Keisha Tucker and Valerie Fry have done an amazing job with my sweet Kenzi Jo. When they 1at came to me who was recommended by my vet 5 1/2 yrs ago she was what I say a monster. She would drag me around everywhere while on leash walking at only 5 or 6 months old and jumped up on me as well as wanted to use me as her very own personal chew bone. Then there was the problem of she was scared of men and children. She would go out of her way to go the opposite direction they were at. She now goes to classes with me in college and last night June 25, 2021 she not only allowed a 1 1/2 yr old little girl to come near her and pet her but also allowed her to sit and love on my Kenzi Jo. This would never have been possible had they not been working with us. Kenzi has been following my tiny niece around now and if she falls down Kenzi will get up and go check on her to make sure she is ok. we have had ups and downs but as long as I do the work they have suggested and showed me Kenzi Jo has been able to be successful. They do great work but unless I put in the work and practice everyday what they have taught me, then progress won't be shown. Thank you both for all of the help read more

I would give 0 if possible. Had my dog for 2 weeks and told me to call or text "whenever" and they would up date me. Crickets and then I get a text saying that I shouldn't text so often. Got my dog back matted, not trained and covered in urine which they said was "drool." I work in the trauma icu, I know the difference. They then refused money back and were taunting me as if I didn't care enough to learn. Ive been asking what you've been doing with her for 2 weeks and I got a vague "still in progress". My video I did get was her in someone's backyard playing with their dog. This is animal neglect for leaving specialized training dogs in urine, not providing basic animal hygiene and needs to be investigated. As well as abuse of the disabled simply bc I've had this dog for ptsd/anxiety and I've been worried sick for my dog. Total scam. read more

Zero stars. This place is a rip-off. All they want is money and more money. Keisha taught me nothing in 3 lessons and refused to refund my money for the remaining classes. Be careful, as their support dog training is completely fraudulent; they don't even ask you what you need it for or design the training accordingly. This lady is a total scam ! I should have known something was wrong when I kept going by the business and no one was ever there training . She took my Goldendoodle to her home to train and he left house trained and knew basic commands. I got my dog back and he has lost all basic commands and he is urinating all over the house. He is matted really bad and looked malnourished when I got him back it's like she just left him in the crate the 12 days she had him . I asked for training videos never got them only videos of him randomly playing in her home . I just paid her 1750 to babysit my dog . DO NOT USE this company just save the money and go elsewhere or use YouTube to train your dog . I literally found some yelp reviews about 6 days after she had him and her whole mood changed when I started questioning her . Our experience with these two was unbelievable! They are totally unethical, dishonest and downright evil. We spent over $2,000 on service dog training but fortunately never left our dog with them. The training started at one price and kept increasing because our dog supposedly was "not ready" to pass the training test. I now understand that there is no official test for service dog training. these people killed my dog! my dog was in their care for 4 days and was killed by their unethical practices. she came to the vet with a 108 fever and was extremely dehydrated after they had her for 4 days for board and train. she was perfectly healthy before her training. i took her to her vet a week prior. i didn't get to say goodbye to my dog and they killed her!!!! do not send your dog here for training. if you love your dog keep them far far from these people. i now have to live with the sadness of losing my junebug. these people are monsters they didnt even apologize for what they did or give me my money back it!!!!! read more

