Here he is happy and normal again.. in his senior diapers .. lol
    Aletha C.

Sam Simon Foundation was a miracle sent from above.. my story.. My boy was 14 at the time.. in his senior years. One day a small bump appeared on his nose and within months it was huge and gross and nasty and it stunk. They wanted me to pay over 4,000 for his surgery.. I cried for months as it just grew bigger.. I search and applied for different foundations to help me.. but there was nobody willing to pay for his surgery unless it was life threatening.. although it looked gross and looked bad it wasn't life threatening.. one day I got a return call from Sam Simon foundation! I qualified for him to have his surgery done with not one penny out of my pocket ! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I had to pull over because I was crying ! Sam Simon foundation gave me two and a half more years to be with my Rocky! I'm so grateful for them and I wish I could give them 50 stars. So where they may not have given some people what they wanted or expected.. they gave me something I will never forget!! I got more time with my furbaby before his time came and he passed away like he should have .. of old age .. not with a big ugly stinky lump on his nose! Sam Simon you guys are the best!! It's been two years since my rocky passed away and four and a half years since he had his surgery done by you guys! I will never forget you guys.. the entire crew are angels in my eyes! You guys are the best !! Thank you from the whole of my heart for giving me more time with my boy thanks for being there and being a foundation like no other!!! God bless the entire Sam Simon foundation! Grateful blessed and so lucky to have had them recommended to me! They don't accept donations or any kind of payment.. they do what they do because they are angels !! If leaving a review is the most I can do .. then I'm gonna go all out! Thanks you guys so much!! I would post the picture but honestly they are yucky.. so just post his after photo ..when he was in recovery

Very best in Animal Care is the Sam Simon Foundation. We were referred by a friend who is also having a financial hardship. They saved her Kitty, and after, we were given information on this foundation. We weren't perfect in communication and I thought all was lost. Our pup needed surgery for many growths and was quite uncomfortable for a year at least. The surgery was very expensive and we were barely making ends meet. We had taken out loans and our credit was maxed. We turned to Sam Simon in desperation. It was a life-changing experience. Their love for animals far exceeds any other Foundation I have ever seen or heard of by far. They never gave up on reaching out even after so many hit and misses. They hung in there until we communicated and offered their help. Without this Foundation and their excellent medical team, I truly don't know what would have happened to our pup. We were almost without hope when they reached back out to us & immediately they scheduled him in, like next day. They went way above and beyond during his surgery to remove everything that looked suspicious. We hadn't even asked for a consideration on any of the other areas affected... they did it "just because it was the right thing to do." What a gift ! What a blessing the Sam Simon Foundation is! I urge you take advantage of the amazing gift that they offer you because you will never find it again in this lifetime or anywhere else. Our gratitude is for a lifetime. Thank you so much Sam Simon. Our pup is 100% again and this would not be possible without you. Respect and love. We so appreciate you. Papa, Chris, Dawn and Sophie.

I can't thank them enough they saved my baby's life!! My dog had pyometra and it was getting worse my then day it was going to be expensive at her vet for everything she needed. The Sam Simon foundation took my dog in and took care of everything she needed with care gave her antibiotics/pain meds and had a check up 2 days later everything went well,

My baby got an ear hematoma so i took her to a local vet to get it drained it but i couldn't afford the repair surgery so the hematoma came back a couple days later. i was looking for low income services for her ear repair and then i found The Sam Simon Foundation. i sent in my application on saturday night, they called me sunday morning, had me approved, & scheduled my appointment for monday all in a span of 1 hour!!! i had also mentioned she had not been spayed and that i was looking around for a place that spayed at a discounted price and they offered me the service! Staff was so nice and gentle with my baby! While i was in the process of getting approved it felt like they were genuinely trying to help me out & wanted the best for my doggie! I really appreciate them so much and i would 100% recommend you guys look into this place! my doggie is obviously still recovering but she's doing super well!! she also got her nails trimmed, microchipped, vaccinated, prescribed medication, and idk what they put on her coat but she smelled really good when she came out ! To The Sam Simon Foundation, thank you so much for your time and help, we will forever appreciate you guys!

Post-op. No more squinting and watery eyes. The cut healed beautifully.

