I am not sure how the world of alteration pricing goes, but I would say that their prices are average to high. They also took a long time for my alterations, especially with my dress alteration, but to their defense they did have it ready by the time they promised. It was over a month. They are very flexible there. I was able to have the dress fitted on my daughter while I was not there and then pay for it over the phone. I recommend checking these ladies out for you alteration needs.

She's always busy, so the wait may be longer than you expect. But the work is top notch. I've been happy with everything she has altered for me. Not to mention the horrible bait and switch tactics used. They advertise dresses that are $500.00 and less. When you go to the shop, there are very few dresses in that price range, and those are stuffed in a back room and look terrible. If you have to drive any distance to go to this shop, I recommend you save yourself the time and gas and shop somewhere else. You will not walk out with a $500.00 dress, they will coax you in to a $1500.00+ dress.

I read somewhere online that a measurements appointment was free and I didn't have to buy or rent an outfit from there. He told me it wasn't free and I had to pay $20 for the appointment if I didn't want to rent or buy, WHICH IS FINE, it was my fault for reading misinformation, but the way I was treated when I told him what I read made me feel like I wasn't welcomed there. Again, it's my fault for not reading the right info but he didn't have to talk to me that way. I hope I never have to come back.

Thomas was extremely helpful and willing to answer questions - and I had a lot of questions! He took measurements which helped us narrow the selection. Thomas also helped with suggestions after clothing was tried on. All in all, Thomas was knowledgeable, personable and helpful with suggestions and he made the experience fun. Now for the dress, I absolutely love my dress and how it was altered and bustled. When I bought my dress, I was in between sizes, so I ordered the size up to be safe. I ended up losing weight, so my actual address ended up being way too big. Karen was able to work her magic and bring the waist in as tight as I needed it to be, even with such a delicate fabric and style of dress. The bustle ended up working perfectly on the dance floor. I enjoyed the train for the pictures in the ceremony, but was able to party with no issues. Highly recommend!

I went into the shop 3 different times to alter the top of the dress, then hem the bottom, and then make sure the bustle was perfect. I'm so happy that they were so kind, pleasant, and complimentary. I did feel that it was a little pricey for all of the alterations that were done to my dress, but all of the alterations were above and beyond my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend using their services!