My dog was suffering from separation anxiety and depression from the recent loss of his dog mom. I spoke with Keisha and she told me that he needed a two week board and train program. It would be $1500 cash but he would come home happy, potty trained and able to follow simple commands. During the two weeks my dog was there. I never received a call to let me know how he was doing or even a text update. I contact them and received a few pictures of him, but nothing else. Right before the 2 weeks were up, I received a text from them giving me an update and told me about the service dog program and how for $350 cash he would be certified as a service dog. When I went to pickup my dog, I paid the $350 for him to become a certified service dog, I was told he likes to have cheese as treats for reinforcement of good behaviors and that all the information I needed was in the folder they gave me. They said they would be in contact with me regarding setting up the service dog certification. I was never contacted again. Once home, I look through the folder to find a generic daily schedule and some articles about training. Nothing specific to my dog. After observing him for a few days, I realized that he was not potty trained, he did not know any basic obedience commands and his separation anxiety was worse. I felt helpless. I decided to contact them and ask for a refund for the $350 because services were never received and for a partial refund of the $1500 I paid for the board and train services. I received a response that said I needed to follow the schedule that he was put on and they have a no refund policy and I would not be receiving a refund. I did some research and found that the AKC and the majority of dog professionals do not recommend board and train programs because in many cases the dogs are abused. Trying to be reasonable I told them that I was willing to allow them to make things right by actually training my dog, but after what I read about the normal practices of board and train facilities, I am no longer willing to do that and actually wonder what my dog went through while there. Since his return he now whimpers, whines and cries the entire time I am away from him for even a minute. Beware!! I am about to start litigation against this scam of a business. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. I have emails texts and a letterhead letter from them stating that they are giving me a full refund due to the fact that their dog bit our dog that was entrusted to them and had a nasty infection that went unnoticed for days. By the time we picked him up and noticed the infection he had to be rushed to the emergency vet they did pay his $900 vet bill and promised and promised a full refund. They are liars they have strung this whole situation out for over two months now and they are not returning phone calls emails or daily texts. They say they are Christians, where cross necklaces, say they understand my situation with my very elderly father who's dog it was that we entrusted to them yet they lie and say that they have the refund sent me a copy of the check that they wrote now they will not even respond. I'll have to miss more work going to file the petition at Rockwall Connie county and deal with us for who knows how long because they are disrespectful terrible business people. There are other reviews on other websites where they are able to respond negating the reviewer but then the reviewer does not have the opportunity to respond to them. You'll see a pattern in their responses where they are not claiming responsibility and blaming the owners and please please understand there's a reason why they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have caused my dad so much stress that he has crumbled more than once about this. They say that they had a dad that was aging and they went through the same thing I'm going through so they understand and they said 'we hope by offering a full refund this will alleviate some of the stress' act like they're doing what's right and then they don't, they're just liars and thieves. Don't be fooled. Their certifications and experience doesn't make up for their character. I was in a desperate situation as my Dad went into the hospital so I didn't do my due diligence. When we picked up the dog after $1,400 and two weeks of board and train, the dog acted like he didn't know her from Adam- only followed her around because she gave him 50 treats- then he bit her because she came up behind him while he was near his owner. She said they'd never put the dog in a situation where he'd be able to bite them but I saw it happen. The bite our dog had, supposedly by their 'trained' dog, was 3-7 days old and the infection was so bad the hair had matted over it for days. We noticed the mat and when she went to cut it out it was a gigantic infected pus glob. He's a small dog so the fact the large may went unnoticed, and she even pretended to brush him in a video i had to ask for- no communication during the two weeks other than me hounding them, the fact it went unnoticed was ridiculous. He's a smart certified therapy dog- they took advantage of our situation thinking they could pet sit him for two weeks. Also, they never asked for shot records, they never did any intake paperwork, they never provided us with any paper- I could go on and on but I'm exhausted with the amount of time and energy I've spent on these two. They will NEVER answer there phone for anyone- you have to leave a voicemail or send a text. They require payment via zelle- that should have been the first warning sign. If this helps one person from experiencing dealing with this 'company' it's worth the time. I will be posting on any review sites i can after the small claims court hearing is over with. They use the excuse of being sick or this or that for why they don't respond. Keisha always has some ailment and Valerie has had Covid like 10 times. They said Keisha had to go to urgent care after our dog but her but they're lying about that to. My dog stayed with Kiesha and Valerie for two weeks and before he left with them, they asked for $1400 for the two week stay. They are very bad with answering their phone and returning calls. They sent three pictures of the two weeks that he was there. When I asked for an update, they say he's doing well. Kiesha and Valerie promise that he will be potty trained and in-home training when we got him back he was not potty train at all and he started chewing on things and on top of that, he came back depressed. Kiesha and Valerie keep the dogs locked up in the kennel the majority and do not walk the dogs at all and keep them at their house not a center. Kiesha told me his last training that she was going to pass him for CDC training. When that time came, she switched up because I told her that she will not be keeping my dog while I'm in Hawaii for two weeks. Then she changed her mind and said she was only gonna pass him if he stayed with her for two weeks while I was in Hawaii. Then when we got to his training at Lowe's, she was cussing at me saying she doesn't give an F about what my dog does at home. She feels like the dog should have treats after treats when I told her the Veterinarian said it is bad for my dog's stomach. She starts talking derogatory about me in in front of the group. Kiesha sent text messages to me talking negative about me having a disability calling me dumb and stupid, a bitch and other foul names. Kiesha also called me dumb when I told her that I found out that my dog has to be neutered to be a service dog. According to papers submitted to NIH and NCBI, service dogs need to be neutered. When you go do your research it will tell you that. These people appear to be a scam. Do not waste your money or time on them. My name is Jana, and we were a client of Canine Solutions up until Covid. Right before Covid, Valerie had me prepay for lessons (which she always requires you to do). She asked for $300 to train one of my dogs to be an emotional support dog. Months after Covid I asked for my money back. Valerie told me she didn't know if the company was going to survive and could not refund my money then, but she would have her accountant look at the books and get back to me. I understand how Covid affected businesses and was understanding. So, I let 2 years pass and recently asked for my money back again. I showed her the screen shots of the transaction I made in Venmo. Unfortunately, she won't respond to my texts and kept our money. I was hoping Valerie would do the right thing, but that doesn't seem to be the case. In addition to stealing our money, during the last month of training, she was late for every appointment (if she didn't cancel last minute), but we still had to pay full price.
