My step brother took me here and I'm so glad he did. It was so delicious! Love how the bread isn't so thick. You get the perfect amount of bread to filling ratio. Makes each bite so tasty and flavorful. We shared the pastrami since their sandwiches are big but I really wanted to try the meatball sandwich, so I decided to buy it to have for dinner. I always try to different meatball sandwiches. It's hard to find a great meatball sandwich. Theirs is really good!! I have to come back when I return to visit family or for work. read more

Nice people, terrible chicken parmesan. Stay way from hot sandwiches. Everything is just microwaved, and you can hear the beep beeps constantly. Cold sandwiches seem fine. Chicken Parmesan was not a chicken cutlet like normal, it was more like shredded or chopped chicken in a absolutely disgustingly sweet marinara sauce. Restaurant was clean, staff was helpful, but hot food definitely not recommended. read more

We were in the area & checked on places for lunch nearby. This popped up & looked like it was worth a try. BOY! We were very pleasantly surprised by this gem of a small sandwich shop in an industrial area. Plain & simple but well worth the stop. Hubby & I shared #19, The Club of Extravaganza & it's a good thing we shared it! Tender sliced ham, turkey breast, maple bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce & tomatoes on your choice of breads. We picked toasted sourdough. It was WAY more than enough to share, delicious & filling. Service was quick & easy & the ladies helping today were friendly & even split our order into separate baskets to make it easier to share. We'll be back when we're in the area! read more

I've tried this place twice now ordering take out. Both times I've ordered the pastrami with mustard only and the #2, a ham and cheese sandwich. The first time my pastrami was awesome...tender pastrami, yum. But instead of the #2, we got a tuna salad sandwich, although #2 was written on the wrapper. The second visit, my pastrami came with cheese...which just didn't work for me, but we got the #2 this time!! When I called the 2nd time I mentioned we got the wrong sandwich the first time and they couldn't have been more apologetic. I was hopeful for this order but the Swiss cheese on the pastrami really ruined it for me. Could have been a mixup as I asked for Swiss on the ham sandwich so maybe I confused them. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. I'll try again as the pastrami itself is really good read more

Hidden, delicious rare find. You know one of those spots you find by absolute chance and leave feeling like you need to bookmark the place or somehow remember the next time you are in the area.... well, this is one of those spots. One of the most underrated sandwich shops in all of Orange County. I will intentionally plan my day to end up in this area around lunch time so I can enjoy their turkey sandwich. It's usually full of locals who are onto the secret too. 10/10. Would highly recommend. read more

I work right down the street from this place and drive by it all the time. I was working overtime and forgot to bring lunch, so I decided to finally try it out. I called in a pastrami sandwich so it would be ready when I went on my break, and I'm glad I did. The sandwich was amazing and packed with great flavor. Definitely recommend this spot if you're in the area. The only small downside was that it took a bit longer to pay seemed like the cashier might have been in training but overall a solid experience and I'll be back. read more

When I want a sandwich, I come here. Any place that is Asian owned and in a business center complex pumps out the best deli sammies, facts. Super cute mom and pop sandwich shop run by an older couple. I got the tuna sandwich and soup combo. I got chicken tortilla soup, and it was warm and on the saltier side. The tuna sandwich had a generous portion of tuna. The bread tasted soft and fresh. It wasn't too mayo-y, so that was good. My friend got their dancing avocado sandwich, and it looked and tasted ah-mazing! Completely YELP-photo-worthy sandwich! It had all the yummy, fresh, crisp veggies inside: lettuce, tomato, sprouts, cucumbers, pickles, banana peppers, etc. I kind of wish I got that one instead. I love all the fillings in a sandwich. (The tuna only had lettuce and tomato in it.) My other friend got their turkey sandwich on a French roll, and it looked heavenly as well! All had generous portions of filling. Horrible experience request a sandwich that has been made several times before. Apparently they couldn't make because it's hot and cold and doesn't go with each other. Little mom and pop owned shop , super sweet and hardworking couple. Sandwiches are large and a little pricy but worth the treat. I also share with my co worker so we can fit into our weekly work lunch budget. They also have soup and salads that are also delicious. Fresh ingredients and made with love. came here three times... first time was for a drink and got a smart remark just because i wanted a drink. second time wasn't so bad but energy still wasn't the best. and third time was it. i got a chicken parm combo and also cookies. i placed the cookies in front of the chips and drink and was given attitude because the older women with tats didn't see them and was annoyed that she had to do another transaction for them. waited 20 mins for my sandwich just for her to say that i ordered a roast beef. she was then raising her voice saying i messed up my own order. the other asian women was so polite and apologized for the inconvenience and that was my only favorite part. she was so sweet and got my sandwich correct. after the apology i heard the other women say that "you're just admitting im wrong" to her coworker. she then placed my sandwich on the table with the most annoyed look. crazy. never coming back. read more

