I was informed she was forced out by the owner and general manager. The same general manager who writes her own Google reviews for the Rogue River store! They have gone through multiple staff members. I will no longer support this business that treats their staff as replaceable. No, I am not a former staff member. I was a customer. Petco is now my "go-to" pet store.

The wash stations were very clean with good water pressure and temperature, and the shampoos and conditioner worked really well. Our dog is super clean now. I've tried a couple of the other self-wash places around here and this is definitely the best one so far. Frankly, most of the other places seem to be dirty and smell weird and staffed by crabby folks. Washing the dog is never a really pleasant experience but this place made it very easy and painless. They put a barking dog in the back room while my cat was there. Her helper petted the cat while she started the nails, so lots of attention and a calm attitude. The shop was large enough and very clean. I will definitely use them again, especially now that Petco just lost their only cat groomer. Thanks for the cat attention.
