Absolutely love this store! I needed pink scrubs for October and the lady helped me immensely going through different shades of pink! The price for the set was around $50 which is way cheaper than the same brand of koi scrubs I bought from another place! Will be returning to buy more colors later on. read more

I was looking for Koi scrubs because I liked their thin fabric, are a little more slim and flattering, and look less like scrub pants so I wear them outside of work, even hiking. They had several different Koi scrubs and their prices were definitely lower than what i found on Amazon. The Koi Peace pants in charcoal gray was $39 on Amazon but out of stock in the size that I needed. I came here and the pants were $28. I also ended up finding a Koi basic pants that fit well for $25. The same exact pair was $31 on Amazon so I'm pretty pleased this is near my work and affordable. The ladies who work there were very nice as well. They have a big dressing room so I could wear the different pants. Very helpful to be able to try on pants because sometimes the koi brand sizing is not super consistent and I fit one in XXS better but I would never have ordered that size online. read more

I went in not having too much faith in it but man was I mistaken. I saw a sign that read $14.99...I already thought the worse because scrubs, good fitting scrubs, can be pricey. I grabbed some men's scrubs because They were on sale but then I was approach two Asian ladies. I didn't want help at first but then they talked me into letting them help. They were really helpful with sizing and even let me try them on. They made sure my scrubs fit well and didn't look frumpy like most of them can. I walked out with two sets and an extra top for $80!!!!!!! 2 SETS AND A TOP! I will def be coming back. Great fits and great colors. read more

I've been a very loyal customer to this scrub shop for five years. First, the price is just right. Not too expensive but they really are low cost. Great discount. They have a great variety of style. That is, they have gartered and not, they have with pockets and without, slim straight and not. They have complete sizes, from extra small to extra-large. Variety of colors too, and brand like Cherokee, Dickies, etcetera etcetera. Unfortunately, I am now working with another company that provide scrub, so it's really been a while since I last came here to shop for scrubs. Regardless, this place is recommendable. It's located inside the mall at the opposite end of Wal-Mart. There's a convenient parking area and entrance right where the store is. (Don't park by Wal-Mart like I did) Walked in and walked out with 6 sets of Wonder flex scrubs for 29.99. in 5 mins. Im 5"1 and petite. Went in thinking I would pay an arm and a leg because the store was in the mall. Turns out the prices are actually better than a lot of other uniform stores. The lady asked me if It was for me or a woman, then she asked walked me to the men's area (no other scrub store has done so). She gave me some sizes to ensure proper fit. When I told her what size, she asked me what color. Since her inventory is in the back, she has all sizes to try on and all colors available on the rack. She then goes to the back to get you a new pair. One color didn't have the bottom size I was looking for; she offered to ship it to me since I traveled a ways to get there. Some people consider her pushy or hovering; To me, that is proper customer service. She was there throughout the process to ensure I received what I wanted. If you arent happy about something she always finds a way to find a alternative. If you label her as "PUSHY" remember you arent obligated to buy anything. The Chinese lady running this place was nice at first. She greeted me, and asked me what kind of pants I wanted. "Navy pants," I said, since I already had a light blue top and didn't want to look like a dork or waste money buying another top. She assumed I was a size small so she ran around showing me different styles, calling me "MY FRIEND". I explained to her I wanted straight leg, normal pockets (not cargo), and a petite XS (I'm 5'5" with a 30" inseam, but the rise on scrubs are HUGE). She managed to find me 3 pairs of pants, all of which only had at least one thing I didn't want: (1) Cherokee pants, navy, but *CARGO* and *SIZE SMALL = TOO BIG* (2) Cherokee pants, XS, petite, but *MAROON* (3) Cherokee pants, XS, petite, navy, but *HUGE UNCOMFORTABLE WAISTBAND* Ugh. I was grateful for the help, after I tried on the third pair of pants, she was at the cash register, counting her money and IGNORED me as I said thank you and left! Why the extremes in customer service, lady? She is a fine example of one of the many salespersons/owners who are in business to make a profit and couldn't give less of a shit about you if you couldn't find what you need. This seems to be very common amongst mom-and-pop stores who don't feel the need to excel in customer service as a way to develop a good reputation. Was I being picky? Maybe. But I'm not going to pay for something I don't want. I don't think it's a good idea to spend money just to please strangers who I'll never see again. Summary: This store stocks mostly Dickies and Cherokee, so if you need scrubs and aren't petite or picky about colors/styles, go here. I have been an avid scrub buyer from this store and I'm sorry to say that this woman has lost my business and many of my friends due to her poor customer service. Just like Via C. I had a similar incident and I completely regret not reading the yelp reviews before coming here. All I wanted to do was exchange my bottom scrubs for a different color, but right when I told her that she says, "you exchange and buy another one yea?" Politely I just said no, I would just like to exchange for this blue color. Her friendly face suddenly turned cold as ice, her voice became very deep and wanted to have nothing to do with me anymore. As I was trying to explain my situation to her with my scrubs, she found any and every way for me not to exchange it and buy more. Long story short.... I then had to drive back home to get the color top that I wanted and exchange it for the color I didn't want anymore. She grabbed the color and would ONLY exchange it if I didn't open the packaging. (something that should be stated on a receipt) LUCKILY I never opened it and she had no choice but to exchange it for me. I'm a very passive person and it took every ounce of my strength to keep my composure for how badly I was disrespected during this entire ordeal. I completely understand her exchange policy and I was within it, she just needs to learn better customer service. Sadly, I had plans to continue to buy more scrubs from her in the future, but as of now I will never be coming here again. read more