... Running around in circles all day and was finally famished at 2:30 pm and realized I hadn't had anything besides coffee this morning... Remembered a sandwich place Terence told me about recently and he recommended the egg salad or dancing avocado ...both sounding amazing right now!! Called in my order and the man asks: "Regular or Large"... A bit confused, and T didn't mention this, so I say "um, regular please"... Struck up a convo inside with another customer and he tells me "you definitely need the large"... I pay ($10) and pick up my bag. It weighs a ton!! I get to my car and notice I'm parked next to my new friend. I open the sandwich (to take a photo, of course)...then roll down my window, hold it up and tell the guy... THIS IS HUGE!!!! He smiles and says "YOU CAN DO IT!!!!" I ask him what he got and although he said the Egg Salad reminds him of his childhood and the Dancing Avo is amazing... he says he got the "Cashew Chicken Salad" and says it's his absolute fave! Family owned. Tasty food and variety on the menu. The family is friendly and the pace is clean. Service is always good and attentive. Good place to eat if you work around the area - hidden gem for the warehouse workers around. Give it a try. The tortilla soup is amazing. Genuine people and some serious sandwiches. When you walk in, immediately you can tell that the focus is on Fantastic Food and not on flashy images or gimmicks. Straightforward and done right. Details.. .. This place is around the corner from my work & I've seen it pop up on my Yelp search for a while, but finally decided to give them a try today (I'm not a big sandwich person). prOs.. .. I called in my order & asked if I could accommodate a special request (egg salad salad; cross between #15 & #30). The lady who took my order was very nice & made my request happen. .. They're tucked away among industrial buildings, but we're easy enough to find. .. This establishment seems to be owned/ran by a sweet older couple. Support local small businesses! .. The egg salad was really tasty. It looked a little dry (see photo), but it actually wasn't! Bonus that it wasn't too mayo heavy. cOns.. .. The rest of the salad (lettuce & tomato slices) were pretty mediocre. final thOughts.. .. For a quick lunch in the area, I'm a fan! This place is awesome. Got the club sandwich. It was HUGE and delicious. Such a great value too!!! It's a great mom and pop operation and I enjoy supporting family operations. The problem is I asked you to wrap up the 2nd half which I hadn't touched plus the balance of the 1st half. This place is near my home in a business center, I've driven past it countless times and wanted to try it. The inside was clean for the most part but a little dusty in the corners. I ordered a large BLT with avocado, combo (chips, cookies, and a drink added) and it was 23$! A little costly. I took the food home and the sandwich was huge. Two meals worth. The BLT was stacked up with avocado. The whole fruit seemed to be on there. Good quality food but for the price being that steep maybe not the best choice. read more

