We recently purchased a property at Woodhaven Lakes in Sublette. We needed an inspection to close the deal. Despite warnings from a Woodhaven Lakes Realtor, we decided to give RV Doctor a call. We explained that we needed the inspection done by a given date - and it was completed on time. No problem with them at this point.
After a few days we called for a quote to remedy some problems that were found with the inspection but, after three telephone calls -- and as many promises to call us back -- we did not hear from them.
Perhaps it sounds a bit rigid, but if a company tells you they will "definitely call you back with the information", and after three calls they haven't, I think they have failed me as a consumer, and more personally, a customer.
I would not recommend them if you are in a hurry, or if you want them to call back -- a 50/50 bet! read more
