/15 was sort of forced to hold an event there for 23 tackle football boys. Those 2 ladies have changed my mind, as long as I can request them as my host I will happily go back. I am soooo disappointed in the management. I called the store to ask them to adjust my membership since I no longer watch my nephew and wouldn't be needing him on the membership. I kept getting the run around and being told they couldn't help me and that they would have management call me back. No one called me back. I got fed up and decided to just cancel because it seemed like they were avoiding me. But again no one would talk to me or call me back. I finally called my bank and asked them to stop the payments and filed to get my money back. A couple days later I get a call from management and miss her call so I call her back. She first asks what the reason to me canceling! And says I have to have a good reason to cancel and she proceeds to tell me none sense that when I signed for my membership I signed either a 4 or 12 month lease! As much as my grandsons like this place. Im more and more hesitant not to take them here. The staff is rude and snotty. Cant seem to answer a question without a smart alec answer. There were maybe 10 kids in the whole place so I doubt that mess is new. On top of that, there was 1 employee for the entire giant place. No one watching that kids well over 6 were running through and almost knocking little ones over. I'm just really confused. There's even a "grand opening" sign outside and it's this gross already? I get it, kids are messy but these pictures were only a tiny piece of how gross this place is. This review is for the party package experience. We had been to the Rush Xtreme park once before and thought the kids amenities were really great and my son enjoyed his time so we decided to book his birthday party there. When we showed up for his birthday party I noticed that our host had set our party up in what looks like a public booth in the general area. When I asked why we're not being setup in one of the party rooms, she said my Astro package doesn't come with that. When I asked her why it doesn't state that on their website when booking she said she didn't know and apologized. I asked which party packages included the party room and she said she didn't know but she could ask. She came back and said she thinks that you need at least 15 kids to book a party room. I asked if she could show me where it says that on the website and she said that she couldn't. Meanwhile, I noticed that the parties that were in the party room had much less participants than our party. We overheard the staff saying that they had double booked parties that day, which I assume is the true reason why we were not given one of the party rooms. Also, the party package price says it comes with a "host", usually you would expect for the host to gather the kids, make announcements, help lead transitions.... we did not receive that experience. Our host just delivered the pizzas and that was it. While the kids had a great time, I would save your money and just get there early and reserve some tables yourself rather than pay for the party packages. The experience we had wasn't worth the $$$ in my opinion. read more

We were blown away this weekend by the staff and experience at Rush Fun Park in Phoenix. It was the best experience we have had with throwing a party--by far. Our party host, Cherie, was one of the most helpful, professional and thoughtful party hosts we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She anticipated our every need--my son's 5th birthday party was well-organized, seamless, effortless and stress free. Each of the parent's commented on how well it was organized and how impressed they were with Cherie and the venue. If you are looking for a location to have a party for a 3 year old on up, look no further. The recently promoted GM (who is also fabulous) is running a clean, safe extremely fun indoor park (great options for every age) with top notch employees.