When it came time to make the difficult decision to euthanize my dog, I was unable to proceed with this facility due to the quoted cost of nearly $600. As a result, I had to seek care elsewhere during an already emotional time. In addition, my experiences with the front office have consistently been frustrating. Appointments have been mismanaged on multiple occasions, leading to extended wait times of 30 minutes to over an hour beyond my scheduled time. This level of disorganization reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for clients' time. I was also disappointed to learn--only recently--that I had accumulated over 11,000 reward points that could have been applied toward services. This was never communicated to me, and unfortunately, I became aware of it only after my dog had passed. Lastly, I attempted to address these concerns directly. I emailed the office manager, Justin, on April 21 and followed up with a phone call on April 23 to confirm receipt and request a return call. To date, I have not received a response. I also asked the front desk to CC the owner, Tony, due to the lack of follow-up, but I have still not received any communication. I spoke to a woman named Bianca and my dog is a regular patient there. I told her the name of my dog and my last name and then she asked me the same question that I just gave her the information for. Then I repeated it. Because obviously she wasn't listening. Then I told her that my dog still has an ear infection in the right ear. Then she asks which ear is it? Is it both ears or the right or the left?...... Seriously? You can't pay attention? You know there's medication for that. ( I didn't tell her that but I mentioning it in this review that if she has some sort of an attention problem then she needs to take care of that so she can do her job whether it's through medication or whatever). If you can't do your job then you need to get a job elsewhere because if you are not able to pay any kind of attention. And unfortunately this is prevalent these days that people don't pay attention. I told her that I already told her which ear. And she became pretty nasty so I asked for the manager. And the manager was pretty nasty as well. Very disrespectful. Listen if you can't handle the stress at your job and you're taking it out on innocent people, maybe you need to get another job. Maybe at a garden center or cherry picking... Maybe cleaning toilets would be more meditative. So I'm never going to take my dog back. These people don't know what they're doing and are rude about it. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

As a first time dog owner, finding the right veterinarian felt like a big decision, and Palms & Paws immediately stood out from the moment we walked through the door. During our first visit, they took the time to give us a tour of the facility and explain how everything works. I especially appreciated that they have separate areas for pets that may be sick or contagious and for pets coming in for routine checkups and vaccinations. That attention to detail gave me confidence right away. As a new dog owner, I had plenty of questions during Archie's puppy years, and the team never made me feel like any question was too small. Every interaction has been positive. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The front desk team is outstanding they never make you feel rushed, always take the time to answer questions, and have been incredibly helpful when it comes to navigating pet insurance. They can even submit claims on your behalf, which makes the process much easier. One thing that has consistently impressed me is the follow up care. I've received phone calls after appointments just to check on how Archie was doing, which speaks volumes about how much they care about their patients. I also appreciate the transparency. Before any procedure, test, or treatment is performed, the team takes the time to review the estimated costs and available options with you. I've always had a clear understanding of what to expect financially before moving forward, and I've never experienced surprise charges or sticker shock at checkout. That level of communication and honesty is something I truly value. Dr. K is fantastic. She takes the time to explain all available options, clearly outlines the pros and cons of each, and helps you make an informed decision without ever making you feel pressured. I always leave feeling confident that I've been given honest, thoughtful guidance tailored to Archie's needs. The pricing has always felt fair and reasonable, and even small touches like the complimentary water, snacks, and mini fridge in the waiting area make visits a little more comfortable. After nearly three years of bringing Archie here, I can confidently say that Palms & Paws has earned my trust. Whether it's a routine vaccine appointment or an unexpected health concern, I've always felt that Archie was treated like family. If you're looking for a veterinary clinic that combines excellent medical care, transparent communication, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Palms & Paws.

I decided I would give them one more chance doing something I thought they could handle. My first rating of 3 was a gift. It means satisfactory. It was truthful and clear. This time we called and they said they could handle the issue, so we called today to make an appointment and they will not see us--I guess they don't like the truth. Now they have ever right to not like a review and instead of responding to it, to just try to erase that person, but that is rude and not wise. And they were so rude on the phone. We were shocked. They could have been decent and nicely said we did not care for your 3 stars on Yelp so we think it best not to see you. We would have said thank you and been on our way. So, they have no need to worry. We will never call them again, because I don't enjoy rude customer service and I really don't enjoy sure make an appointment and we call to do just that and someone answers who has no manners and is rude. Really bad business practice.
