TERRIBLE Customer service!!! I used to love this bar...I used to love coming here...but the "manager" here says this bar actually closed at 1:50 therefore the music that I requested at 1:50 does not count...even though I PAID for music to be played. Unfortunately after two years consistently coming to this bar I am unwanted and am ignored. I did not get any credits returned back to me because the music I requested is apparently not "bar time". This is not a community friendly bar nor do I recommend if you want to have a good time. I feel like when the owners were here and present, this was a great neighborhood watering hole. Came here with my sister. I live in California and have never had this good of a chicken sandwich at a bar. The atmosphere is amazing, good music and vibes. When it comes to bars, I genuinely love music, food, and a decent environment with kind people. I definitely feel that even though it is not an upscale bar, it's not a hole in the wall either. It has the feel for both and the people there are mature along with the servers who are kind. I genuinely enjoy the food most of all. My recommendation, Chicken on a Stick. The prices are a affordable if you make a decent living. I heard the prices are high and I'm sorry $12.00 for two item meal is more than reasonable. I love this place, my girlfriends and I come here often since it's close by. The drinks and the bartenders are great! There is a lot of room for growth and development. I ordered take out and the bartender told me it would be about 15-20 mins. When I arrived I waited a total of 50 minutes for a club sandwhich. I was a little annoyed but I dust it off. Once I got home I realized the chicken and turkey on my sandwhich was pink and I was very disappointed that I had to wait a long time for a sandwhich that was undercooked. I had to repeatedly mentioned to the bartender and the bar back (I believe that's what she is?) that I wanted condiments with my order. And I had to keep reminding them because they forgot to add them. I've worked in food industry 10 years and I have high expectations anytime I got out/eat out. I will still continue to support this place but they have to step it up, maybe hire more staff?? I don't put the blame on anyone, I know this is a fairly new establishment if I'm correct. Hopefully in due time the service and food will get better! read more

The food was very good but the service would stop me from going back. I don't think it's their fault but they had the bartenders also serving all the tables (2) and so it was hard to get a refill or ask for things that were missing. The food was actually very good but I don't think I would go back until they have more employees. read more

Never a disappointment on the food since I've been here a few times. This is the only bar that has food and drinks in the area. With that said can we please get more games playing on Sunday for football. Nothing rusty about this cute corner bar. So far we've only had drinks here and the fried pickles (YUMMM). The bartenders and servers are knowledgeable about their liquors, and provide great service. They make the best Mojitos! I don't know about any other drinks, but I truly enjoyed the best mojitos I've ever had at The Rusty Nail. The brisket dip is amazing and a must try. I only had the pleasure of trying out the rusty nail once while visiting family in Texas. Despite being terribly understaffed the service was amazing. Our server was also the only bartender on duty. She managed to take care of not only the entire indoor area, but the patio where a large party was seated. She kept all of our orders straight, serving our food and drinks in a timely manner.
