I wish they'd ask if I wanted it warmed up. Also, they gave me the wrong chips. I should have looked before I left, but I was in a hurry to make it to a Teams meeting at the hotel. Super-clean eatery; quick, efficient and friendly service; large and diverse menu that they are happy to customize for you; food is always fresh - and hot, according to your preference - and always satisfying for a very fair price. I do not get to visit them in person as often as I would like, but I order through DoorDash almost daily. When I do see them, I am always pleased by the vibe from the employees and owner (who is often preparing and cooking herself) and the atmosphere of the restaurant. It took a very long time to get my food I think they lost my order there was only me in line when I came in so I don't know what happened. I needed something healthy I could order and eat quickly. I almost went to the Subway nearby but I wanted something unique to Downtown. Then I ran into this place. I am extremely glad I did. The workers are friendly and fast and the food is great with a huge variety of choices. I have a nearly unhealthy obsession with Thai food so when I saw the Thai wrap available I couldn't resist. The guy who took my order said it would only take 5 minutes but it definitely took much less. At first when I started to eat I was surprised by how small it was. They give you both halves of the wrap in a bag and I, being silly with hunger, thought they had only given me half. I found the other half by accident when I went to clean up and throw my stuff away! Haha. The wrap itself was wonderful with the sweet spicy Chile sauce helping tremendously. It would've been dry without it. I was wondering how they would fit noodles into a wrap but they ended up being the fried kind (which made sense). The Gyro Wrap is their newest one and I loved it~! It would be acceptable as gas station food, but nothing else. The tortilla had been refrigerated too long and dried out and tough in places. The apple cobbler had been microwaved and was a pitiful excuse for cobbler. The air conditioners weren't working and they were blowing fans around. There's an air handler by the bathrooms with no air filters in it and it's completely filthy. They asked me what I was doing standing by the bathroom door. I said I was waiting to wash my hands and there must be somebody in there because the door was locked. He told me they keep it locked and it must have been too much hassle for them to unlock it, because they invited me behind their food counter to wash my hands in their work area! The food is okay. I have a service animal and my service animal was denied entry to this restaurant as I was picking up an order. I can understand if it was a normal dog but it was clearly a service animal. I was immediately asked to leave once entering and a lady did not treat me, instead prompting i leave although I noted this dog is a service animal. If proof was required I could of provided although that is against the ADA act and they discriminated against me not allowing my service animal to enter. Tennessee Laws states that all service animals are welcomed in public areas as it accommodates their owner, unless they impose a threat. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on Texas toast and it was yummy. Nothing spectacular but yummy. My boyfriend had pancakes, eggs, grits and bacon and he enjoyed it. They are very reasonably priced which is always a plus. Who wants to spend a ridiculous amount of money for something as simple as breakfast. No one.
