I'm giving this review 3 stars because I'm definitely going to give them a second try and will update! I ordered the #1 and got everything on it except for tomatoes because I have a small allergy to them. There were bits and pieces of tomatoes on my Sammy - not a big deal. They probably put it on then took it off, I appreciate them catching it in the first place! I just wiped down my meat bc that's what it was stinking to and warmed my meat up. So when I was doing that I realized there wasn't any cheese on my sandwich! What a bummer. & I had them put Mayo, mustard, bomb sauce and Italian dressing on it but it was so dry!!! I got it on the Dutch bread so idk if that has anything to do with it. Everyone was super nice when I ran in to pick it up and there's a great vibe! read more

Love this place. Kimball Jag is my favorite. It's like a thanksgiving party in a sandwich and I really love how they don't skimp on the bomb sauce. There's plenty to where it's dripping down my fingers. I'm a sauce loving kinda person so if you don't like that maybe get it on the side. Hubby and I also love the splash brothas sandwich. But all the sandwiches look good. The bomb sauce lives up to its name. It's BOMB! Owner and employees are very nice and efficient with getting your order 100% accurate and make you feel like your business is truly appreciated. Oh and the ice cream! Get yourself a sample, they have some good flavors!! Ambiance: we try and avoid after school rush with the Tracy high traffic. So we're always in and out of there by noon. Clean inside, sandwich making counters always kept immaculate. Music - I never really paid attention till the one time I noticed a Christian song playing which I was totally excited about. Down side: the parking lot is small and shared with other busy businesses and if you park around the backside (residential) you will have to walk thru a path where homeless might be lingering as well as their carts/trash but that doesn't stop me from going. read more

First time there since it opened and I'll say I was fairly impressed. The size of the sand which is good for the price. I had gotten a tuna sandwich and the only downside to it was that it didn't smell like tuna it was like the strongest fish smell I've ever had and it was left over on my hands and had to wash constantly for it to come out. Other than that the sandwiches have an abundance of flavor. I love that they still have the ice cream too there! Such a great bonus. They're a tad bit pricey for a sandwich but definitely worth it. We tried this place for the first time. My wife ordered the Triple Threat(13) and I ordered the Tracy Baller(23). When we got the sandwiches home my wife noticed that the almost no avocado on the sandwich and the filling were pretty sparse. My sandwich looked ok but did not taste good. It seems they used the cheapest meatballs and not a very good grade of provolone. I have an issue with Togo's because they screw up sometime but there food definitely is better. read more

Decided to grab a bite to eat while attending a football game at the Highschool, people have been raving about this place so we decided to give it a try. We were NOT disappointed! We were welcomed when we entered and the gentleman who seemed to be the owner took the time to go over the menu tell us what was the most popular items and all about their house made sauces and dressings. We choose the #19 and #24. The sourdough was so fresh. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Bomb sauce was the bomb! The gentleman made great conversation while we waited and even gave my son and I a free scoop of Ice Cream while we waited.The feature Gunthers Ice Cream out of Sacramento.
