I took my little cousins here because we needed something to do to waste time during the day. The thought of this place is cool but it is definitely out dated and needs to be cleaned and updated. The customer service was okay, You could tell the girls working here didn't care much. The girls really enjoyed the rock climbing area which is why I pictured it but they are pretty simple and could be a little more rigorous. I would highly suggest going to Kids Empire instead. We have a 3 year old and she had a lot of fun here but this place is very run down. The structures are poorly kept up with and it's not an overall clean place. The tunnels are broken and some of the nets that you walk over in the jungle gym part are ripped through which is very dangerous for some of the kiddos. You pay $25.00 a person for ONLY two hours of play. They also closed a lot of the climbing stuff and other things the kids can do. I wouldn't waste the money. We thought we would try out someplace new. They really need to remodel. It's not safe. Kids Empire is a 10/10. You get unlimited play and only pay 1 price for 1 child and two parents. You can even go back if you leave the facility with a receipt. It's pretty cool. We would rather go there where it's clean and a lot safer for our little. read more

As someone mentioned the front desk staff is abrasive and mandated that you wear Rush socks and that they confiscate any other brand to give you a pair. My friend and I had a birthday party for our 2, 4 year olds. Our party planner was Cherie. She was great. The experience for children this age is perfect- the kids had a blast, Cherie took care of all of the decorations. We just dropped off balloons and some personalized decorations and the staff at Rush did the rest. The party room was a great size and the kids loved the pizza and cake. My family came here to play. Though my daughter brought grip socks with her to play, they made us buy expensive new socks that are "rush" branded. They claim it's for insurance purposes. But the socks my daughter had on were exactly the same, just a different color and didn't say "rush" on them. It's a cash grab, pure and simple. Stop pushing your profits above families and kids after we pay $50 for entry. Your policy is discriminatory and openly greedy veiled under the pretense of legality. He Made us buy gripper socks when I had washed, clean, like new gripper socks from several other facilities. Ordered food after jump time ended. The girl said our order would be up shortly. She left the food area & went to the climbing area while our order was in Process and NEVER RETURNED. AFTER 20 MINUTES, & no other employee at food service area or any acknowledgement WE LEFT & LOST THE MONEY WE HAD PAID FOR FOOD. WILL NEVER RETURN IT RECOMMEND. Facility WORN & not well kept. We have taken our grandchildren (7 & 9) to this location many times. This last time, we had the place to ourselves for an hour & a half. Liam, the manager, was very helpful & friendly. He jumped right in to help us find an item our grandson had misplaced. We were very grateful for his assistance - there was no hesitation on his part. He has been the best manager at this location since we started going there years ago. Other managers were unfriendly or "too busy" to help or answer questions. This place is looking for a lawsuit, waivers don't matter if they faulty things. The rock climbing section, the steps, the very last step is loose as hell. The trampoline area has exposed metal springs, so if you accidentally fall on it, you can break your ankle. The air bag has little air and there's no workers walking around monitoring it. There was a thing where you can spin and there is exposed metal. For the $20 a person, they should be able to fix these things. There was a bunch of kids running around without the special sock, playing tag and not paying attention to the smaller kids, I didn't see any workers telling them to stop. This website censors my bad reviews so hopefully this will help two people before it gets taken down. The very long nature of this review is indicative of how many things can go bad here. This place is a cluster. An awful, no good, very bad cluster. We had about an hour and a half to kill. I'm like oh a bounce type place. Let's go see what's it about. In line, the people in front of me seemed to be annoyed but it was unclear why... now I know... Unfortunately, you have to interact with the staff to play. They weren't rude. But it was like somebody had a gun to their heads saying, unless you rush through this customer at light speed, you will die here at your first job. So long story short, she just assumes I want the bounce side for my kids, when, in fact, they want video games because they're degenerate 4 year olds. So she can't refund my $57 dollars because - who the fuck knows why - so she gives us free passes to come back. I don't want them but I don't want to interact with her any more than I absolutely have to so I say ok. She she switches their wristbands to the degenerate ones and we go on our merry way, filling out a labyrinthian iPad waiver which makes my kids go as suicidal as four year olds go... to play video games? Finished! Finally! Only to discover, games require a lanyard card, which she neglected to tell me or sell me after I told her we were there to play video games and she'd sent us off to sign the library of congress of waivers (necessary to play video games?) So I have to get back in line and get fleeced again to the tune of $50 for video games so now I'm $107 dollars deep and my kids are like WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK DAD?! And I don't blame them because we've been there for 25 minutes and done literally nothing even though the employees are running around like the sky is on fire. So, we get our card, eventually. We start playing their uber shitty video games (there are maybe 2 fun ones and 15 that are literally just there to separate you from your money). We're like 15 min in, we've easily spent $25 of the $60 (50 plus 10 bonus $ if you're $50 stupid like me) on the card and one of my four year olds asks for the lanyard so he can go play a game one over to my right. I'm playing one of the two fun games and he's a crazy-responsible four year old so I think nothing of giving him the lanyard so he can go play the game next to me, except it's one of those two player sit in a little wooden hutch type games so I can only see him but not the second seat. I finish up. I fish my daughter out of the play area she's not supposed to be in but doesn't care because she's two. I go over to him and I'm like, homie, where is the lanyard. Nowhere to be found. He says some kid came in and sat next to him and must have taken it. So we got robbed by Rush, who wouldn't bother to ask what we were there for or refund our money after she just charged me for her poor assumptions, and then robbed again by some fucking even more degenerate kid who stole our lanyard from my four year old. I could have had a real Karen moment if I'd not been in such a rush (get it) to cleanse my soul of the whole experience. Is nothing fun any more? read more