Considering the "strong" personality of the lady who works at this store, The Scrub Shoppe isn't really for everybody: -DO NOT go here if you prefer being left alone, because I guarantee you the lady WILL help you and watch your every move until you make a purchase. -DO NOT go here if you're really nit-picky and indecisive. As for me, I fit none of the aforementioned so my experience was far much better than the ones who had wrote a negative review in the past. As soon as I stepped in, the lady approached me with a warm and friendly smile on her face and asked what I was looking for. I told her I was into Japanese-like cartoon art such as Toki-Doki and within five seconds, she brought out various styles of Toki-Doki and Hello Kitty printed scrub tops. I was thrilled, but I told her I didn't know what size I was so she did a quick scan at my body and told me I was an XS. I tried on the pants and top that was given to me and they all fit perfectly! While I was browsing, she asked about my work and from there we had a nice conversation. I had a very pleasant experience for a couple of reasons: -I bought a couple of scrub tops and pants, and she gave me a really great discount which I didn't even ask for. -She was interested about my work background, we talked, I was not rushed at all. -I got exactly what I was looking for and more, and I didn't have to do much because the lady did most of the work for me. Now...in response to a few comments from the negative reviews: -She really DOES refer her customers to "my friend", but I find it more comical than annoying. This lady is Chinese and she's probably in her mid-50's. English is definitely not her first language, so give her a break. -It's possible that she's "only out for your money" but at the same time, she IS running a retail business and she has her own way of trying to make a sale which may not be comfortable to certain people. Her store carries a lot of great selection that fits my style, so as long as there are ridiculously cute scrubs, I'm giving this shop my damn money. read more

Zero stars. I called this store and a lady answered. I asked specifically if they carry ecko and she told me yes. Then she tells me, I give you good price. 40% off. So I went right away. It was a complete waist of time. She did not have Ecko. Tells me that Koi is the same and wants to see it for $25. I just bought Ecko at uniform advantage in lakewood. bought it for $13 -sale. I called my husband and he tells me the price on the receipt. I go back in and she tells me no. She also carried Loony tunes and other high end scrub tops. They were priced at $37. Of course any one who does any shopping knows this is over priced. She was so silly. She made the comment that her prices where the best. I clearly told her that uniform advantage and Christina's had Far better prices. She is crazy. I will never return. People who work in the medical industry know how much scrubs should cost. On first impression, June is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. She'll get you what you need, and has a wide selection of scrubs from major brands. However, I came in just to pickup my scrubs that I custom ordered a week before. I thought it was going to be a routine pickup and go, but I decided to look around and made it very clear to her that I was doing just that. Next thing you know, she's following me around, asking me what I'm looking for, size, color, brand, this one you buy, I give good deal you, please come. I was basically being harassed for the next 3 minutes as I was browsing. Then it just got to a point where I became so incensed at her persistence, I told her with an angry tone, look, I'm not buying anything, I'm just looking. Then that once friendly, accommodating, and helpful face was shattered, and the look of hate and disgust began to consume her. I quickly picked up what she owed me, and I bolted. Since I was so satisfied with my dickies scrubs, price, and experience, I brought my friend the next day, and she was pleasantly surprised and happy I brought her another customer. Trying to find this little shop was a little hard, in a corner of the mall , kinda non descript. I bought two sets top and bottom of Koi's. Fit well and Im a petite girl. Material is soft and finish is quality. I didnt have the same problem as the others. I dont have a problem saying no or walkin out if I feel my money doesnt make a difference. Turned out there was a trauma nurse visiting from Las Vegas in the store. She picks up stuff when she's in town. Well, I just got back from purchasing a pair of scrubs for school and I have to say I'm pretty pleased. This isn't my first time here, I came a few years back and bought two pairs of scrubs pretty easily. She even has a little dressing room near the back. This time around, I wanted something cheap and navy blue and the lady was really nice. She started off by asking if I wanted cheap scrubs or good scrubs. That made me laugh but hey, I know what she meant and I'm on a budget! I wanted cheap scrubs! Honestly from the other reviews on here I thought I would have to beg to get her to show me the cheap scrubs. You get what you pay for and I'm totally fine with that in this situation. She was really nice and when I was short twenty cents and wanted to pay with my card instead of cash, she told me not to worry about it and that the twenty cents was no big deal.
