I was cheated there by manager Dana Parton (swindler). If I spoke well I wouldn't be cheated. Manager Dana Parton (swindler) also talked about their American financing option to me. He tries to push customers into debt using American financing. He is cheating cunningly. Think about that if you are customers... I've been driving a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo for 10 years. There were no problems with my car (140,000 miles). An oil change was required. I went to Bucky's Everett (auto repair shop) on Tuesday, October 4th. There the manager Dana patron (swindler) said my car was in danger so fixed it. The cost was $5,000. I paid for it. I got my car back on Thursday Oct. 6th. I t was broken down on the freeway in front of I 5 Everett Exit 192 on Thursday, October 13th around 4pm. I called Towing Company and took them to Bucky's Everett. It cost $320 towing fee and $230 to fix. A few days later, on Sunday, October 16th, the highway in front of I 5 exits 189 in Everett, it was broken down again. To fix the car, this time with the help of a Towing Company driver, it was towed elsewhere (in Everett), because Bucky's Everett is closed on Sundays. I don't know how this keeps happening again and again. And I don't know what to do. So far I've spent $5730 including two tow services. I didn't know how much it would cost this time. I almost had a car accident on the road. It was a dangerous situation. Since I trusted the manager Dana Patron (swindler) there, I am having a hard time and spent lots of money. I am in deep debt. I feel this good car became a junk. Another $1100 is spent to fix it now. Total 5730+1100=$6830. What would you do? Where is justice we believe? My good car below got ruined and turned into a total wreck by a manager Dana Parton (swindler) at a Bucky's Everett (auto repair shop) in Everett.

So I heard about this place from Reddit as well as Facebook and they gave me the best quote over…read morethe phone before bringing my car in ($400) My concerns were needing an oil change and wanting my spacers taken off so that I didn't keep rubbing Everything seemed fine, but then they called me about 12 or 1pm and said that my lug bolts were broken and would need to be replaced and that I need new front brakes so they could also do those. I don't really have a choice about the lug bolts but he said he could just not charge for the labor for those if he's doing the brakes so I agreed We were now looking at about $700 They call me around 3ish maybe 4 and then they tell me they went to put my wheels on and realized the lug pattern didn't match my car and that they then realized that my spacers were actually wheel adjusters and that they had to be on in order to put the wheels on. So unfortunately they don't have smaller ones and they will have to put them back on So, the whole reason I came here was for the spacers. When they were taken off is when I'm assuming those lug bolts were broken, which is whatever. But once they were taken off, I'm wondering how nobody noticed that they weren't just spacers, especially being that this place has been around a long time and they seemed to have experienced mechanics. I also approved new pads, not new rotors, they threw those in there for over $200 plus the $70 for the pads, so maybe this is just their protocol but it would've been nice to have this explained. By the time I came to get my car, my bill was over $1000 but all I really ended up getting was an oil change and brakes. The rest was a waste of time On my way to my step mom's house, I noticed on the freeway, that not only was my car a lot more shaky, I felt scared so I pulled over, and it turns out that they rotated my tires, but my back rims have a bend on them, which is something I explained to them that the Toyota service department wouldn't do because they don't want the bent rim to be in the front and risk blowing while I'm on the freeway. So these people disregarded that. Not a huge deal, but just something I feel like was ignored Then on my way back from my step moms, I noticed that every time I was braking, my whole steering wheel was wobbling back and forth and there was smoke coming from what seemed to be my front tire area. I pulled over and I realized my brakes were smoking like crazy! I know there's a seal put on them before the box, so maybe that's why? Maybe it was melting so the pads were sticking? I got back in after 15 mins of cooling down and then tried to brake again and it was still happening. I needed to get home I was exhausted so I decided to just keep going . I ended up having to slam on my brakes (traffic) and then all of a sudden it was back to normal. However, then I started hearing a clicking noise. This noise has now happened all weekend but not consistently. I checked to make sure there's no nails or rocks in my tires, and there's not, so I called today (Monday) to let them know, and I will be bringing my car in tomorrow morning. Overall, I do not plan to return here, would not recommend this place, and feel like they saw the opportunity to rack up a bill because I'm a girl. Please take your $$ elsewhere.

Save yourself the stress. Avoid at all costs. They did a terrible job on my car and when I called them out on that they became very rude and argumentative and blamed everything on the fact that they installed a used part (a brand new part was never offered to us) The owner and employees are very sketchy (now I understand why they prefer to get paid in cash.) Every single time that you call or walk in asking for Mohammad (shop owner) he's unavailable. During my last visit and while trying to get my car fixed after the poor job they did I was so frustrated that I openly expressed my dissatisfaction in front of other customers, the front desk employee got upset because of this and refused to take the keys and told me to take my car home and expect a call from Mohammad the shop owner. Mohammad in fact called me but just to yell at me demanding an apology and threatening me. Just go somewhere else or you will regret it.

The last 4 times I went there I waited in the lobby for so many hours. If I had known it would be that long I would have went home. The last time was 5 and a half hours in the lobby! I tried to go home at hour 3 and was asked to stay (telling me it would be soon.) The prices have really gone up. He wouldn't charge me to look at it so I thought I was getting a good deal but with the high pricing it made up for it. Several hundred dollars cheaper at other places when I called around. I got an oil change here and I made an appointment for it. I waited 3 and a half hours in the lobby and it cost a little over 100$. I mentioned I was feeling the transmission slipping and was told they would take a look at it. At checkout they said nothing, I asked them about it and another 20 minutes later they came back and said it was fine maybe I could get a tune up soon. I brought it in again a few weeks later still with the transmission slipping. They said they found a sensor out and a few other things. I paid a little over 1000$ two separate times within 3 months. Each time I asked is it worth it, to fix it? What about the transmission? I got round about answers and was told fixing it was a good option. Now after putting almost 4000$ into it within a year my transmission needs to be replaced and I can't afford to fix it or get another vehicle! I don't have words for how I feel about that. I really trusted Adrian and so I trusted his crew and I feel like they really let me down and put me in a bad spot. I'm a single mom and I needed the honesty and care I had gotten from Adrian at the beginning but I guess things change.

I'm getting ready to replace my battery, and I do a lot of car camping, so I'm buying a high-performance deep cycle battery. When I explained the specific battery I wanted for my vehicle, the interaction quickly made it clear that he was not particularly knowledgeable about high-performance car batteries and was not interested in helping a customer obtain the part they had already selected. Rather than discussing the request or looking into the battery I mentioned, he dismissed it outright and pivoted to pushing the batteries he prefers to sell. There was no attempt to understand the customer's objective or work toward a solution. If you are looking for a shop that is collaborative, well-informed about current battery options, or willing to accommodate reasonable customer requests, take your work elsewhere.