This is the kind of experience that reminds you how much good customer service can completely…read morechange a first visit. This past weekend, our daughter had a game at Cypress High School. We were headed toward REI to grab some outdoor chairs and decided to stop at GHOST Sando Shop in Huntington Beach. I've driven past this place plenty of times and never really knew what it was. It also happened to be one of the only places open in the shopping center that early, so we figured, why not? Man, we had no idea what we were missing. We ordered the Melrose for ourselves and a Club for our daughter. Marco took our order and was also the one making the sandwiches. A few minutes after we sat down, he actually walked over and asked me, "Are you sure you want the pepperoncini and tomato on the Club?" My first thought was basically, uhhh... yeah, of course I do! Then it clicked. The Club was for our daughter. Marco had remembered that from our conversation when we ordered and knew that a lot of kids probably aren't exactly excited about pepperoncini and tomatoes. Meanwhile, Dad over here completely forgot to ask for them off. That might seem like such a small thing, but THAT is customer service. Marco wasn't just taking an order, collecting payment, and moving on to the next customer. He was actually paying attention. He remembered who the sandwich was for and took the extra few seconds to come over and double check before making it. Good looking out, Marco. Seriously. And that wasn't the only interaction we had with him. Marco was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in. He talked with us, answered questions, and even gave us suggestions on other sandwiches we should try the next time we come back. Nothing felt forced or scripted. It was just genuine conversation from someone who seemed to actually care whether we enjoyed our experience. There were only two guys working while we were there, yet everything was running smoothly. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, the bright green interior gives the place its own personality, and there's plenty of seating inside along with a really nice outdoor patio area. And most importantly, the sandwiches were GOOD. The Melrose was a great first choice, and Melody enjoyed her Club, thankfully without Dad accidentally loading it up with pepperoncini. We also grabbed some Calypso lemonades, which went perfectly with everything. We originally stopped here simply because it was open and convenient. Now it's somewhere we'll intentionally come back to. There are thousands of places where you can buy a sandwich. What makes you remember a restaurant is usually the people behind the counter. Marco made us remember GHOST. Excellent food, clean restaurant, great atmosphere, and genuinely outstanding customer service. We'll definitely be back, and next time, Marco, we're taking you up on those recommendations.

The mall had a lot of surface, uncovered spots, so parking wasn't a problem around lunch time. One orders and pays at the counter, and the sandwiches are brought out to you when dining in. The menu consists of both cold and hot sandwiches. There is a self serve ice water jug, along with a self-serve pickles (sliced kosher dills) and peppers (both pepperoncini and cascabella). It's a really nice touch and we took advantage. One thing that made me do a double take was the offer of $3 anytime pints of the house lager on tap. It was confirmed by the owner that it was correct, and each of us got a glass. Clover is the payment system used here, and was able to get a text with the bill. It took a bit of time for the sandwiches to come out. Our friend and I split two hot sandwiches. First being a Mock Ruben ($12.50) consisting of Corned beef, swiss, sauerkraut, and mustard on rye. I thought it was good, with a nice meld of flavors and well grilled/toasted bread (not a strong rye). Friend thought it was dry. We both agreed my sandwich was much better, Cousin Eddie ($14.25) consisting of pastrami, swiss, deli mustard, 1000 island, and pickled red cabbage. It came on a soft hoagie roll, and the flavors really melded together well. My wife got a Messi ($14.25), a roast beef with pepperjack with chimichurri and onions on ciabatta. Since my wife is not a fan of neither chimichurri and onions, I asked for it on the side, which was recorded that way on the bill. For some reason, a custom item charge of $0.75 was put on the bill (thinking it was for the side of chimichurri), and unfortunately there was chimichurri on the sandwich which my wife gamely tried to pick off. None of the sandwiches were large, nor were any of them stacked with that much meat. In fact I was able to eat half of each of the sandwiches, but for the price, I thought it was very reasonable. The pickle and pepper bar is a great idea, letting anybody add some zing to any sandwich. The service was friendly, as the owner genuinely seemed to care what we thought (though my wife didn't feel like complaining about the chimichurri). And the pints of the house blonde on tap was a bargain. They seem to have a pizza night on Thursday, and the beer would absolutely hit the spot then.
