I was craving some burgers and fries and found this spot I was nearby too. Decided to give it a try and see if it's a hidden gem in Tracy. Me and my friend went around the afternoon. We were the only ones inside the restaurant at the time. The cashier took our order and gave out excellent recommendations and service. I decided on ordering the trio sliders with there circle fries. I wanted to try a little bit of everything for my first time. The food came in a timely matter. I would say the food is just alright. Beef could've been seasoned more and the beef was overcooked just a little bit. The circle fries were okay, I should've opted for just regular fries or sweet potatoes fries. The burgers are made however you want with several specialized offerings. There are both beef and chicken options. You can order individual 4 oz. regular sized burgers or decide on 2 or 3 "slider" style burgers at 3 oz./ea. They have a Coca Cola muti offering machine with 7 different diet choices along with several bottled sodas and boxed fruit juices. The female at the front was pleasant and helpful on explaining all the different options for burgers and appetizers/adds. We chose to stay and eat inside the restaurant which has a 30+ person capacity. The chairs are SOLID and will hold very hefty people (trust me, my father was over 400 lbs. often). Great place but I've been eating burgers since my son was born. It's his favorite food so you're talking a good 29 years of trying different places for their burgers their burger wasn't bad but it was not the greatest as well. The service was good and I think it's a great cute spot for somebody to come to. I would not come back personally, but that's only because I am huge on my burger as far as taste and style in the pricing so for me it's a great spot I feel the pricing is a little high for what you're getting. I hope this place does better and maybe just review some of their pricing I think that they would get a lot more people and I know for me if the pricing was there. It's been a few months since I have been to Burger IM only because it is far off my usual path around town. All three times I ate there, the burgers were good, the drinks as expected, the service as good as I would want. The ambiance was "burger joint" but complimented the good sandwiches. Was in the area for lunch and decided to pop in for a bite. I didn't realize that they were part of the same chain I had visited a while back, but it was all good. I did make a mistake in ordering a falafel burger which I just assumed was a normal burger with the toppings they listing. My silly mistake, and instead I got a falafel patty. Lot of time falafel (which can be good) is too dry for me, but this was fine. I wasn't overly upset with the silly mistake I made (and it was totally my fault). I had a nice beer with it, and all was good. On the up-side, since I don't usually order vegetarian/vegan foods, I can say for those that eat like that, the burger was tasty. read more

WARNING !! Check your receipt!! Came here after a morning of shopping. It is a order yourself at the counter and find your on seat kinda restaurant. When we ordered we didn't get a receipt which we forgot to ask too! When we arrived looked at our bank online and noticed a transaction of $81. to a place where we only order 3 burgers and 2 fries. Which came up to no more than $40. So that meant the girl who took out order gave herself a large chunk for her tip! The burgers were good here, but nothing too out of the ordinary or unique. I tried Burger IM on a whim and I'd probably give it 3.5 stars. I was able to have their "duo," which comes with two 3 oz sliders where I had the crispy chicken and the angus beef burgers. The size of the duo burgers are comparable to a Hawaiian roll but a tad bit larger - it's a good size especially if you're looking to trial a few flavors. For the crispy chicken burger, it was lacking on the crispiness side. The buffalo sauce could've been stronger, although the bun and the mixed greens were nicely toasted and flavorful. As for the angus burger, it was relatively average again. The tomatoes, lettuce, onions, etc. tasted fresh, but nothing much stood out overall. Certainly worth a try though for any burger lovers around! read more

There's also a little bar stool area that seats (I believe) 3. Staff is friendly! The soda fountain was the type that offers a bazillion different options- very cool!! Finally tried out Burger IM for the first time a few weeks when we ordered take out. Prices looking back were maybe lightweight steep. One thing I like is they options for different set burgers, then you can add toppings, most of which cost money though, that's when it helps add up. I kind of wished they had a build your own burger option, at a set price, even if it was like $15 total, & make it what you want type of thing. We had the onion rings, sweet potato fries, bacon & cheese fries, a kids burger with fries, 4 shakes, 2 of them strawberry, 2 cookies n cream style. Shakes were ok, good, but nothing special. Important thing is burger rating, the burger was good, but not next level up from say, an In & Out, or Shake Shack. I'd still give it another try again. read more

I just needed to get some type of food for a group of 10. Ordered for pickup and the burgers were ready in 30 mins with garlic aioli fries, jalapeño cheese fries, and onion rings. I've been waiting for this place to open because it's slightly different to the dozens of Burger places Tracy already has. The Burgers are slightly smaller than regular size and they have a larger protein selection. The Burgers themselves are ok, could do with being seasoned better and the sweet potato Fries are really good. I like the concept of being able to have more than one type of burger in your meal and personally found that a 2 burgers were more than enough without any sides. You can choose from 2 or 3 Burgers then make it a combo (drink & side) for $3, they also do party packs if you're catering for a large amount of people. The Tracy area is over saturated with burger locations. Around this location alone, within a mile there are 5 locations for you to get burgers other than this spot. That being said, BurgerIM ( much like In-n-Out) is a refreshing spin on an American Classic. The Decor of this location is very nice. Plenty of TVs for the space it is in. It's very clean and has a very trendy soda machine. The service is very friendly, which is to be expected as they just opened. However, I was quite inexperienced to the burger they offered here and the Cashier was especially patient with me and offered me insights into the options. Probably more than I needed, but they seemed passionate, so I just decided to listen. The food is quite good. Not the best burgers I've ever had, but the variation and freshness allowed allows for a non-boring meal. Why get one burger when you can have two or three for the same price that are different? The Patty variations and quality are great, and the sides are tasty. The fries are more like thick potato chips, and the Onion rings are among some of the better there are at fast food places. Long story short, amongst fast food chains, this is up there near the top. Give them a try next time you have a craving for some burgers, you won't regret it. Especially if you have kids. read more

went here in the morning and the service was delightful! the employee who helped us was patient and gave us suggestions. the restaurants has lettuce wrap and gluten free bun options with is awesome! hawaiian salmon; (10/10) i was dreading this burger at first because i have never had salmon burger where it was not dry. for the first time though this place made it amazing with flavor and the best part not dry at all. the teriyaki glaze gave the burger flavor and i love the addition with the pineapple. i got it lettuce wrapped and thought it tasted amazing. the lettuce had a lot of the teriyaki flavor and the red cabbage slaw gave it a crunch. sides; (8/10) we also got two sides which were sweet potato fries and onion rings. i don't really remember having sweet potato fries before but these were good. only thing was that they were soggy when we got to eat them. the onion rings were amazing! when biting into them the onion and breading actually stay intact and don't crumble apart like most places. they were crispy and crunchy. would definitely come back and get this burger and the onion rings! read more

Loooove BurgerIM! We always get the packs or whatever they're called because you can customize the crap out of it lol. The staff is always patient, and friendly--we never have a bad experience here! My favorite burgers are the Spanish Beef (nice and SPICY) and the Truffle Burger (I love mushrooms and Swiss cheese.) If I were to pick one over the other, maybe the Truffle Burger, cuz it's so dang good! Lol I haven't tried all the burgers, YET, but getting a duo or trio is perfect to try out more flavors.
