I was really surprised by my visit this time. The bread was extremely stale, the bacon was hard, and the overall quality just wasn't great. This was unexpected because this Jersey Mike's is usually the exact opposite. There is usually a young black man that works there and when he is there, the atmosphere is great. Very energetic. I'm glad we came back to this Jersey Mike's Subs location. Joseph was our master sandwich maker, and he made our orders in the perfect way. The lovely missus took home a #3 Mini, and she was delighted from the first bite. I watched my giant #10. Yes, it was tuna, and Joseph suggested the crunchy parmesan type topped roll. This was a great sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes. Each quartered piece of the long sub was a mouthful of joy. We are making this Jersey Mike's location our go-to spot. It is conveniently close and there is no problem with parking. The servers here are the most friendliest and helpful. One opened the door for us and thanked us. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY THROUGH THEIR APP I ordered today and the delivery came missing a sub. I called about it and the manager keeps saying that he put all the subs in and kept discounting what I was saying. Then he keeps telling me that they contract through door dash and they don't have control over what happens when it leaves there but I tell him that I never contracted door dash and ordered from Jersey mikes directly so not sure how that should matter to me. He says they can't send another one since they don't have people to spare. We bicker back and forth, he keeps talking over me and when I call him out on it he says it's because I keep saying the same thing!!! Wtf?? What kind of customer service is that? Then he tells me they can refund the points I used for one of the subs.. haha.. gee, thanks. When I push back, he says, ok, give me your credit card number and I'll refund the order. Yeah, ok pal, I'm totally going to give you my credit card number after we have been arguing for 10 minutes and you've insulted me in various ways. So now I have to go in there to get a refund in person since they refused to make the damn sandwich and deliver to me as was contracted through their app! I'm downgrading to 3 stars as the sandwiches taste great and this is the first bad experience with this location even though I have had bad experiences at other locations, which I am not factoring in here. I don't think you'll have issues if you pick up your subs but beware that you might not get your sub if you order delivery. Bottom line: if I pay you directly to deliver a sandwich to me, you should deliver the sandwich and anything other than that outcome is unacceptable. If I order through door dash, I'll take it up with door dash but I didn't in this case. If there is an issue, don't tell the customer they are incorrect.. just get in your damn car and deliver the sandwich, end of story. read more

I've been coming to this one since I've started working out this way and this is the only one I go to. I come here because the men and women are super cool, have great attitudes and always recommending what two things compliment each other when making the sandwich if you don't like something. The service is overall a 10 out of 10 for me. I work swing shift and this location has become part of my regular stops. If it wasn't for the workers I probably wouldn't come here. Came here after a long day of running errands and was greeted immediately by the 3 gentlemen behind the counter. They were amazing! Very uncomfortable weird vibes at this location. We went there yesterday and the tall white guy that handles the bread looked directly at us and disappeared in the storage area (until his co-worker or supervisor told him to help us). He came across like he had a problem. Maybe he's prejudiced? One of the sandwiches was also made poorly by the thin kid with the tattoo on his arm. He completely doused oil on it and was very sloppy doing his job. They forgot the bacon on the club sandwich... the cashier had to put it on after we told him. The staff seemed incompetent. Great location, always clean, and staff working behind the counter are always efficient and friendly. The ingredients are quality and are always fresh, never frozen for the cold sandwich ingredients. Only criticism I have at this particular location, is they no longer offer avocado on their sandwiches. I know they removed this item back when avocado prices were sky high. However, those prices have gone down tremendously and I wish they would offer it again like other locations do. I especially enjoy the Cali Club sandwich and wish I could get that at this location. I also am a bit disheartened at the prices lately, but I know with COVID, everyone is charging more now. Also, the inside is quite small so seating is very limited, and there are a couple of tables outside as well. I remembered I had a Jersey Mikes Sub app from my time in college, I had tons of points from every purchase I had in the past. I was only 72 points off from my giant sub being free. One day I'll get there! My Giant sub lasted me 3 whole meals: 1 lunch I had 50% of the sandwich, and for 25% for breakfast and 25% for lunch the next morning. These guys deserve tips on tips. Maybe even a pay raise? I do not have the ability to do that for them. But I hope this review gets passed down to them, in fact I'll go back and show it to them myself haha.
