Jada the manager is super helpful and easy to work with. We recently had an event where we needed to order 60 breakfast sandwiches ( pork roll, egg and cheese) for a golf tournament. Was hopeful that with the change in management things would have stayed the same in quality but unfortunately things changed. Service was poor, not very friendly. I walked in, not a single person was at the counter or came out to greet me. Stood at the counter for about 2 minutes before an employee came out from the back, and was about to make another sandwich before realizing I was standing there. So they really had no idea that someone even walked in. Soup selection is significantly smaller, I believe there were only two soups, chicken noodle and chili. Sandwich was okay, not as packed with meat and toppings as it used to be, and I don't know if my poor experience was clouding my judgement but even the bread tasted different (stale). The shop itself looks nicer, I'll give them that. But looks only can take you so far. People really don't care what the shop looks like if you're not dishing out smiles and good food. My go to sandwich is the bacon and egg on a roll. For less than $7 you get a hardy sandwich of two eggs and a ton of bacon on a roll. For some strange reason, people also like to add cheese. I was pleasantly surprised at how well put together my sandwich was. I would have preferred to get the chicken salad but I landed on the tuna. It didn't disappoint! Very filling and quick. The only issue was that I spent 11.00 bucks on a sandwich and I wasn't sure how that happened but I suppose that's my fault for not paying attention to the actual price. Very filling and flavorful.