I do not like this place -the play area is cool looking (just gross/dirty) the workers are not working they are talking to each other and ignoring the customers. If you work in a kids environment you should be friendly/attentive....they are not that at all they just seem like they gossip in the back room. May I mention the food is actually the worst food I've ever ate in my life it's like fake food that made me want to cry. The workers are rude and had attitude. It was $30 for just my 3 year old. They didn't even make us sign a waiver. The people here are also rude. I saw a grown woman push my 3 year old out of the way (she didn't see me watching). I wouldn't dare say thing to the type of people here, I value my life. Another women literally pushed my stuff off the chair I was using and said she was sitting there when the chair had been open a good 5 minutes before I started using it. A lot of other places let you bring your own non grip socks. The socks I had were exactly the same as the ones they sell except from another company. This place has so much potential but poorly managed. First of all, the price should include socks. Don't show an entry rate and then tack on 5 bucks per person for grip socks. Secondly, this place is SO DIRTY! The floor is filthy, the outside of the trash cans are completely covered in spills, there is dust everywhere and collecting along the nets by the trampolines. I saw multiple dirty band aids in the foam pits and trampolines. If the staff was walking around checking on certain areas of the fun park, and actually working for the money they are being paid, this could improve!! The Drop slide was out of order, there was no staff available for the rock wall, and the trampoline bungee was beyond sad! You can't even bungee in the air, the trampoline was doing all the work!! There needs to be an ADULT manager here. This was a sad experience. Do not recommend for the money!!! read more

I am out here from Pasadena California. We went to Sky Zone and wasn't really satisfied. I'm so very glad I came here because the staff was amazing. For the place to ran by young adults I was truly impressed. I walked in and was greeted with a smile instantly and the guy had a mask on. With the activities the crew were very great with my children very helpful and patient. Juan and Michael stood out the most to be they were very patient with the children. Juan took his time to help my daughter and actually gave her confidence l. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone. I'm so glad I came instead of sky zone. Avoid the arcade games at all cost!!! I gave my son a 5$ to play at the arcade games, we walked around ended up finding a machine when we put in the money it took all his money & he didn't even get to play. I then felt so bad for him I gave him some quarters to put in a new machine for it to take all his money again and not even get to play or refund it. At this point, I had went up to the workers told them the machines took all his money and they pretty much laughed in my face told me they don't own those arcade games so they can't help me. I watched this happen to 2 other people as well, one of the ladies went up to the worker as well and they said the same thing to her as me. None of the workers really seem to care here... I took my 4 year old son here had purchased our tickets off of Groupon when we had arrived they told me the our grip socks we had bought from another indoor playground park wasn't allowed to be used and the have to say "Rush park", they charged me 4$ each pair. Then told me since Groupon didn't charge me tax, I will have to pay for tax me so my total came out to 15$ for two pairs of socks & tax. I didn't want to argue, I just wanted my son to get to play since I had already purchased my ticket. I watched this happen with a few other people who came in as well they were very frustrated to be charged for something they already had in hands. read more

The place in chandler doesn't have a Yelp yet. So I'm leaving it here. My daughter went with her co op and they were extremely rude there. 2 of the employees really hated their jobs. I wish I had names. It wasn't just toward my child, but several others. There's also a requirement to climb the wall to do the sky walk. My daughter reached almost to the top, but because she didn't they wouldn't allow her on the sky walk. She wanted to do it again but they wouldn't let her. The next kid they let do it 4x. The place is just like any other jump around place. However, they MAKE you buy THEIR grip socks even though you may have some. Also, they have a $25 outside food or drink fee forcing you to buy THEIR drinks that are marked up 10x the value. I mean seriously $4 for a frozen pretzel you just heat in a microwave? Zoraida, the General Manager, usually there Sunday nights when I go is amazing. She is so kind to my kids. In fact the whole staff is great if you ask me. I've met many that I really like. Most recently Liam checked is in, and he was so personable and friendly. The whole staff is really. My kids love it here. Yes you have buy rush socks and pay tax on the Groupons but it is a small inconvenience for how much fun my kids have here and for knowing your kids are in an environment where the staff genuinely cares about their safety and experience. Of all the indoor fun parks we go too, and living in Arizona we've been to them all, this is my kids favorite ( ages 3, 5, 6) and again I can't stress what a great general manager Zoraida is. She really goes the extra mile with kindness to the kids who come to rush. read more

As others have mentioned you have to buy Rush socks. No other grippy socks will do. However they have no problem with adults wearing inappropriate shirts for a kids place. Shirts with "I'd rather be F****ing"," a picture of a guy with bullet holes in his head. This is acceptable apparel for a kids park, but god forbid you wear orange socks from Altitude. Keep it classy Tower Plaza. The kids enjoyed running around enough, but I feel there were too many kids in some areas at one time and zero staff supervision. This place is so fun for my son who is autistic and everyone here is very accommodating to him for the most part. This place has great prices and they keep the place fairly clean and you get the best price on Groupon for a couple hours of fun for your child for less than $20 with socks. Also it's never overcrowded from the last 5 times I went which is great for me and so children can really have a great time and not feel congested and overwhelmed. I want to personally thank Zoraida, Allyson, Cinthya, and Joshua for going out their way to help me and my son with autism.
