I freaking L-O-V-E the salad station!!! All of the workers are welcoming, friendly, and great choppers! Their salad bar ingredients are super fresh, and they keep them fresh allll day by replacing when needed. It's very clean inside, and I'd say a very relaxed environment. I recently dropped by here for a weekday lunch. I was even more impressed the second time. This was due in part to the excellent customer service that I received. Also, all items on their salad and soup bars were fresh and delicious. I was very pleased with the variety of ingredients to try (cloves of garlic, pickled onions, red quinoa, etc.) This place is fairly popular, but I managed to find an empty table. Had their chopped salad with turkey and it was surprisingly delicious. Everything was diced up finely so it was super easy to eat. The turkey was cold and fresh, and the mix of greens, avocado, tomato, and sunflower seeds made it feel hearty without being heavy. Loved the ranch dressing it was creamy but didn't drown the salad. It is a self serve salad bar. They have bowls and gloves (required) to use as you are making your meal. They have several kinds of salad greens and any topping you can imagine. You prepare your own meal. You can make a salad or they will take your selections and make them into a wrap for you. You can also request that your salad be chopped. There are numerous dressings for selection as well. IN ADDITION to all that, they have a baked potato bar and 4 hot soups daily. Everything is weighed and you pay by weight. Your meal can be as inexpensive or costly as you desire (depends on your appetite). I was thoroughly impressed with this establishment. This is most definitely going into rotation for me.
